Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara

Of all the accor hotel I stayed, this is one of the best service I experienced. Location is great, near to two malls and also can avoid congested gams if travel by car. Was upgraded to complimentary lounge access and the service was really great there! Shout out to Lachana's service, she check-in on us as and when she can and ensure the service is delivered well. Service staff Midhun was attentive and drinks ordered was quickly served. Service was top notch at the lounge and not forgetting the service staff at the lobby who managed my check in. They are polite and friendly and also the doorman direct us to the Pavilion was very helpful and clear with directions. The rooms are well maintained too.

I had a wonderful experience at the club lounge, thanks to the exceptional service from the waiter, especially Midhun. He was attentive without being intrusive, always ensuring that our drinks were topped up and that we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and professionalism truly made the visit more enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who balance efficiency with genuine warmth, and he did it effortlessly. Highly recommend visiting the lounge, the service really sets it apart.

I have stayed at the Sofitel Damansara many times in the last few years and the hotel continues to impress. The rooms are comfortable and the housekeeping is excellent. In terms of location, it is an easy walk to the MRT station now that Pavilion is completely open. I always receive a cheerful welcome in Club Millesime and the staff in the lounge are a credit to the hotel. I would like to thank Ekbar, Channelle, Midhun, Naveen, Hafiz, Vino, Lachana, Elvis and all of the lounge staff (I hope I haven't missed anyone out) for making me feel special. The food at breakfast and afternoon tea continue to be of a high standard. The food during evening cocktails has always been a highlight of Apero Chic and is currently undergoing a review. I look forward to enjoying the chef's new daily special food during my next stay.

Spacious, clean, and luxury room. Comfy bed and sofa. I like the room layout..but these are not my highlights. I did not try their breakfast and the club lounge, no comment on that. This was my first stay with Sofitel KL and even only for a Silver member, they prepared a welcome dessert in the room. They did not discriminate me from getting a valet parking for driving an old brand local car, like another 5 star hotel did to me. What impressed me the most is every staff that I dealt with, from the valet parking attendant, the doorman, the concierge, the front desk personnel, the waiter, literally everyone - they were attentive, helpful, friendly, and kind to me. I've been to many other 4/5* hotels in Malaysia but mostly were subpar compared to the Indonesian 5* hotel hospitality. However, Sofitel KL sets new benchmark for my personal Malaysian hospitality experience. Kudos to the team that worked on 27-28 Sep 2025. Keep it up! Even I have no plan to renew my Accor membership, I would choose to stay at Sofitel KL again. They need to replace the flush press button though. Its condition might cause minor injury if not careful.

We had an excellent stay, thanks to Kajal for his outstanding service! He kept our room spotless and provided thoughtful turn-down service every evening. I really appreciated the attention to detail — from allowing us to choose our preferred type of pillow to preparing a complimentary bubble bath that my daughter absolutely loved. Truly exceptional hospitality that made our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Had a wonderful stay at the elegant Sofitel Hotel Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur. The service was exceptional — special thanks to Ms. Joey and Hafiz from F&B, Jennifer and Olwi from the reservation team, Hui Yen at reception, and Salim at the concierge. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. The hotel is not only beautifully maintained with exquisite furnishings throughout, but also conveniently within walking distance to Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall...

Great short stay experience. I arrived almost to midnite, the staffs were ready to asisst. Great smile and friendly service. The junior suite i've booked was spaious and elegant. Big bathroom too with walk-in closet with ample storage space. The only downside, the TV channes are very limited. Other than that, the room amenities are adequate. Breakfast room was big and with good spread of local & international fares. The hotel location is great too. Near to malls and restaurant. Travel to main city is also convenient.|This hotel is a new KL gem.

Location is a quieter area of KL but some distance from the city center. There was a high-end mall attached to the hotel. ||This hotel earns its 5-star rating under all criteria. The corner executive suite was perfect in terms of size, layout, amenities and even the lights and power outlets. |The pool area and bar looked very inviting. ||The breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices. The restaurant was huge though it got noisy at some point when the usual tour groups started filling up the place. |The fancy Italian restaurant was a bit of the disappointment. The steak special was tough. And after it was served, no one came around to check how was the food and if everything was alright.
