Absolutely Amazing Stay at this hotel– Highly Recommended! My recent stay at Sofitel Macau was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of throughout your stay. Thanks Renz for your good service. Your smile is truly cute. The rooms were spotless—clean and very comfortable. You can tell that cleanliness is a top priority here, which made relaxing in the room all the more enjoyable. One of the highlights was definitely the food. We enjoyed the breakfast and although one party in my group was not a fan of the Chinese breakfast options, there was still something there for him to have and enjoy. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service was consistently top-notch. The wellness facilities really set Sofitel Macau apart. The pool area was clean and inviting, perfect for both a morning swim or a relaxing evening dip. The bath tub was a wonderful way to unwind after a long day, Overall, the combination of outstanding service, comfortable and clean accommodations, excellent food, and fantastic amenities makes Sofitel a top choice in Macau. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality stay with a personal touch.

The Sofitel is a nice hotel in the centre of Macau. They offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. The rooms themselves need a bit of TLC however they are still nice and spacious. My biggest grip here was the time it took to check in which was approximately one hour the queues were long and they need to think about their checking in and out service to make it swift for Travelers.

Special thank you to Rose, the bartender at the lobby bar, we had a fantastic evening thanks to her! She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. Also, big thanks to Renz from the concierge for patiently guiding us through the city. Your help made our stay even more enjoyable!

We arrived at 3.30pm for our Check-in, we had to queue for over 15min, only one staff member there to take care of all the check-in (3 counters unused). After our check-in, they just pointed the way to the lift... none of them accompanied us to our room! (A real 5* Hotel will bring every guest to there room). In the room, there was no complementary water bottle, just a water purifier, which we had to fill ourselves in the bathroom sink. Old carpet in the room. One good point is a very good king-size bed and spacious room. Shower... have to wait 5min before getting hot water and very tight shower. Overall, I won't recommend at all this Sofitel!! Seems the staff either the management care about their guest as none of them asked how was our stay!!! Pure Shame !!!!

What an amazing place. A easy check-in to checkout. A separate check in area for all lounge room inclusive guest and wow the cocktail hour was so good and relaxing with various food options and drinks to choose from. Yea the staffs are friendly as well.My room was so spacious and comfortable with a good view, not forgetting the room service meals I ordered- loved how they come to the room and served us so professionally and friendly and food was yummy as well. Highly recommended.Also 10- 20 mins ride by bus to all attractions and free shuttle bus to airport as well

Joesalyn at the club lounge has been very pleasant and attentive. She even remembered our drink order the previous day and served us the same drinks today during Cocktail time. The rooms are great, we love the bed, duvet and the many choice of pillow, and the bubble bath and the pillow mist! Attentive housekeeping service! A pity the toilet doesn’t work very well, else all will be good.
