Sola Bread is an absolute gem when it comes to incredible pizza and the perfect cold beer to go with it. Their wood-fired pizzas are simply outstanding—perfectly crispy crust, high-quality ingredients, and bold, delicious flavors in every bite. Whether you go for a classic option or something more unique, you can’t go wrong. To top it off, they serve ice-cold beer that pairs perfectly with their pizza, making for an unbeatable combo. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a great experience every time. If you’re craving top-notch pizza and a refreshing beer, Sola Bread is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Google
What a cool find and a great place to relax. We each had different beers and they were both great. The soft pretzel is really just bread but definitely try the Hot Dates - they're incredible.

I was there for Evie Rocks Tyler. Excellent music venue. Food smelled amazing. Pizza looks great!

Ordered a Margarita pizza, come on… 😑 I’ve had Digorno from the freezer that was shown more love, disappointed to say the least.

Google
I’ve had bad pizza before but NEVER this bad. Under baked, scarce and nonexistent toppings, The best part is that it was cold and they refused to warm it up because I took a slice out. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Don’t waste your time or money.

The best pizza you will find in Tyler, TX! Sola Bread Co checks all the boxes for me - delicious food, great customer service, and a welcoming environment. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone visiting Tyler, and we plan to make this a frequent stop whenever we're in East Texas! Food: I was blown away at how delicious the food was. We ordered the Soft Pretzel & Beer Cheese to snack on while we waited for our pizza. The saltiness, the consistency of the pretzel, the creaminess of the beer cheese - fantastic choice for an appetizer! The pizza we decided to go with was the Norsetter as a recommendation from the cashier - a pizza with garlic crema sauce, fresh mozzarella, shaved lemons, artichoke, speck, and finished with arugula dressed in lemon juice. Let me tell you - this pizza was FANTASTIC! We wouldn't get enough, and we finished the pizza between the two of us. The bread was crispy and chewy. The cheese and breakfast sausage was rich. Just so good! 10/10 Location: Located in an area with a few other stores, Sola Bread Co was quite easy to find. There is a lot of parking available. There is no issue with available seating - in the main building there is plenty seating inside; there is plenty of picnic tables outside with an area for children to run around and play; and there's a building dedicated for seating with a stage for live music / entertainment that's right across the main building. Overall, great experience! We came for our 6 year anniversary, and we plan to come back whenever we're in East Texas!

edit: four years later and this place is still SO amazing. today we had the jardim and omg I have never needed a mop and bucket after a pizza like I did today. we also had a pretzel -- maldon salt? get outta here, perfection. as someone who doesn't enjoy cream cheese, I do wish there were an alternative dip available, but pheweee some of the best pizza in Texas I swearrrr. I can't rave enough about Sola Bread Co. The crust is soft and crispy all at once (witchcraft) and it's such a blast watching the pizzas flying in and out of the brick oven. The staff are all incredibly friendly and they work as a team very well. It makes you excited and happy to be a part of it! The ingredients are fresh, the menu has something for everyone, and East Texas couldn't be luckier to have such a great local place.

Google
Excellent pizza! I thought that pizza in Texas was not going to be something I enjoyed since I'm used to good New York style pizza. But I could definitely taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients. That and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. We came on a Saturday night and there was a live band that made this a really wonderful and memorable evening.

Yelp
I don't have a whole lot of complaints. If you like untraditional stone cooked pizzas, then go out

Yelp
Cute bakery located in a brewery in Tyler! Went on a Sunday morning and they had so many pastries to choose from, line was out the door! Got the passion fruit cronut and the another pastry, both were amazing!

Yelp
I want to love this place, but it gets less and less appealing every time I come. They make beautiful pastries, but if you order to go, they put them in a paper bag and ruin the aesthetic. The breads I've had are good, and are now available sliced, but they charge extra to slice it. Tonight they had a special event called a pastry rave where they advertised pastries and bread from 10pm to midnight, but there was no bread and very few pastries. 25 min in and they only had a handful of pastries left. This used to be a place where I would bring out of town guests, but not anymore.

Yelp
Good pizza and mushrooms. Not heavy like the chain places. And you can get a beer while you wait

Yelp
Great product but can be hard to get ahold of nice morning buns and all the loaf bread is well crafted

Yelp
We've been here for pizza and it was great! Also ordered the breads for special occasion dinners and they are delicious too! Great sourdough and baguettes! It's pricey but worth it for a special treat.

Yelp
BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY PREORDER, SIGHT UNSEEN. GO TO THE SHOP AND INSPECT BEFORE YOU PAY!! I ordered a quiche on preorder (prepaid over $30). The pic was full and fluffy. what I got was a 2" deep crust with a thin layer of egg in the bottom (less than 1/2" thick). They said it's filled by weight and that is what you get. it was delicious, but looked nothing like their photo. Prepaid- preorder only works if you can trust them to deliver the product as represented. I understand some degree of variation, but less than 25% filled is rediculous!

Yelp
Attached to True Vine Brewery Sola Bread Co provides foodies with the fresh pizza dreams are made of! We had to try 2 pizzas because... well why wouldn't you?! Both pizzas were unique! Made with fresh, real ingredients. Top notch pizza. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
This place is inside True Vine Brewing Co. The margarita pizza was great and the gave us a complimentary pastry called Funky Monkey that was delicious.

Yelp
100% fail from arrival to leaving without ordering. We walked up to a no wait pizza counter, no one greeted us, so we went to a roped line & were told to go back to the counter we just left, which now had multiple people in line. Nice atmosphere but fail nonetheless.

Yelp
This place is absolutely amazing. I had a very hard time deciding on a pizza, went with the penelope and the hot dates for appetizer. Neither of which disappointed.

Yelp
Sola has been a great addition to Tyler. They continue to make great pizza as well as arguably the best bread and pastries in the city. When we had a family friend, who grew up in France visit Tyler, she said their croissants were the closest she'd had to the real deal, maybe even better. That's really saying something!

Yelp
Found this place after checking out the brewery and I gotta say it's became a staple in our house. Great pizza, pastries, and pies. At least from what we have tried. If in Tyler or the surrounding area definitely check them out.

Lauren K.

Yelp
Sola has the best pizza in town and an incredible atmosphere. It's the perfect place to chill and enjoy community. It feeds the body and the soul.
