What a lovely place! The room was so nice, super high ceilings, lovely decor, mega comfy bed, amazing shower! Antonella, the host, was so friendly and welcoming. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you could need! Even an iron, which we didn’t come across is any other accommodation in Italy on this trip! ||Only downside I can think of is the thin walls and windows, was noisy in the mornings outside and we could hear the people in the room next door loud and clear. ||The location was great for us, Prati was a nice neighbourhood to explore with some fantastic restaurants nearby. Also it’s a short walk to Vatican, piazza del popolo, the corso etc.

I strongly recommend this accommodation. The hosts (Antonella and Caterina) are welcoming, efficient and organized. They have excellent hygiene standards (e.g. in the shared kitchen, each room has a dedicated shelf in the fridge and an individual kit of sponge etc.). The rooms are comfortable and furbished with taste. The location is perfect: central, but quiet. The place to stay!

Overall the experience at this accommodation was dissatisfactory, I expected more for €170 a night. The main things to be aware of before booking are the following: - the whole guest house is on the ground floor: and it is facing the inside of the building where a lot of noisy activity takes place. - sound insulation is non existent: you can hear people in the other rooms flushing the toilet or using the hairdryer. The door into the room was not sealed i.e. there is a gap on the bottom and all around the door, this means that when someone is in the hall you can hear them like they are in your room. This leaves you with absolutely no feeling of privacy. On top of that the entry door mechanism into the guest house is very loud and it is 2 steps away from the room. - the mattress could be improved because the springs in it are very noisy. - the quality of the towels and bedding is dissatisfactory: towels are thin and if you take 2 showers a day (as most will in hotter months) the towels will stay perpetually wet. The bedding set doesn't include a duvet, only a fleece plaid and a bedding sheet. On a positive note, there was smart tv in the room (but the remote was covered in dirt on our arrival)

It's important I post this. I rarely post but anyone considering this place know this. I booked a room off the website. It was confirmed and they took my money. The next day, they messaged saying they had canceled the booking as they had no availability. The next two days, trying to get my money back and them pressuring me to take an alternative they offered was hell. They spoke little Englsih (which isn't a problem because most people don't) but they were dishonest, rude, unreliable, and not hugely caring. The basics of booking a room, paying and the excited anticipation that follows should be a given in this day and age. I am sure the rooms are lovely, but for a simple 3 night booking in Rome, this was just rubbish and wholely unsatisfactory, unprofessional and a total waste of time. For that reason, I think this review is justified.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B per sole due notti, ma queste ci sono bastate per notare l’estrema pulizia e cura nei dettagli della stanza. La struttura consta di tre camere da letto e una cucina in comune (dotata di frigorifero, lavello, microonde e fornelli). C’è la possibilità inoltre di preparare il caffè e mangiare qualche biscottino. La stanza è davvero pulitissima e fornita di tutto, con la possibilità di guardare anche la tv. La gentilezza e la professionalità con cui siamo stati accolti corona un’esperienza già ottima! Lo consiglio!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa Splendida Dimora storica a due passi da Piazza del Popolo e dal Vaticano . La accuratezza dei dettagli per le camere, i bagni, la biancheria, la cucina completa di tutto , mi spinge a tornare e goderne ancora. Top per l'Igiene. Nel pieno centro nevralgico della città eterna troviamo questa storica casa situata in un palazzo nobile Romano, si trovano 3 camere con un bagno ciascuna e una piccola cucina in comune. Pulita e graziosa, per un esperienza ancora più comoda consiglio l’affitto di tutte e tre le camere, noi eravamo una famiglia in trasferta ed è stato meraviglioso poter condividere una casa senza però per forza condividere tutti gli ambienti.|Consiglio vivamente!
