The 17 Best Ice Cream Spots In London

"This Boxpark Shoreditch spot has some mildly insane, sugar-loaded candy floss toppings on offer. But we prefer to keep things on the simple—and cheaper—side with the classic cone and matcha soft serve. This place also does freakshakes that, frankly, we’re not sure how you eat without a blowtorch and a machete. But they’re worth keeping in mind if you’re a serious sugar fan." - heidi lauth beasley, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, daisy meager

My oat vanilla boba late was really good! The Dubai chocolate white cookie was also so yummy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It is also a bit pricey here. £6/£7 for coffees My sister had the tiramisu hot chocolate and it was VERY rich and sweet - maybe too sweet

Great team, so friendly and was greeted with a smile. I ordered the freakshake, they aren’t stingy with ingredients as it was delicious and well presented. We also ordered cookies and the lady offered if we would like them warm which was perfect on a cold evening in London.

Menu pleasing to the eye which is what enticed me to start with! Ordered an iced mint latte and raspberry lemon honey ade. Latte was decent, mint sweetened it just enough. The lemonade was okay but nothing special really for the price. The sizes of the drinks were not great considering the price. Probably wouldn’t come here again, as nice as some of the freakshakes look I don’t think I’d want to risk having such a small portion for a large price!

I was looking forward to the classic soft serve shape but seemed the houjicha one was not?? Was a bit confused that we didnt get the classic shape. The honicha was nice but nothing too special. The quantity was nice but more customer interactions would have been nicer.

Bit watery and melted very quickly. The ice cream itself looks really cool and appealing in photos. There are also lots of ways to customise it. I tried the charcoal coconut and you really really taste the charcoal. It is very gritty and you feel it inside your mouth. It was cool to try.

Surprised to see that this place only has 3+ stars because I looove it here. Every time I’ve come it was really good. All the flavours I’ve tried were amazing and the texture is what I always crave for. It is a bit pricey but worth it to me because I haven’t tried anywhere as good in London. Red velvet and matcha soft serve flavours are my fave. I have yet to try their cookies etc.
