Love my new neighborhood, and this spot. :) The energy - vibes - creative healthy spin on refreshing teas + smoothies is epic! A real upgrade, see ya'll after my bike ride. Oh, the people are amazing too.

We stopped here after working out next door and had the best experience! The sign outside caught my attention, and the employee working couldn’t have been better. She was super friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to interact with. All 3 drinks we got were delicious, and there are plenty of menu options, including vegan :) this may be our new go-to coffee spot!

Having been here myself I can understand why the reviews are somewhat polarized. It's not a traditional smoothie place where you go in, say "give me a banana and mango and add in some avocado" and they blend it all for you right there. I'd say it's more of a custom protein shake place where they blend various protein powders to make something a little more refined than your usual muscle milk. If you can't stand the taste of protein powders, this won't make you change your mind. But if you do and want to try some new flavors you won't see anywhere else, this is a great option. Otherwise, they have a nice selection of teas and other fitness oriented snacks.

Sol is my absolute favorite smoothie place! Their teas are so energizing and refreshing and I love that everything is so healthy, even their protein donuts. They have great service and are pet friendly. The hangover tea is my favorite.

Very impressed . I love the vibe. AND the smoothies and teas are next level. So many healthy options and vitamin add ins. It's just what my body need after a great workout at The Garage Chicago Gym right down the block. Added bonus: the employees are AMAZING. They cheer you on when you walk in and know exactly what to make you based off your preferences. This place brings me so much joy. Don't walk - RUN. My go to favorite is mocha chocolate smoothie and immunity tea. Its pure happiness.

Staff was very friendly, smoothies were pretty good. The ones we got (Lemon Poundcake, Key Lime Pie) were a bit more like shakes, they didn't have a ton of fruit, and they were good but a little too sweet. I also would have liked some more lime flavor in the Key Lime Pie; there was some in the first few sips, but it felt like it was mostly gone after that.

Wife and I love this place. Love the people who work here. Delicious and healthy protein based smoothies with so many different flavors. My favorite is smores with choc chips on top, cinnamon toast crunch, thin mint, or choc chip cookie dough . My wife’s is thin mint with oreo on top

Love the smoothies here that are high in protein and flavor without all the sugery, high calorie fruit and add ons. The positive energy of the staff seems true to their mission of connection to community and compassion.

I am obsessed with Sol! The staff are absolutely lovely- every single person I've interacted with has made my day better, and they entertain me being overwhelmed by all the choices on the menu! They are knowledgeable and efficient. Cute inside store, I've only grabbed to-go after the gym but would be keen to sit and get some work done as well. I have tried a few different protein smoothies, all incredible, and i'm excited to try out the protein coffees soon! Seriously give this small business a try if you are looking for a smoothie, coffee or tea in West Town. FYI They do have shorter hours, think like a cafe. Close around 3 but sometimes sooner :)

Sol is a really fun, unique addition to Chicago Ave! Having recently joined the Anytime Fitness next door, we stopped by Sol for a post-workout reward. My husband raved about their iced coffee and I was blown away by their tea! I got the June specialty and couldn't believe there wasn't any sugar. It almost tasted like a juice or spritzer. The portion size was huge, so I ended up saving about half for the next day and it saved well in the fridge. We'll definitely be back to try some of their smoothies!

Love love love Sol! I love that it's right next to my gym, and they have AMAZING protein shakes (and protein coffees too!). So many different flavors, great atmosphere and workers! I'm yet to try their doughnuts but I'm sure they are also delicious!
