Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara

A beautiful hotel near KLCC that's perfect for a little weekend getaway or a relaxing vacation. My husband and I stayed at one of their club rooms for three nights and had a lovely experience. Although the first room we were given was extremely humid and had a bit of a moldy smell, the staff at the club lounge was very accommodating finding us a new room within minutes. Sadly the a.c. at the second room was broken, but once again, the staff was extremely helpful and ended up upgrading us to the very specious and beautiful Prestige room. The entire staff at Club Millessime was wonderful with Lachana, Ekban, Anishma, Viivo and Desy taking great care of us during the afternoon tea and evening cocktail hour. The food options definitely could've been a bit more extensive as one of the nights the selection was extremely small and geared only toward meat eaters. With that said, the quality of the food was okay and presentation nice. The biggest standout was definitely the spa. My husband and I got a full bidy massage the first day which was so good that I simply had to book a head and shoulder massage for the next day and that one was somehow even better! The gym is nice with a good selection of equipment. The pool was okay, though the loungers seemed to be a bit dated. All in all, it was a lovely stay and we'd be happy to visit this Sofitel again.

We’ve visited Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara several times with my daughter for breakfast and lunch, even though we are not staying at the hotel, and every visit has been wonderful. The buffet is consistently delicious with great variety and high-quality ingredients, and the atmosphere is always pleasant and welcoming. A special thank you to the team for the warm service and genuine hospitality. Today, Joy, Anu, Huda, and Aishah looked after us so thoughtfully -attentive, friendly, and professional. They made us feel truly welcome every step of the way. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, or dinner - even if you’re just stopping by and not staying at the hotel. We will definitely be back❤️

I had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant, especially their seafood buffet. The spread was impressive, featuring a wide variety of fresh seafood such as lobsters,prawns, crabs, mussels and oysters. Everything was well-prepared and tasted very fresh. This buffet offered great quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Also special recognition to the servers Wahyu, Augustine, Kafi, and Emun for their exceptional service during our dining experience. They were all friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit.

We stayed in 1907 Junior Suite for two nights and upgrade to 2016 prestige suite for three nights as platinum member from 1st to 6th Jan. Thanks Myra for a smooth check in at 3am on 2nd January after a 14 hours flights. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, especially the fruits. Akshaay is very helpful at the Kwee Zeen. The staff were wonderful, and the warm service at the executive lounge was friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping staff member Shamin and Paul are all very hard worker, we truly appreciated their effort and attention to detail. All the hotel staff were diligent and attentive, like the front officer Hui En etc. All in all, it was a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. Thanks Renggadamy & Roland!

The Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is a luxury oasis just a few kilometres from the city center.|As accor platinum members we got a very nice corner room on the 16th floor. The room was absolutely quiet, very spacious, well equipped and extremely clean. Many thanks to the excellent room service.|The pool area is also very beautiful. The water in the big pool is at a quite pleasant temperature. The sauna area is great. The staff is friendly and helpful.|The pleasantly quiet Club Millesime also leaves nothing to be desired. The food is varied and of high quality. Thank you very much to the very attentive, friendly and helpful staff Vino, Anishma, Lachana, Ekbar, Midhun and Hans. |Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, which is not least due to the very friendly and attentive staff beginning with the doormen. My recent stay at the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staffs went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. All staffs that I came into contact with are very polite and professional. The Luxury King Room is modern, comfortable and elegantly decorated. Bed is super comfortable and I had very good sleep every night throughout my stay. Housekeeper Paul did a fantastic job of ensuring my room is spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. Club Millesime is the highlight of my stay. The food offerings are generous and delicious and it’s an excellent place to wine and dine. Staffs at the Club Millesime are brilliant, accommodating and they went the extra mile to ensure all my dining needs are fulfilled and I really had the best time. I would like to express my gratitude to all staffs at the Club Millesime namely Ekbar, Hariz, Putri, Dessy, Raidhur, Vino, Lachana, Midhun and Anishma for their fantastic hospitality. Overall, I had an amazing stay at the Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara and I would highly recommend everyone to stay at this property.

Excellent experience overall. The hotel is well-maintained, modern, and very clean. Staff members were polite and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. Amenities were great and everything worked perfectly. I travel often and would happily choose this hotel again.
