16 Excellent Korean Restaurants in Houston

"Soho Chicken puts the spotlight on poultry with entrees like buldak, a platter of spicy pan-fried chicken with cheese, and fried chicken wings in a variety of flavors, but the menu features hot pot, Korean barbecue, and beefy noodle dishes too." - Sean Hekmat

Korean Fried Chicken Arrives at Bellaire Food Street - Eater Houston

"Smoking-hot Bellaire Food Street development just added Korean fried chicken to its plethora of dining options. Soho Chicken is now open at the buzzy Asiatown dining destination, with a grand opening yesterday. The owner of Soho Chicken is a transplant from Philadelphia, bringing crispy, twice-fried Korean fried chicken and other Korean dishes to the neighborhood." - Adele Chapin

Google
This is probably one of my favorite Korean fried chicken places I've been to so far. We got the small boneless pah-dak soy garlic flavor and it was so delicious and crunchy. They use chicken thighs so the flavor was on point. Also recommend the gimbap. Loved that they have kpop music videos on a loop too. When we went there was only 1 employee working, but he had no trouble managing all the tables. He was very kind and attentive and did it all with a smile. Highly recommend giving this place a try

Google
The chicken was amazing!! It tasted crispy and flavorful. They have so many types of Soju cocktails and it was hard to decide! My bf loved his Galbi, we was stuffed and enjoyed our time, will definitely be back to try other dishes 😍

Kat Spofford

Google
I really enjoyed watching K-Pop videos while eating good food. Atmosphere was good. The menu is pretty vast. Prices are a tiny bit higher than some places in Chinatown, but good. Got the Jaewook pork over rice and soy garlic chicken drummer's and wings. Also added fries. Drink menu pretty awesome. Good prices on beer.

Google
Wow, this is a big saving. I didn't really pay attention to what the server explained about the Lunch special. That was actually "Buy one get one free lunch. I realized what it was when I got my check. I & my aunt enjoyed food, especially korean fried wings were so good. Seafood tofu soup was nice, too. Must try their BOGO lunch deal. My bill came down to $42 from $64.

Google
Went to try out their buy-one-get-one-free lunch. Usually, the second less expensive one is complimentary. It's for weekdays, Mon. - Fri., 11a - 4p. Food was good! Came out hot, crispy, decent portions. Will go back again.

Google
super cute place with good service! food might take a while to come out BUT it’s really good. we recommend the soy garlic wings. soho chicken is in a really popular location and would be really good for a date :) lots of activities down the street as well. overall soho chicken is a really nice/convenient place to go!

Google
Ordered delivery. Everything was packed well and still crispy. I had the small 10 piece spicy wings. Very crispy and spicier than I expected. Also had some good radish on the side, that didn't smell too strong, which I liked. The Katsu was also good, and came with 2 kinds of sauces, came with a slaw salad as well. It overall for taste and delivery to go order, everything was really good.

Queen Blossom

Google
The rose dish was surprisingly sweet, but still okay. Hotpot was really good, and it also is a very nice lunch spot. The waitress was really friendly, but she forgot to add some of the dishes that we ordered. Aside from the food and staff, restrooms were clean and the vibe is nice.

Yelp
I have been a regular here and love the late night bites. Unfortunately it turns into a hookah bar at 10 which we have enough of in Houston. The last time I went earlier and they started it sooner than usual.

Yelp
Prices and food were just decent. Service was decent as well, pretty basic and not the best. We had to wave around to get our order taken. We ordered the soy garlic chicken, rice cake sausage skewers, kimchi bulgogi fries, and regular kimbap. The servings of the food were good and filling but the flavors were off. The chicken was too salty and the rice cakes were way too mushy and overcooked. The only thing worth the money was the fries and even then the toppings were less than normal. I was super disappointed in the rice cakes. If the food quality and service improves then I would think about coming back.

Yelp
Food is really good. WARMING: We had a party of 6. They automatically added gratiuty. Not on the meno or posted anywhere. Waitrss asked if we wanted a reciept before we paid. We said no. Left a 20% tip. Wasnt until later when a froend who got a recipet AFTER We all paid, saw the gratuity was already included. Waitress walked away with $50'on a $100 bill. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Yelp
If you're into late night Korean dishes, this is the place for you! They play loud music at night and offer a good variety of dishes to choose from. Drink menu is pretty solid. However, the food wasn't really to my liking. There's many other Korean restaurants that tastes much better. Service was decent, not the best. I had to keep waving someone down to get their attention. I don't think I'd be coming back considering there's so many other places to choose from

Yelp
Sorry late post. I didn't get to finish this review while we were there. Wasn't sure exactly what this place was. Came down from Tomball to spend time with my cousin and was surprised how cool this place is and that it's open late. Had our friends come with us and we decided to order and enjoy their appetizers. I had this amazing shrimp tempura. Ended up ordering 4 rounds of it. Had the complimentary table appetizers as well and was so pleased with the food and we ordered this cool drink. Ambiance was good. A small establishme but good enough for the people that comes around late at night

Yelp
Dined here on a Saturday afternoon with my family and brother's family. Both of us have 2 children 2 or under! It's always overwhelming for us to eat out but soho chicken made it so much less overwhelming! We were the only patrons for about an hour around 11am. Our waiter, probably owner, was very attentive and welcoming. He told us to spread out for more room and did t mind that our kids were being a nightmare lol... All the portions are huge and plentiful, The prices are very affordable. Between 5 adults and 4 toddlers, we got A full order of chicken bites, bi bim bap, burrito with fries, dukbuki with hot dog, cheese corn, kim bap, seafood pancake. Everything was so delicious. Would love to come back when we're visiting but so many spots to try. Wish them the best!!

Yelp
*I will make this a very brief review since I had recently done one from my most recent visit. I find myself again visiting a late night spot in Chinatown and had this thought to try what I mentioned from my last review which was the chicken at SoHo Chicken. But like always, I always appreciate they are open late on the weekends but the seating is not so congested which I like. But often I have just walked straight to the bar seats to be closer to the monitors playing. I did order the 10 piece soy garlic wings and a sundubu Jjigae with beef. Also the strawberry lemonade. I am happy to say after all this time has passed without giving it a try, I have been missing out on the wings. The batter and crunch factor is perfect. The sauce is flavorful and sticky but it is what I expected. The sundubu jjigae with beef was good as well. Not too spicy but the right amount. And you already know my take on the strawberry lemonade. Overall it was really good. I may consider it my go to spot now but I do have to give the other businesses around with a same concept a chance to get a feel for the vibe and make that final choice. But SoHo chicken has been great on my visits. It is hard to beat my experiences so far. The standard is high right now.

Yelp
When we walked in there was no one in there and when we were seated, the bartender had the loudest laugh ever and the music was so loud that we needed to ask for it to be turned down. I could not hear my friend who was sitting right across from me. Every time we tried to talk we would hear the bartender laughing or yelling with clients. Now I am not a party pooper, you can laugh if you want; in fact, I love laughter. However, this guy had no social awareness. We wanted to leave especially after service took a long time and set a timer for 5min and if it ran out we would leave. Thankfully they came but they took our order after that additional 4min. Overall this place is average and the atmosphere makes it bad. The tteokbokki is something I would consider getting again but it is definitely not worth the price! Food is okay, just expensive considering any food you could get in that area.

Yelp
Just drove 30mins to get here, business hours are until 2am. It's 1:03 am , doors still open, music blaring, people eating inside, all to be told sorry, we're done for the night. Waste of time and gas
google avatar

Yelp
Service was meh. Overpriced food and drinks. I got the loaded fries and they had NO flavor. I ate the fries with sauce on them and trashed the rest. That was about 6 fries. I decided to order the wings. I got the spicy hot. The bartender warned that they were super hot and they were but manageable. The problem with the wings isn't the spice. They just lacked flavor! Why have a hot wing that has no seasoning on it? My drink was $17 and was a small glass tumbler. Just No.
google avatar

Yelp
Was looking for a place for wings late at night. This place was close so decided to give it a try. The wings were soooo good, we got the soy garlic flavored 10 piece. Prices for everything are very reasonable. Also ordered the Ramyun with a side of beef, the beef was very tender and paired perfect with the flavors of the noodles. The service was really good, fist time here and out waitress was very helpful. The ambiance is cool, they have Korean pop videos. Which I had never watched before, they were fun to watch. The restaurant was dark but was perfect for the mood they were trying to set.

Yelp
There is definitely a vibe.... Late night bar. The music is loud and the lights are dimmed. We ordered Boneless Pah-Dak Large - Garlic Soy and Mango Habanero and Bibimbap in Hot Stone Bowl. Chicken was crispy and had good flavor. The Bibimbap... needed something... Just did have much flavor. Service was attentive until we got our food and then we kept having to call someone over. Since it wasn't busy inside... I was surprised. Parking is another thing. There is not enough parking for this strip center it is crazy.
google avatar

Zachary N.

Yelp
The service here is pretty average. The food is the selling point this restaurant. I ordered Tteok-bokki with cheese on top, and it was so good. This place is kept relatively clean.
google avatar

Hannah C.

Yelp
Had a great late night eat at SoHo Chicken. Loved that they had Terra, our favorite Korean beer, and I got a deliciously refreshing soju mojito to start. Ordered the wings with soy garlic and sweet and sour. Both were really good. The sweet and sour is similar to the taste of sesame chicken, so if you like that, you'll like this. Service was fantastic with attentive. waiters who were very friendly. Ambience was nice. Loved that it was a little dim but not super dark, and there were lots of tvs playing music videos and performances that were fun to look at but not too distracting. Definitely will be back to try more soju cocktails and the other Korean food.

Yelp
I've concluded that this place is criminally underrated for its value and quality. The Korean Fried Chicken Wings are the best I've had in the Chinatown area, light and crispy with just the right amount of seasoning and flavors. Dad loved their Hot BiBimBap, with a medley of vegetables, doused with a desirable amount of housemade GoChuJang, and the crispy scorched rice on the bottom of the hot stone bowl. We could barely finish the two dishes ordered from their BOGO lunch special. We both also gladly purchased beverages to support this mom-and-pop spot. Spread the word, food is good, price is right!
google avatar

Yelp
Seen this place on tiktok and been meaning to try it out. If you have epilepsy, beware they do have flashing lights.. We went on a Sunday night and there were only two people running tables, she just put the menus on the tables and left. We had to get her again to put our order in and then again, when we needed the check and to-go boxes. The food was alright, pork katsu was good! Chicken could've been more flavorful but had a good crisp. Korean bulgogi was WAY too seasoned, we couldn't eat it without putting the sauce on some white rice. Experience was alright, not sure if I would return willingly

Yelp
New place with good vibes on the interior, but I thought their chicken was very mid. The chicken tenders I got were pretty dry, and also not very flavorful on the inside which is a common issue with some chicken tenders. They also don't offer many flavors for their chicken, which is surprising since one of the main appeals of Korean Fried Chicken in my opinion is the many different unique flavorings they usually come in. I will say, their kimbap and mozzarella sticks I tried were pretty good and I liked quite a bit, I just can't realistically rate this place any higher since they're known to be a chicken place but I didn't enjoy the chicken very much.
google avatar

Veronica M.

Yelp
The food was great! We got the cheese corn and an order of sweet and sour tenders. There was K-pop music playing. They also had good cocktails! Service was a little slow.

Yelp
Saw a recommendation on another site and how they had a BOGO weekday lunch menu. It's from 11am to 4pm. I LOVE a good deal. Went with hubby last Thursday and really enjoyed it! The complimentary spicy broth was a good starter. We asked if the 10 piece Korean fried chicken platter could be half spicy and they were able to accommodate us. The shrimp dish tasted better to me with a dab of kimchi. The bulgogi gimbap was fine. It is usually eaten plain, but we asked for some sriracha mayo to dip it in. The bulgogi platter had some fatty gristle but lots of flavor. Yes, I would go back and bring a friend or two so I can try more dishes!
google avatar

Jan M.

Yelp
I particularly like the cocktails here. The blue Soju and lemon drop martini are awesome. Of course the wings are also good. I will order the pork belly today. As an app: baby octopus

Yelp
I was warned that this place wasn't good, but I had hopes that everyone was wrong... Nope. This place is not good and was not worth the stomach ache I had the next day. We got the boneless pah-dak (small) and the chicken sandwich w/ bulgogi fries (+$4). We chose soy garlic flavor for both. The soy garlic flavor is wayyy too salty and difficult to eat. It's literally all soy, no garlic flavor whatsoever. If you look at my picture of the chicken sandwich then you'll notice right off the bat that my buns were smushed. I was confused why this was the case, but I proceeded to attempt to eat a few bites. Since the buns were smushed to as flat as possible, I gave up and asked for a to-go box and another set of buns. It was at that moment that I was informed that it was their last set so that's why they were smashed. That makes no sense, but at this point I was already ready to leave. The only good thing from this meal is that the bulgogi fries were good. I received my check and noticed they charge a 4% POS processing fee... Of course it's waived if you pay cash. First off, why is the fee so high?! Second, why am I responsible for this fee? This rubbed me the wrong way. I paid in cash and left. If you want delicious KFC then go to BB.Q chicken right down the street.

Yelp
A modern, hip restaurant for Korean fried chicken. The restaurant itself is very casual: it is a dimly-lit place with (mostly) K-Pop playing in the background. The servers were very friendly and the food was received within 20 minutes! Overall, their chicken wasn't bad but it wasn't particularly memorable. We also ordered an addition of tteokbokki and cheese corn, which tasted pretty on-par with other Korean restaurants. Based off of my first time going, I am glad to have gone and tried it but would prefer to go to other Korean fried chicken places that offer crispier chicken with more robust flavors.

Yelp
We came here to try the buldak. In my fiancé's words it was 'okay'. I had the seafood pancake and instantly knew what he meant. With all the great food around you simply cannot just have 'okay'. But it was good. We went for lunch and were the only ones in the restaurant but it was also difficult to get service. I can see it being good for drinks and bar food, but with all the other options Im not sure.

Yelp
Was looking for a place that was still open at 11 p.m. and came across Soho Chicken! I ordered 3 dishes and was pleasantly surprised with how huge the portions are. * 20 piece large chicken (flavors fried & soy garlic): Unfortunately these wings didn't meet my expectations. The fried was more tastier than the soy garlic but overall, the batter was too thick and oily for me. The sauce that came with it tasted a bit like herbal medicine * Ddukbokki: it was a good appetizer to start off but if I were to come back, I'd probably try something else. The Ddukbokki was really really soft. * The kimchi bulgogi fries: was the star of the show. This was the best dish here! Super flavorful and loved the cheese. Overall, the food was mediocre and the service was a bit slow considering how empty it was. We had to chase down the waiter. The store and restroom was clean though! It definitely gave off the restaurant vibes in Korea.

Yelp
As soon as I got off my flight from LA I brought my friends here. I've had it bookmarked for a minute and knew they'd love it bc they've been telling me how much they loved the Korean friend chicken I took them to I. Koreatown in LA. We showed up late- like 1am (I'm really sorry to the wait staff for that.) you might be hesitant to rate a restaurants food or service based on what you get served that late but everything was impeccable. The fried chicken was crisp and absolutely delicious. The bossam! So tender and delicious. The service and food was exceptional. Looking forward to eating here a few more times while I'm in town. Thank you Soho!

Stephanie R.

Yelp
Food is always really good, I mainly enjoy their tokboki and fried rice, as well as the dumplings!!! Really good for a spot that's open late!
google avatar

Chi H.

Yelp
Oh this place was great when it comes to late night hours. Decided to get some KFC and some drinks to cap the night. KFC was too much breading, I rather have it naked at this point. Felt so much carbs. Also, was drinking too, so didn't really care at the time, but now I'm sobering up, I realized the food quality isn't that up to par like other KFC in the area. Prices were decent, but definitely would try other menu.

Yelp
Was looking for a spot for dinner, stumbled upon this spot and it was great! Atmosphere was a little loud but the food and service was great. Food came out quickly despite the restaurant being busy. My girlfriend and I split all of the below items and we were very satisfied -Small Boneless Pah-Dak was the highlight of the meal. Chicken was great, the portion was great and a wonderful bargain. We got the soy garlic, and I would recommend, especially if you don't like spice. - Kimchi Fried Rice was okay. Didn't blow me away, and I think I would've preferred another fried rice. Good as sort of a side but I think if it was my whole meal I wouldn't be satisfied. Good vegetarian option however. - Dduk Kkochi was good. We had the choice between spicy and soy garlic and I think we made the wrong choice. Soy garlic was okay, but I wouldn't order it again. Definitely interested in trying the spicy one. We both really enjoyed, it was reasonably priced with good portions, and we look forward to coming back!

Yelp
Soho chicken was a great find!! I stumbled upon the restaurant with my sister after just having a snack a few doors down. we were warmly greeted upon entering, and immediately received a plethora of great recommendations from our server, we ended up choosing the fried tofu & dduk kkochi for the contrast of spicy & savory flavors. The sauce was TO DIE FOR.. it was so good my sister asked for a side of the sauce to add to her bulgogi. I ordered the small (5pcs) chicken tenders, soy garlic flavor to be exact and W O W.. just look at the way the chicken glistens. It was DE-licous!!! Overall great vibes, great food, great service! Ambiance: 10/10 great vibes, sports bar feel, great music (K-pop, K-rnb) Cuisine: 11/10 Myriad of Korean classics Price Range: Dishes are a bit on the pricier side, come prepared to be a big baller Parking: 6/10 VERY popular strip center, immediate parking can be stiff, luckily there is a parking garage to the left of the strip center. Cleanliness: 10/10 tables, and bathrooms were clean.

Yelp
I was wary of trying Soho Chicken due to the mixed reviews, but I was hungry for some KFC and my usual place wasn't available for delivery. Overall, I'd say the 3.5 star review is pretty spot on--Soho Chicken is solidly just okay/sorta good. The soy garlic chicken was good even though the flavor was very mild compared to other KFC I've had. A lot of previous reviewers have complained about the thickness of the batter, but IMO it was pretty on par with usual KFC batter. It was slightly chewy though, and the pieces were pretty small for the price. I enjoyed the ddukbokki the best, which had just enough kick to it but wasn't overly spicy. The worst dish was the jjajang ramyun (black bean noodles), which were completely bland and had very little sauce to the point of dryness. They were only saved by the fact I also ordered galbi (which was delicious) and could eat them together. I'd be curious to try Soho Chicken at their restaurant to see if having it fresh would make for a different experience, but there are better KFC places in Houston.

Yelp
First time here.. randomly selected based on Yelp pictures... cute atmosphere with good K-pop music. The food was delicious and hot. We ordered the Spicy pork belly that was definitely the star of the show lol... the wings were very crispy.. definitely coming back. I think the food is priced fairly. You get a discount if you pay cash.

Danna A.

Yelp
Their chicken wings and galbi are to dieeeee forrrrrrr! I usually get the spicy and soy garlic chicken flavor and the crunchiness is perfect every time!

Maria C.

Yelp
Ordered delivery. Everything was packed well and still crispy. I had the small 10 piece spicy wings. Very crispy and spicier than I expected. Also had some good radish on the side, that didn't smell too strong, which I liked. The Katsu was also good, and came with 2 kinds of sauces, came with a slaw salad as well. It overall for taste and delivery to go order, everything was really good.

Yelp
I know a chicken place that will drive you LOCO Although it may give you more gas than SUNOCO And if you buy too many wings, you'll end up a BROKE HO But you won't mind because you'll love the food at SOHO Better than every single KFC place in TOKYO Your scale will hate you like Lennon's fans hated YOKO Your waistline will expand like fascism in the POPO Come and try the fried chicken here at SOHO! WHAT. Actually, I really like the flavor of the spicy Korean chicken wings from here. I suppose my complaint would be that the portions are little on the small side, while prices are more swole than, well, me. So considering how much it cost, I didn't really get full and it didn't really contribute to my protein portion for weightlifting, not significantly enough to make it a regular stop, as in, the wings are teeny weeny like Barbi's bikinis, monokinis, microkinis, slingshots, whatever it is she is almost wearing this week. Usually when I seek out chicken, it's not just for delicious taste, which this place does have, but also good value to make it a regular stop, or at least a big bunch of protein if I'm going to pay a lot. But at Soho, I felt like I paid a lot without actually getting the protein. However the taste definitely keeps this chain at a solid 4 star rating, and if it were a little more affordable or a little more generous than I would definitely give it five. Service was friendly and we would definitely come back again, although there are other places that I like even more for Korean Fried Chicken, such as Lim's about a mile to the east on the same road, my fave of all time. There is a difference between me and other Yelpers. Which is that I don't talk about the differences between me and other Yelpers because I don't really know the other Yelpers. But I do know Korean Fried Chicken, and I'd say that this place would mainly appeal to those who don't, or who prefer their food sugary (ewwwww) rather than with actual spicy and "complex" flavours as hipsters would say. Don't get me wrong, I still like it here. Just not some of the OTT hype about it considering some of the other options in this genre in Houston. Another thing they do really well is the decor. It's very pretty and modern and fancy and pop culture and we really like that about it. For Decor this place would definitely score five. And I'm sorry I roped you into reading this review, so now let me rap you out of reading it. It's almost as delicious as Ice T's COCO Even more delicious than Sheldon's Kaley CUOCO Makes a lot of chicken stores just vanish like a DODO More popular than f**king POKEMON GO Come and try the chicken right now at SOHO WHAT.

Nia K.

Yelp
Poor service. Dirty utensils and glasses. Food was under seasoned and overpriced, save your time and go anywhere else!!
google avatar

Tracy D.

Yelp
Beyond disappointed. I know time are tough but portion is cheap. I ordered $50+ worth of stuffs and they can't even give me full size side dishes like Jang Geum. Short ribs (3/5) - 6 pieces for $17 Bibimbap (0/5) - they forgot meat that I added Chickens (3/5) Overall, I'm not ordering anything else beside the chicken from here again.
google avatar

Cassandra M.

Yelp
Y'all this place is always the SPOT for me and my friends. Price is not horrible, flavors on point, vibes be super lowkey. They're also open late which is one of the best parts and it's also a great place to catch the latest game. I've always had great memz from Soho Chicken The fried chicken, bulgogi fries, soju bombs, rice cake apps are soooooo good!! Garlic soy wings are bomb.com, Seriously a weakness. The only thing that was not bad at BEST were the black bean noodles. Tasted a bit like instant ramen. I'm not a giant fan of the hot flavor either and neither is bf. Another big complaint is service everytime I have been is not attentive. And we had to get up ourselves several times to get napkins at the bar. We would've asked the waiter but he/she was hardly present. It's a Chinatown must try!

Yelp
Came in on Wednesday evening, lots of seating, not busy at all. They staff was nice and friendly. I just ordered a 2 things. Wings and squid. Wings are okay. Nothing that wowed me. They are pretty average size but now a data I've seen much bigger and more flavorful. So in my opinion if you want Korean fried chicken, I would go elsewhere . The bill came out and I got hit with a merchant fee of 3.99% and to be honest that's pretty messed up. That's the part that really got me. I highly don't recommend you coming here unless you want them to tack on 3.99% to your bill when pay with CC. I don't appreciate it at all. Got me once, but will not get me twice

Desirai H.

Yelp
Had been wanting to check this place out for a while ... would not go back again. The ambiance was nice but the Food is mid and way too overpriced. Service wasn't its best either . They are slow for a place that wasn't packed .
google avatar

Moni T.

Yelp
Service was really good, we liked our waiter. But the whole restaurant doesn't serve water, so if you want water with your meal you will need to buy bottled water. $1/per bottle. Food is good but not too impressive, aesthetically pleasing but it tastes a little bland. It comes with good amount of rice, and egg is cooked to perfection. Love the side dishes that come with, it has kimchi, picked seaweed and fried fish cake.
google avatar

Rane S.

Yelp
Overall food is okay. They open late until 2am. Parking can be tricky since it can get packed in the evening. For 2 people, bill was about $92 after tip
google avatar

Anthea R.

Yelp
Excellent service! Our server, Andrew, made sure we had napkins and waters refilled every few minutes, and made sure to voice our further needs to him. I have been here twice now, the chicken has not failed to come out perfectly crispy, and not breaded to death. The special and spicy combinations are my favourite. The spice level is just right, and their cheesy rice cakes was delicious too. They have a decent lunch combo: 6 pieces of chicken with fries or rice, and non-alcoholic drink of your choice for $10. But you can only choose one flavour style for the lunch combo.

Yelp
First time here and I had very little expectations. We were looking for a late night snack and this restaurant stays open late. The Korean fried chicken spicy wings and the bulgogi cheese fries were both salty and overcooked. An order of 10 fried wings were $13.50 and the fries were $11, so with tax and tip, the total was $31.00. The radish they brought after you order your food tastes like someone soaked it in Windex. The wings are pretty small portion-wise and it tasted like they used frozen wings. It had a weird texture and very greasy. Oh, the spicy flavor hot was very blah. Not enough seasoning, it was overly hot. Service was quick and it was a casual atmosphere. I won't be returning to this restaurant so I can mark this off my bucket list. The people working here are very nice, however the food is overpriced and tastes below average quality. We paid $31 for an order of 10 wings and fries with cheese and bland tasting beef on top. Yuck.

Yelp
This place can do better if they try a little bit harder. I ordered togo fried chicken, tofu soup and galbi. Fried chicken - the flavor taste pretty good, I got soy garlic and spicy. Tofu soup - a little bit bland, and the most important is the hot soup was serve in a foam cup which the hot spicy oil melted the foam cup wall ( which can cause cancer) they need to change to the plastic one please ! It's $13 soup not $5 so you can upgrade $0.25 foam cup to $0.75 plastic cup, it won't hurt. Galbi - I tried at the store before and it was okay, but today a little bit too much sauce so it gets salty. White rice - i love it Side dishes - okay Overall, just need to be a little bit change here and there.

Yelp
Please is nice. Korean food. They have chicken, but most of their menu is different Korean entrees. Staff is nice and accommodating. The chicken was good. Crispy skin. Soft tender meat. The spicy flavor is actually pretty spicy. Needs more flavor. Kimbab was actually pretty good. Bibimbab was decent. A bit bland. But overall nice experience.

Yelp
Nice cozy sporty bar that serves drinks & quick bites. My friend and I decided to come here because he was craving some Korean fried chicken. I went ahead & got their bulgogi cheese fries & 10 pieces of the sweet & sour wings. Well I thought the cheese fries were above par but I wasn't really a fan of it. While the fries were hot & crispy the meat was tasteless & they were cheap on the spicy mayo. I actually enjoyed the sweet & sour wings as it had a nice balance of sweet & sour, the batter was also coated pretty well. The only issue is that the wings were not that juicy inside, it wasn't dry but it wasn't juicy either. I also want to add that the wings are a bit small as well. Overall, the food was good enough but the service is what gave it a 4. Will I come back? Yes.

Yelp
I grabbed takeout from here the other night and was overall pretty disappointed. Mediocre chicken + skimpy pickled radish portion + extra service fee means there's really no reason to come here when there's so many good food places in the area. We ordered the 20pc, half fried, half soy garlic. On the plus side, the food was quick (15 minutes) and ready when we we came. However, I noticed they charge a 3.99% "service fee" for credit card orders which is disappointing. Why not just build the price into your menu like literally every other place? It's not like it was particularly cheap either (ended up ~$30). When we got home, we opened the pickled radishes and were immediately disappointed. There were about 8 pieces of radish...really? If you're going to nickel and dime me for my 3.99% "service fee", at least give me more than a few pieces of radish. The chicken itself was alright. It wasn't particularly crispy like I expected it to be. The soy garlic was good, but the original fried had no seasoning. It came with a dipping sauce that I didn't particularly enjoy. All in all, I wouldn't come back here, especially since there's so much good food in the area.

Yelp
Who even goes to BDubs, Pluckers, or Popeyes for wings/fried chicken anymore? KFC (KOREAN Fried Chicken) is probably the only fried chicken I will eat from now on. Soho's fried chicken is always made fresh to order, and deep fried twice for that extra crispiness. The chicken is served steaming hot, the meat delightfully tender. The plain flavor without sauce is mildly seasoned, perfect for those with a lighter tastebud. The sauced up special flavor is a perfect balance between sweet and savory, and the skin stays perfectly crispy. And if all the fried food is a bit too heavy, wash it down with some Jjambbong or Ramyun, both classic Korean homecooked type of dishes (yes ramyun is just instant noodles, but it's got the vibess). So kids, morale of the story is choose K(orean)FC, not stale heat-lamp chicken. Just call in ahead to order if you can't afford the wait. #276
