My husband and I eat here often. We get the same thing every time. And it’s NORMALLY great. However they’ve changed their crab ragoons. So after eating one bite, I realized I didn’t like it and sent the rest back. The cashier/manager said she would only discount the item and took $1.25 off, but kept the other 5 pieces we sent back. I had to exchange words with her for several minutes and inform her I wouldn’t pay for ANYTHING unless she removed it from my bill. She had a horrible attitude. I will NEVER go back here! Customer SERVICE should always be top tier!!!

Beautiful atmosphere and excellent service however, I was not impressed with the food quality. I ordered a bento box and tempura to go. Now I will say this the food was hot and for the most part fresh. The miso soup was good, I had that the next day. I guess my biggest issue was with the chicken. It was dry and tough. The my tempura was a bit soggy because of the container. Aside from that the tempura was good.

Extremely disappointing! I paid over $70 for two tiny tiny rolls and two orders of general Tso chicken! The 2024 roll was $18 for a basically a tempura California roll with over cooked tiny thin cuts of salmon on top. Literally 6 tiny rolls !!!! I’m beyond pissed. Such a freaking waste of money. I could have did better at Publix $5 sushi day. FUJIYAMA or YELLOWTAIL are oceans better for the same price if not cheaper.

Nice, quiet little place in the Publix shopping center at Tiny Town and Peachers Mill. Food is pretty good and staff is attentive and helpful. I almost don't want to give it a good review so it can almost remain like a secret place for my family, but it deserves to do more business.

Placed an order in advance. Delivery was delivered way early, food sat outside on porch for almost 3hrs in 60 degree weather. Called restaurant and was told it was my fault for placing an order days in advance, which the restaurant website allows. They messed up.....not looking at day the order was intended for... I was not offered a refund or that my order would be sent out on the day I ordered it fo at no charge. The food was tossed...... So for the cost of the meal, I paid never to order from here again. Very poor customer service by laying the blame for their mistske and not reading the order correctly.

Always friendly. Never had a meal from here I didn’t like. Honestly a hidden gem in Clarksville!

Well....portions are small. Prices are not in line with the size of rolls. The California role here is like a mini version of everywhere else. I mean imitation crab is inexpensive, WHY (why) would you cave to use only a sliver of it in your Cali rolls. Even Publix and the Commissary use a whole portion. Why, because the rolls are so stingy and small. I want to like this place because it's THE closest Sushi to my house, but just can't justify it. Same for my sashimi, two slivers of fish and everywhere else are 2 (or even 3) larger chucks of fish. Oh well, I gave it numerous chances but it is what it is.

Pass review are irrelevant. This place is a great spot i got a bowl of ramen, sushi roll, and a tea. The drink was really good and the boba was soft and chewy. Tye ramen was bangin and the sushi roll sent me to heaven.They were very welcoming and the wait for the food was about a 10min wait The spot is nice and cozy as well i could sleep here if i wanted. W spot will eat here again

Really starting to wonder about the validity of the health scores posted on this app. Look at what Yelp says: health score 100 ! Now look at the article that was published today in the paper ("More Roaches than Handsoap"): The last inspection at this location received an 89 in November of 2021. The location has a history of low scores, receiving a 58 in March of 2021, and a 66 in July of 2020. This week, it got a whopping 51!!! I would advise the whole damn country to STAY AWAY! But if you simply must go, I would probably recommend the ptomaine chicken, the sweet-and-sour norovirus pork, or the rainbow-slicked beef. And tell your stoner friends that the abundance of roaches in the building aren't what they're looking for. How is this place still open, Clarksville ?!?

We have ordered here before and the Delivery time was ok. Today i ordered the food at 3:45 pm. 5pm rolls around and still no food. I ordered the food early so my family could eat before they had to leave at 5:30. The person on the phone tells me it will be another 20 mins! So 60.00 meal, 8 dollar tip and it took them 2 hours to deliver and on the phone they acted like they could care less. Stay away from this place.

3 Stars - Sushi 2 Stars - Price 4 Stars - Service 4 Stars - Cleanliness The sushi was mediocre. Price was a little high for so so sushi. The service was good for takeout. I would probably come here for lunch specials. The place is clean and decent. I was still hungry after $20 worth of sushi. Soho has great potential still. 3.4 Stars.

**UPDATE** My co-worker may have found a bug in her food?! See picture. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My co-teachers and I went to lunch and arrived at 11:10. We were served drinks within the first 5 minutes, but then the server didn't return for another 15 before taking our order. Fast forward to 12:15, we still do not have our food. We ask for it to go, because we need to return to work (we needed to be back by noon). It was also apparent that they did not even have our food cooked until we asked for it to go. They also did not comp our order - the best they offered was a 10% discount after I asked. Remember, we still haven't eaten our food at this point. Again, do not recommend. Extremely poor service.

The food here was good. I ordered the Hunan Pork extra spicy. The pork was tender and was mixed with various veggies. The chili's made this dish quite good. I did however find the dish just a little bit lacking in flavor. But after a little bit of salt and soy it was good. I do wish there were bamboo in the dish but over all it was tasty. The staff was very accommodating and the place was clean. The prices were on average and the menu items did not seem to be over priced. I would definitely return to try other dishes as they have an extensive menu of Japanese and Chinese (American) dishes. They also have a sushi menu. It was one of the better tasting Chinese style dishes that I have had in this city but I do see slight improvement for the particular dish that I had. It is worth trying out.

I had ordered from here quite a few times before. But this past experience has caused me to NEVER order from here again. The driver they had deliver my food was COMPLETELY incompetent. He couldn't find my place, he called me a couple times saying he was lost. He even called me on his private cell phone and asked for me to share my location from my iPhone (the only option is to share for one hour) HELL NO. It was a complete violation. He then asked me to walk outside to meet him. He passed me my food through his driver door window, didn't have me sign anything. I will NEVER order from this place again. I'm checking my credit statements to make sure he didn't write in a tip or anything. Absolutely unprofessional and rude. Oh and just found empty Fortune Cookie wrappers in my bag

This was the only restaurant featured on Grubhub so I took a chance on it and ordered a kamakazi cooked roll and beef egg foo young w only mushrooms. The estimated arrival time was 60-70 minutes after I placed my order but in actuality, my order arrived 30 minutes later than the promise time. I opened up the bag and realized that they had given me the wrong sushi roll! Instead of a kamakazi cooked roll, which is $6.25, I got a tuna roll which is only $4.75! I seriously just got ripped off! Not only did I get the wrong roll but their egg foo young was the nastiest one I've ever gotten. It was so soggy on the inside, I wondered if they had just made the outside brown and forgotten that the inside had to be cooked as well! I really wish I didn't order from this place. If I could give them no stars, I would.

My husband placed the order online via Yelp. We ordered the Flaming Dragon Roll, General tso combo platter, and an order of beef & broccoli. This came out to be about $44 total. I picked up our meal from the restaurant at about 5pm. Inside the restaurant there were zero other customers. There were a few people working, 2 at the front counter who didn't seem to know what they were doing, so they had another guy take care of putting our order together. Most of the order was in the bag when I came to pick up, but the sushi was still being made even though we placed the order about an hour earlier. Given the price of the sushi and General Tso chicken platter, we expected to get more. The sushi was a small package of 8 rolls for about $15. The chicken "platter" was a small/medium sized take our container (pictured), and less than half of it was chicken. The chicken was thin, floppy, and chewy. The beef & broccoli dish had a good amount of meat, however the meat was just like the chicken. Thin. Floppy. Very chewy. The biggest disappointment was that there wasn't any flavor. I could hardly tell the difference between the general tsos chicken & the beef. My husband said the sushi rolls were good, but I didn't try them so I can't say anything about them. I'm sad to say that the best part of the entire meal was the fortune cookies. We only wish they had better food because we love keeping it local! However, this food left us feeling sick. We don't plan on coming back.

Worth the trip. I have been here 3 times. First time here I had the shrimp fried rice...delicious lunch. Next time I had Sushi which was fresh, good variety and beautiful presentation. This time I had the seafood combo. As I write I am stuffed to the gills from the "E" combo! If you have a smidge of room left in your tummy, top it off with the lemon cake. See you there next time.

Make sure to go around to the patio to order. Due to COVID the dining area isn't open. You must call ahead to place an order. Other than that prices have gone up substantially. $50 for beef lo mein, Gyoza, and Chicken fingers with pork fried rice. Food was just slightly below 'meh'. I really didn't get the impression that I was eating Chinese food.

Fantastic food, huge portions and good sushi! This place is a diamond in the rough. My husband and I came here for a date and we're pleasantly surprised after tasting their ginger dressing for their salad. We have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants-- and the dressing (we confirmed) was made fresh! And so the expectation for food was high! Sake Don (salmon and rice) had large cuts of meat and was a fresh buttery taste. gyoza was steamed and a good appetizer. Miso soup was hot and satisfying Seaweed salad was a HUGE portion. A meal in itself. Teriyaki shrimp accompanied by fresh veggie stir fry was tasty. Over all a great night! Note, you MUST love Shaina Twain's "I feel like a women"! It played in the background 3 times during our 1 hour meal. Don't get me wrong, we rocked on with it, and found it comical and created a fun mood, but a little change up wouldn't hurt!

Horrible policies. Wanted to substitute tofu for meat in a dish and they upcharged. Tofu costs significantly less than meat and most restaurants down charge. On top of that, they forgot part of our order. The server was awesome and apologetic but the owners are garbage. The restaurant is garbage. Avoid it and go somewhere that makes decent food. In response: your staff was not the issue. Our server was fantastic and apologetic. The business owner is to blame in this situation, not your staff.

Sushi was over priced for what the quality of sushi was. Better off going to Publix and buying the pre made rolls there. Really wanted to like it but couldn't. Very generic in my opinion.

After reading the previous reviews we should have known better than to order delivery from here. We ordered at 5:15pm and did not receive our delivery until 7:50pm. We called at the 2hr mark and were told it would only be 5 more minutes. A neighbor, who had also ordered 20 minutes earlier than us was also told the same scripted answer: It will be 5 minutes and the driver is new. After having worked delivery food service (without GPS in 2003) I find that it is absolutely inexcusable for a restaurant to a) hire drivers that cannot make a delivery on time b) continuously offer delivery service without being unable to actually follow through and c) lie to customers about arrival times. We will never order from here nor visit this establishment again.

The orange chicken was pretty good and the delivery was quick. I liked that you had a lot of options and it wasn't just sushi. The edamame didnt have any salt on it, which is an easy fix. Overall pretty happy with my food and will order from them again.

My family and I ordered sushi and several sides, to include chicken and beef. The sushi was good, but it was overpriced. Competition-wise, you have better options in Clarksville. The beef and chicken, if you can call them that, where the chewiest "meat" I've consumed in years. They were also quite flavorless. The vegetables and rice that accompanied them were alright. Two stars because the sushi tasted good (Flaming Dragon Roll), but it was otherwise not worth giving a second chance. They have an extensive menu, and I can't speak for anything else on it, but the three menu items I did try did not leave me with a good feeling to return... more-so the feeling of an upset stomach and a regret that I tried anything beyond the sushi.

I love the food and the people are friendly. If there is a mistake they are very nice about fixing it. I love getting Japanese food as well as Chinese right to my door. Sure sometimes the wait is long but it is worth it for fresh food that has not been sitting on a heater all day. Good on ya Soho! But Please bring the squid back! The phone staff is friendly and are patient when you may want to add or take certain things out of your dish. You have to try the Thai tea... you will be hooked.

I ordered a simple chicken with broccoli combo. It turned out well. I didn't know that this place had a plethora of seafood that I feel obligated to taste.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant .. I got one of the combos .. it was very good. I ordered pick up and it was ready within 25 minutes . Food was still warm once I returned home and I had 0 complaints.

Okay, I don't know what is up with the two previous reviewers, but this place is okay... but nothing to write home about. First off - things here are actually pricey. There are other better Sushi options that are 20% less cost wise and probably 20% more delicious. Both the Sushi and Chinese food are very standard - nothing that wows me (given the price you think it would). Service is come and go. Every time I go, there is always a service mishap that leaves me waiting. Now yes, the presentation here is always very elegant. The place is super clean and super modern looking. Kudos to that. However, if you come here for food... the convenient location might make it be worth it, but the sushi off exit 1 and exit 4 are much better.

I love the food, it's always great. Great sushi and Chinese food every time! They need to work on their packaging though. shouldn't be worried about saving packages with the sushi. They put mine and my husbands roll in the same container and left out wasabi and ginger for both. The sushi's were on top of each other basically still a great roll. Just a little upset with the take out

They deliver & you can order online. Soooooo goooooooood. Fresh, delicious, hot, great service, exactly as advertised. Yum yum yum yum.

I gotta say...Soho is far better than most Asian restaurants I've been to. They give me a fair amount of meat and seafood unlike other places that has vegetables take up 3/4 of the meal. Not to mention, the food is oishii (delicious)! I'll definitely come back here again. Maybe during lunch next time. It's weird cause they gave me sauces I don't need like duck sauce, forks but no chopsticks (very weird for an Asian restaurant, if you ask me), and the bubble tea wasn't blended up like it is back home to make it more like a slushie.

This was probably one of the worst budget sushi restaurants I've ever been to. The first impression I got from this place was not that great. They had a sign on their front door saying "Hiring experienced waitresses". This was absolutely true. Their waitress was horrible, which, in turn, made the entire experience unbearable. We have a baby, 6 months old. They do not have a baby changing station in their bathrooms so we had to last resort to a mat on the floor in the handicap stall. At least the bathroom was clean. When we sat down, the booths and tables were extremely close. I'm really skinny and had a hard time sitting between the booth and the table. The booths also slid around on the floor as you got in and out or adjusted your feet. Seems like rubber feet on the booths would be an excellent thing for this store. The menu was very confusing. We had to ask the waitress how to order sushi. The sushi was divided in groups but the groups were not listed in a distinguishable manner. You really had to read every line in the menu to figure it out. The waitress was too chatty. In fact, she was texting when she walked up to our table. She also saw a man with a dog outside and rushed outside to tell the man that he had a cute dog. This was all after she decided to try and stick out baby in an upside down high-chair. She forgot several items like straws, napkins, and manners. The soup was horrible and the sushi was equally as bad. The sushi falls apart before you even get a chance to pick it up. Forget trying to dip it in soy sauce or it will fall apart completely. Their complex sushi consist of pureed items to make a paste. The paste was dry an tasted like potted meat. I would never go back to this place unless they changed their entire menu, staff, and name. The reason I give them a 2 is because I did not have to pay too much to be disappointed. The next reason is that they have a lovely looking setup. Too bad they have annoying and terrible service along with bad sushi

My husband and I get delivery from Soho when we are just so tired from work we dont want to leave the house. It must be only under these circumstances because its very rare we actually enjoy the food. Our boxes of sushi always come to us jumbled and mangled among the two very different rolls that have been boxed together. To top it off, the clear soup is tasteless and smells like feet and sweat. (We dont order that anymore) We LOVE the gyoza, when they can get it here before it sweats to death. Even then its not terrible. I just want my Godzilla roll to not have destroyed my poor cowboy rolls on the way here guys. Just once. Maybe just handle it better? Dont let it turn on its side in transit. It is always our choice when we order out of laziness, but at least help us out a little? lol

Awful experience! We were recommended this place by fellow army wives. I was so disappointed. We ordered our kids what the menu described as "chicken tenders" and received four still bloody wings. When I called about it they said "we don't have chicken tenders in our menu." Except they do. Because I ordered online. And there was a chicken tender option. When I mentioned this I was hung up on. The fried rice isn't fried at all. It was a light yellow color and not a normal brown fried rice. It tasted like a saucy rice pilaf. All the food was soggy. It was also more expensive than most places. I don't have a problem paying for good food, this wasn't it. The sesame chicken was just as spicy as the general tsaos. Which was very disappointing to me since I don't do spice that much. It made it inedible for myself and my youngest who was planning to share with me. The menu didn't say the sesame chicken was spicy but did show the general tsaos was. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Got a menu in my mailbox and decided to try. It's delicious! I got 2 sushi rolls, the SoHO special and the 2024 roll, and Honey chicken and General Tso. Highly recommended!

Just ordered carry out for the first and last time from here. The worst Chinese food I have ever eaten and I've tried many of them and I didn't get me fortune cookie. It's a big no from me :(

We doordashed the honey chicken combo for my husband and the sweet and sour chicken combo for myself tonight. My husbands honey chicken came completely naked - no sauce, no nothing, and it was incredibly greasy and tasted oily. Mine on the other had, was completely dowsed in sauce. My chicken was so sweet I couldn't even eat it. My taro milk tea was also awful as well... both of our dinners went in the trash tonight. I'm pretty bummed because we've eaten here before and the food was always good, but my husband will never order/come back here again. :-(

My husband came here for dinner we sat at a table for 10-15 minutes with no interaction. There was one other table other than us in the restaurant. This used to be the best place in Clarksville. Can't say that anymore.

I would have given a 5+ .Well the server was a 5+she was amazing, her name is Sequoia! I gave it a 4 because my crab ragooon and veggie fried rice was amazing. My friend's lo mein was amazing! I really wanted sushi so I ordered a Spider roll. They have an amazing menu. Even have crab, mussels etc like a boil with corn and potatoes. However, my spider roll was not good, it tasted funny! It did not look right . I took a bite and it tasted fishy and not right. I was not about to eat it. I asked for it to be removed from my ticket and management said no. So in the future I will come back for their amazing other food but will go elsewhere for sushi. I am looking for a place to bring friends and family who love Asian blend of food including sushi.

Very beautiful inside. When we walked in it was 2 people at the front and nothing was said to us at first we just stood there for a minute then the lady finally asked how many people and sat us at a booth. It is a lot of different types of sushi on the menu a great plus. The food was really good very good prices. We got the spicy tuna roll and general tso chicken with fried rice and sesame chicken with fried rice! Overall it was a really good place with great food and prices! The cons would be not being greeted when we first walked in and not getting a lot of food! But I will be returning!

So here we go. Ordered the chicken katsu, thin,(and I mean thin) piece of chicken that was breaded with panko, overcooked and cut into strips. It came with a salad which resembled what you would get at a hibachi restaurant nothing fancy and the ginger dressing was decent. The vegetables and fried rice that came with it lacked flavor, as well as the chicken on a stick we ordered. It came with a soup that appeared to be some bean curd with seaweed and tasted of some sort of fish stock, which maybe to others isnt a big deal but being allergic to seafood the first taste I got had me running to the sink to spit it out and hopefully prevent a reaction. I checked the menu and it didnt say it came with either the vegetables or the soup so bonus I guess? All in all a pretty mediocre meal with a decent price tag because they have the word fusion on the sign i guess.

Updated on 7/6/17 to add - The restaurant reached out in a very kind message to tell me about the many improvements in the years I have been there and very kindly asked that I please give the restaurant another try. I have asked my friends who go there frequently and LOVE it to accompany me if I decide to return but I have to tell you how impressed I am that a restaurant cares enough about their customers to personally message them about the experience. It speaks volumes. Customer service and overall kindness towards fellow man means a lot to me and I had to up my 2 star to a 3 star based on that alone (Well that AND the fact that my friends keep calling me an idiot for missing out on the great food they have now). I can't promise it'll be soon but I will definitely give this place another go. Thank you for caring about your customers. Original Post: I haven't gone back to this place since it gave me food poisoning 3 yrs ago for my birthday "present". Have heard much has changed and it's supposed to be average now. But every time I attempt to return I recall the 3 days of h*ll my body went thru to purge the food from my system and I just can't do it.

Go food and service. The location is close to Publix and close to my home, but it is not crowded. I think it is a hidden cool spot for seafood and Chinese that isn't like the fast take out or crowded buffet.

Don't waste your money or appetite here... I have lived here for four years now and tired this place at least five times and am always disappointed. Trust me, go elsewhere...

This is what you would expect, nothing fancy here. Very clean, the service was quick-they don't have kid's menus however. My kids ordered the fried shrimp and cake fingers and were more than impressed, so we lucked out. I got the Rock & Roll sushi and it was delish. Just keep an open mind, and you'll be good!

Always good, always fast. Occasionally incorrect but they will always make up for any mistakes.

Mediocre. Mediocre service: took over an hour to get one meal which they had to make a second visit to drop off because they gave me a soup and salad in a giant bag without the meal. There is a 5$ delivery fee which does not go to the driver. Asked for sashimi and got sushi. Food: fish seems frozen, salad tastes like pesticides. I guess it tastes like Japanese food trying to be sold at a Chinese restaurant. Would not take my half Japanese Mother here.

Stumbled upon this place with my fiance, we both absolutely loved this place from the very start. I had the vegetable lomein, my fiance had the Kobe Beef roll with steamed dumplings to start. We were a bit skeptical of the roll, but all of our dishes exceeded our expectations. The traditional fare was done very well, the sushi was beyond creative and delicious. My fiance even ordered a second roll to go! We loved their service as well. The staff was friendly and very attentive throughout our dinner. I can't believe we have been in Clarksville for two years and have just discovered this place. This place is a gem and we will definitely be coming back here regularly.

Will not eat from here again. I ordered 3 sushi rolls and roast duck yesterday and was very disappointed. The sushi was extremely bland and skimpy on the fish portion. The duck was soggy and soft and meat was dry. A massive disappointment being this is my favorite Chinese dish and also is $26. All together I spent over $60 and didn't enjoy anything.

Wonderful food & fast delivery. I love this place. The app is wonderfully easy. They always text if running late & they are extremely friendly & patient with my two small dogs.

I'm actually surprised this place has some 1 star ratings. I've been coming here for about two years now and have no complaints. The food is just about the same price as most other Chinese/Japanese restaurants. I've tried multiple things off the menu and have not been disappointed with any of them. I will say delivery is sometimes slow, so you have been warned. But it's good sushi, good food and generous portions

Great food, However food aside the customer service is horrible. You will wait for over an hour for food so should order two hours before you actually want to eat. We have been missing food a few time also received and charged for things we didn't order.
