Paid over 500 just for one of the stylists here to ruin my hair over two months ago and still dealing with the repercussions. There was no test strand and she knew my hair history and still went through with everything. If I would’ve known I would lose so much hair going blonde I wouldn’t have done it in the first place. I do not recommend this place or more specifically Lena. My hair is completely fried, the curls that I always had are no more than just complete friz. I had no choice but to chop my long hair and even that doesn’t seem to help. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This salon studio is one of a kind where you can get anything to get you ready for the holiday. Excellent!!!

The one star review goes to Brenda from Dolce Vita in studio 1. Due to the bad rainy weather and the flu going around, I woke up with a bad sore throat morning of the appointment. Brenda was very unprofessional upon booking the appointment; not letting me know the booking policy. Or providing a link with deposit information. Instead of verbally communicating to solve the problem, she just sent a screenshot image of the policy that I did not receive before sending the deposit. Not a pleasant experience for a first time customer. I will not be rebooking or recommending.

NASTY girl named Joelle gave me HELLA attitude towards the end of our set and continued to do so after I calmly informed her she could say things nicer. Must’ve been the white girl in her idk. Also rushed through my set and produced crooked, messy line art because she doesn’t know how to time manage her clients 🤷‍♀️ I guess that’s what you get when going to beginner nail techs.

A.J. did an awesome job with my haircut and highlights Completely satisfied. I recomend her !

Always a great day for us when we get to see the Owner Sheryl and her Team to get great hair. Sheryl has a "gift" to color hair. I love my Red locks!! Gorgeous! The cut is amazing, and she works over time with you to perfect whatever look your ultimately going for. Shes patient and very well educated in this business. Her business model is growing so it won't be long before she rises to her own private salon. Something we are excited for her to have....we will be right there! Wherever she goes, we will follow! Crystal did an amazing job on my hair. She took her time and was very detail on what she was going to do; her techniques were great. She also answered any questions I had and gave me her suggestions and the outcomes. The whole atmosphere was fun & relaxed. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had.

My hairdresser works inside and boy when you step inside you have choices to choose from. Meaning it's a one stop shop for all. It looks like they have different businesses where people specialize in a certain area and you can schedule appointments or walk in to see each different vendor ranging from hair cuts, to nails, eyebrows, etc. Very clean, very large and felt like a maze. The door is locked so you will need to call the company on the phone box to your right.

Hannah did an outstanding job with my nails! I feel like a pretty princess! This was my first time getting my nails done, and I felt extremely comfortable. She is so nice I love my new nails. They last SO long, and I have received many compliments on them. She perfectly matched the design I wanted. Now, I can't stop looking at my nails. I've already visited her twice for my nails, and I can't wait for my next appointment. Hannah is the perfect nail tech for drop-dead gorgeous nails. Today I went with Lena who has been my go to for hair for awhile now. She is suite 38 and of course she nailed it once again! Definitely recommend Lena she listens to what you would like and is welcoming.

This review is for Briana Muniz, @hairbybriannamuniz. I had been coming with Brianna for a couple years now and I always loved her work, however the last couple times that I've been coming to her have been not the greatest. Before she would take at least 4-5 hours doing my hair and she would take her time doing my baylage and now the last couple times that I've came with her, she is super quick and only focuses on the crown of the hair. She will only touch up the top part of the hair and the other half since it's not noticeable she'll just fix it by toning it and adding a few blonde pieces. I have also noticed that she books herself back to back clients and she doesn't spend the aqeduate time for each person. Her old assistant Sarah was the one pretty much doing everything, from toning, washing hair, blow drying, brushing out the hair, and curling it. Sarah no longer works with Brianna and is now taking clients herself. She has a new assistant and because she's new, Brianna is doing majority of the work now and she seemed rushed at everything. I texted Brianna and told her how I felt about my hair and was so unsatisfied with her work. I did the worst mistake in even returning. I will include pictures so you can see. I wanted a nice blonde and because she didn't leave the foils long enough, it came out brownish on the new hair growth. I have no idea if she applied more bleach or toner but I took a picture while I was in the sink and it looked white and pink. Please take a look at the pictures I have included. She also charges an arm and a leg, which I don't feel it's worth it. If you're coming in for a baylage touch up, you expect your stylist to touch all your hair not just the crown where it's visible. It is what it is, and I will not be returning. I have another appointment with another stylist this week In hopes that she will fix it. Brianna charged me 470 for a "baylage". I do not recommend her because she will do your hair at a rushed paced because she has back to back clients.

Hands down my favorite Salo salon in the area, I go here for eyebrows from Eyebrows by Tahira. She is the only person I trust to touch them and she does a wonderful job each time. She is fast and knows what she is doing

Jess.hair studio 6 Almost a week ago I had the worst experience of my life in your salon. I've never had any problems concerning my hair in the past, actually another girl used to cut my hair, but sadly she moved out of town. I decided to do it at your salon because of my previous experience was great. But this girl was the opposite. She didn't wash my hair, didn't brush my hair or style it at the end. She didn't put any product in my hair, just water with something, but nothing to protect my hair from heat damage when she used the straightener. She cut my hair unevenly, only chose to cut the ends of hair. When I asked her if she was going to thin it out, she stated that she doesn't do that & that she wouldn't recommend it for my hair cut and yet she still charged me $45. To be honest if she had done a good I would have paid her with no problem but now I have to go back to a different salon so that they can fix the mess of a cut that she did . I came back 2 minutes later because I was so frustrated because I wanted to explain to her what happened and her answer was, this conversation isnt going anywhere and chose not fix anything at all. This is my second complaint and I hope you can do something this time. Thank you. The name of the girl is Jess and she works in Fullerton studio 6

If you want even eyebrows, go to Tahira in suite 2. I was recommend to see her and glad I did. She is very knowledgeable and has such a soft touch when it comes to threading. I highly recommend her and her prices are very reasonable.

I love Regina so much. I have wavy hair and every cut I've gotten from her makes my hair look amazing. Her prices may seem high at first but her work is exceptional and whenever she cuts my hair it grows out beautifully. I truly believe her prices are fair. (Her salon is very hygienic. Only one customer is allowed in at a time and she sanitizes the salon between clients.)

Sola Salon follows the new salon format, that is also followed by Phenix Salon Suites, that allows stylists and other industry professionals to rent individual rooms rather than just a station or a room within a salon. This format gives the professional the ability to express themselves in decorating the space and making it their own. The place is still new and still under construction in some of the back areas. So don't be surprised if you see some painting going on. I think once all that is done the place should be good as it all brand new inside. The 5 stars if for my esthetician Ronda who is currently here (Spa Area, Room 19) through June for any waxing needs you may have. By July she will move to the Sola Salon in Tustin, so book your appointments now!

Eybrows and mor why Tahira did wonders for my brows!! I had just moved to OC and had struggled in finding a good eyebrow place. My brows were uneven and grown out to the max since I hadn't found a. New eyebrow person. Tahira knew EXACTLY what to do with my brows and they look so much better than what I had in the beginning!

Dusty Jo has been doing my hair for awhile now, and she did such an AWESOME JOB and, im very sad to say she is no longer with us. Gonna Miss her and the great treatment she gave me and many others RIP Babygirl

Sola Salon format has multiple salons within one so I am rating and sharing my review based off the one studio that I received service from. Not the salon as a whole. (((Nikki & Monique Studio 1))) 2/11/16 I came in and Nikki was with a client so Regina, Nikki's assistant, greeted me and we began talking about what kind of extension I was looking for. (I am of Asian descent and my hair is extremely straight and flat.) Regina handed me a doll with various types of extensions and we decided to go with clip-ins because we felt that they would offer the most volume for my hair. After Nikki was finished with her client she came out to us and quoted me the following for clip-ins: -Temporary (1-3 months) -$200 -Medium (4-6 months) hair clip ins- $300 -High quality (6 -8 months) clip ins- $500 -Highest quality (8 month- 1 year) clip ins- $700 For what I was looking for, we agreed that getting the hair noted as "High Quality" would be the best. She then added that it should last roughly 75% longer since I am only clipping them in maybe twice a week. I emphasized to Nikki again that I wanted my hair to have extreme volume. She then offered me an opening in her books for the next day at noon. After feeling some hesitation about the appointment, later that night I texted Regina/Nikki about the type of hair I was getting and How I wasn't sure if everything was going to match. I did not hear anything until about 30 minutes until my actual appointment. They told me that there was no chance of a refund and to not worry because it would look good and blend well. Nikki blew out my hair to make sure she got everything where it needed to be. At this point she had already put the extensions on clips. It took her maybe 15-20 minutes all together to clip and put the beads in my hair and also to guide me on where to clip them. In the salon the color blended well with my hair and I asked her if she can style it, she agreed and lightly curled my hair. The whole appointment took 45 minutes. At the time I liked it but it wasn't what I was looking for. I couldn't feel any difference with there being extra hair clipped in. Nikki took a picture of my finished hair and I gathered my belongings and went to pay. If you are my friend or family you know I always tip but in this case, it wasn't justified. I came home that night and finally took my extensions off. I finally got a feel for the hair that I bought and it was thin, frizzy, shedding and just not anything like my natural hair.(Very similar to Barbie hair) After doing some research I found out that 2 of the local beauty supply stores offered packs of hair in 4 oz. The hair provided to me was roughly about 2.5 oz and nowhere near the quality I paid for. The next day I dropped off the hair and spoke to Regina and Monique, the co-owner, and was told that I would not receive a refund because the service was done. They kept insisting that there was nothing that they could do because Nikki was not there and I was offered the lower quality hair. It's pretty sad how my hair is better quality than their "high quality" extensions. I told them that I came back because I was disappointed in the service especially for the amount of money I paid. Regina called me back the next day and told me that there was nothing they can do besides refund me $250. As a customer I would expect at the very least, to get what I was promised and paid for. Instead of being dismissed and feeling ripped off and out $500..

GO SEE JESSICA (@Jess.Hair) she saved my hair! I got balayage done at another salon and it came out terrible and then I went to Jessica to get it fixed and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!

Sola salon studio, is a place where each stylists has there own studio. My go to girl is Amanda, at studio 31 (Dye, Dye My Darling Salon) she is kind, down to earth, and easy going. I only go to her she is the best hair stylist, she knows what colors go good with my skin tone, and knows how to texturize and trim my hair so it looks fabulous!

Go see Mayra at Tru Barber! I've been going to her for years and she is the real deal. I've never once gotten out of her chair disappointed with my cut. She actually talks to the client and works with you to create a style and cut that works for YOU. No cookie cutter barber experience here. She keeps her area casual, yet professional, and takes the stress out of getting your haircut. Take my word for it, Tru Barber is the best.

bri in ste 16 is the absolute best i have ever had she cut highlighted and styled my hair and my hair is not easy to do. she is absolutely amazing with very reasonable prices. she also did some waxing was very impressed!!! also very timely give her a call and make an appointment she is booking fast brianda mendoza 7145889699

I wanted to fix my hair for prom the next day. I had ombré and there was no blend what so ever. My hair went from my natural color to blond. I went to Nadine(studio 15), and she did a wonderful job. I was really really happy with the results. I asked her to not go any lighter, and she didn't. She brought up the highlight and blended the color. She let me know what she was doing and what she was adding to my hair. Very happy! :)

Five stars is not enough! I'm so glad Ronnie Gamino came to work here! What an amazing color specialist! I had virgin hair that had never been colored before! Ronnie was patient with me, he walked and talked me through the process of coloring my hair and how to care for it afterwards and at home! He took the time to educate me and was so gentle ! I can't even tell you how gorgeous my hair looks! Can't wait to post pictures!

Omg i am in love with Michelle In studio 1! Her instagram handle is @michelle.e.robek. I first went in for a hair conditioning treatment I won off her insta page but decided to get a cut too. Then I asked her if she did color and she absolutely did!!! To do a bunch of Blues and greens in my hair and a haircut was $120!!! Talk about a great deal! Totally worth the time I spent there to get my hair right!!! Check her out! So great!!!

She's seriously amazing !!! I've never been asked the questions she's asked about my eyebrows. I can't wait for the final results I already know they're going to exceed my expectations. Thank you again see you next week.

Tahira is awesome! Super friendly, knows what she's doing, and will get you on the right track for your eyebrow needs. I walked in and was helped right away. Her shop is nice and clean. She gave me some tips on how to maintain my brows to get to where I'm ultimately trying to go with them (I bought some castor oil from her for $4 and that's supposed to help them grow in faster). I have found my new brow girl! Check her out- you won't be disappointed!

If you are around or familiar with the Fullerton area, Sola solan studios is the go to place to get your eyebrows done. I highly recommend Tahijra and she is available on suit 2. It amazes me how patient she is when shes threading eyebrows. Not to mention, she knows what she is doing just by her actions and dedication to her clients. My goal for my eyebrows is to even them out and thicken them. I have been coming with tajira for about 3 weeks and I see and FEEL a major difference on my eyebrows. I bought a oil from her for $4 and it has improved my eyebrows to look fuller. (where the ingrown hairs are at) I normally don't do my eyebrows but since i have came/met tajira it has been a major eyebrow game changer. I'm so far happy and satisfied with my eyebrow results and I'm looking forward to keep getting them done by tajira herself. Thank You Tahjira, your amazing work is appreciated!

Jessica did my Brazilian Blowout and it worked perfect!!! I couldn't even tell you how amazing the experience. Also the salon suites were perfect I love that it felt like I was getting my own salon to myself. Couldn't rave any more about Jess. Thank you so much

I went to Jessica in suite #16, not only has Jessica done so much for my hair, she has taken my hair from brunette, to blonde, to PLUM, and back to ombre, and this was all done from when she was in school. Jessica has and will always be the one person that i will trust with my hair. Its an amazing feeling to know you have someone spending the time and effort into something that means a lot to you. This past visit was my first time visiting Jess in her new shop and i can tell you its amazing to see her finally happy in her own shop doing what she does. This past visit we spent nearly 8 hours on my hair and i couldn't imagine it looking any better, thank you again Jess !

If you want you eyebrows done I'll recommend studio 19, she also gave me some advice for how to get my eyebrows thicker. I'm definitely coming back.

I'm giving this place a one star. The building is nice however the girl I went to was horrid. Vania station 3 murdered my hair. I would never recommend her to my worst enemy . She did not even give me anything remotely close to what I wanted with my coloring. I left there and cried my whole way home. I paid close to $200 and had to get it fixed that following weekend for another $100 i of course went elsewhere . I'm so pissed off that I paid her I shouldn't of. Her coloring sucks!!!
