I stay at Soho House about once a month. If a room is available when I'm in town, I'll book it.
Ellen and Eleanor at the front desk are excellent. They remember guests, are super warm, and handle details fast.
The setup makes business travel simple. Land at BNA, take an Uber to Soho, handle all meetings and meals there, and head back to the airport the next day. You get the productivity of two or three trips in one visit.
The only drawback is the typical social club vibe. People sometimes look around to see who else is there. It can feel too much of a scene. Still, the convenience, service, and comfort outweigh the downside.
Rooms are nice and cozy. Staff are pros. Even when rooms are booked, something usually opens up if you check often. I usually book within a week and find availability nine out of ten times.
Highly recommend!
