I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The overall ambiance of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and spacious. All requests made via the in-room phone was attended promptly. The amenities provided were of good quality and were replenished regularly. There could be more vegan options in the menu. One minor thing I felt a bit odd was the front door staff indirectly checking-in on food that was ordered from outside via delivery portals. In my case, I have dietary preferences and there weren't a lot of options available within the hotel. Felt a bit odd if this was not permitted. But nevertheless more positives to look at and everything else was great. Would definitely come back for my next trip.

I read other reviews and wonder if they stayed at the same hotel. Sure, the building is very nice, rooms were large and the pool area was quiet with plenty of spare sun lounges. There were very few people by the pool. This was probably due to the area being surrounded by high rise buildings hence very limited sun, except for that reflected off other buildings.|During our 6 night stay we had elected to upgrade to include access to the club lounge. It is nicely set out but very disappointing. |Although the staff were very attentive the food served was always cold or like warm. Even to the extent that a new batch of spring rolls were still partly frozen when placed on the serving table.|Another quite astonishing aspect was, the club lounge toilets have hand basins but they do not provide towels or air dryers to dry your hands.|This is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel.

We spent 6 nights at this hotel and it was fantastic.The rooms were spacious and very clean. |The staff all seemed happy and friendly. |We had access to the Club Melliseme breakfast, which was very nice. They cooked to order.|They also offered an afternoon tea we had a look but didn't eat at that time but it looked very nice.|The evening cocktails and canapas were very nice. The staff were all very professional and polite.We really like Lala, she was great.|We had the seafood dinner at the |Kwinzeen, that was very nice. The seafood was cooked to perfection, and they also had meat, etc. so if you don't eat seafood, there are plenty of other options. The 1 thing that was a disappointment was the pool it was so cold that no one was swimming in it. Even our child found it too cold, i think they need to put solar heating in it as there are a lot of tall buildings around it, so it doesn't get any sun .

It was a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth. We had questions about the half-board stay, and they were able to answer all of them while one of them took our luggage. It was sent to the room for us, so it was very convenient. When we first entered the room, we had a quick look around. It was in pristine condition. The staff who had sent our luggage to us was very considerate as well, asking us if we were satisfied with our room and wishing us to have a good stay. We were very satisfied with our room, of course. The beds were soft and comfy, the washroom very spacious and clean. Since it was a half-board stay, we had breakfast and dinner arranged for us. We were hoping to try the 3-course dinner (with half-board stay) at Kwee Zeen, but it seems they may have discontinued that program. We weren’t told, so we were a little confused by it, but the buffet dinner was great. Especially the selection for desserts! Breakfast was great too! The location of the hotel was pretty good as well. There was a supermarket in the small mall beside it, and there’s a larger shopping mall too. It was also quite convenient to reach the hotel with public transport as there is a bus stop nearby, but on most days, we booked a Grab ride. The pick up point was very obvious, and the staff helped get the luggage out of/into the car. Superb service, fantastic food, good location! Thank you for the amazing experience!

This review is well overdue. Stayed at this property over Christmas 2024/New Year holiday period and have incredibly fond memories. We had a beautiful large suite with interconnecting room for our 2 sons. It was perfect for a family stay. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent - always helpful and very professional. The hotel has the most welcoming and hands-on GM we have ever come across throughout all our travels. Vincent does a truly outstanding job leading his team and was a fountain of local knowledge which we were very grateful for, as it allowed us to make the most of our one week stay. Food was of excellent quality in all the restaurants on site and we were very impressed with the a la carte breakfast offerings at the club lounge. A special thank you to the club Mellisime staff who took such good care of us. The location was excellent with shopping malls right next to to the hotel. We can’t wait to return!

We had wonderful experience during our stay here for 2 days. Excellent service, spacious and clean room with classy design. Great breakfast and lounge offerings including tea break and evening cocktails. Friendly staff and fast service. Full amenities provided, including cute kid-sized slippers and bath salt.

Hardware is quite nice and very well maintained, with a great location with 2x malls next door for shopping and eating options. Booked a Junior Suite with SNAs and upgraded to a Prestige Suite at check in - very nice!||However, there were service issues:||1) A plate of sweets was placed in the room but as I arrived at the property at 2am, I didn't have a chance to enjoy it. The next morning, I came back from my breakfast to see that housekeeping had already cleared the untouched plate which was unfortunate. On my way out, I asked the front desk if I can have it back as I didnt have a chance to try it and was told okay. But until check out, I never got it back.||2) During Club Millesime's evening cocktails, there was a live station offering steak diane but at 645pm (15mins before the session's end time of 7pm), the chef went missing. I inquired about it and was told the station has closed which was not expected as it was not yet 7pm. The same staff later came to us to our table inform they can do it for us if we would like some after all, but made sure we know it was a special effort and no more will be available after this round. BUT it is not yet 7pm so I didn't understand why we were made to feel like they were doing us a favor, especially in a Club Lounge environment. Never been disrespected this way at an five star property. ||Property needs to train their staff better to treat guests PROPERLY.
