This place is a vibe! Bartenders were chill and friendly and there’s plenty of space out back to find seating. Brews were tasty, and there’s a food truck available. There are also games, and plenty of space for kids to run around if you have them. Would recommend!

We can’t recommend Solano Brewing Company enough! Not only is their beer fantastic (we’re renting kegs from them for our wedding!), but the whole experience at the brewery has been nothing short of amazing. Special shout-out to Cori, the bartender — she’s hilarious, welcoming, and has such a great personality that she instantly makes you feel at home. Between the quality of the beer and the friendly, fun atmosphere, Solano Brewing has become one of our favorite spots in Vacaville. If you’re looking for a local brewery with excellent beer and even better people, this is the place! 🍻

Went to Solano Brewing because of the Cousins Maine Lobster Food truck was going to be there. We were pleasantly suprised by the friendly and family atmosphere we encountered. A large kids play area, outside fire pit, nice bar, lots of seating, all weather parking and more. Even without the Food Trucks we'll be back.

Love this place! Friendly staff, great location and some damn good beer. Try 'em all if you're adventurous, and don't skip the "Never Frozen."

Really exceptional beer for this sleeper-of-a-brewery. Very easy to access with plenty of parking, and a good relaxed, country setting. They have a wide variety of beers, and it's family & pet friendly. Staff is great, and the master brewer is really cute. My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7.

Great place to have a beer. Awesome hospitality. Amy explained all the beers, got us tasters and was genuinely an awesome person. Definitely will be returning, soon. Once again, beautiful sunset, excellent beer and exceptional service, wish they were a block away, you guys rock

Really nice looking facility with some room to grow and add even more outdoor seating/activities. The beer was solid if not spectacular, but the vibe of the place was 5 stars for sure.

We came here on a Saturday evening as a spontaneous stop after dinner. It is 10 minutes away from our home. We were pleasantly surprised at the options for beverages, not just for the adults but also kids. Outdoor seating was great. There were many options to choose from. We sat around the fireplace. It wasn't on as it was a hot evening. I had their Island Times and my Hubby had the Hazy on the 80. I was actually surprised that I liked it. It was light but tasty. My husband enjoyed his too and ordered another glass. We came a little late for the food truck, but it's okay because we just got done with dinner. We just relaxed in their outdoor seating and just enjoyed watching the sky go through the transitions as the night sky came. Very relaxing place to come and hang out. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our get together with friends and family.

Solid local brewery right off I-80. Our experiences have always been positive. They have a pretty big space so we've never had an issue finding a place to sit. There's plenty of outdoor seating but we usually opt for a high top table inside. Service has always been friendly and attentive. They have offered us samples in the past when we're deciding between drink options. Laid back spot where you can enjoy a couple of cold ones and hangout with friends. Check out their website calendar for a heads up on which food truck is onsite if you plan on grabbing a bite while you're there. Good rotation of food options too!

We brought the family for a nice outing as I heard there was a play area for kids. The grounds are nice and well kept. My husband and I were able to sit and have a beer while they played. I had a Pilsner and he had a blonde and both were very good. Service was quick getting our beers. If this place had a kitchen, it would be five stars. They had a food truck, but the selection was small and the line was a bit long at times so we ended up leaving to go have lunch somewhere else. I'd like to be back a night that they have some music for sure.

I'm not a big beer drinker but I'll sacrifice for the ambiance! The staff has been so friendly Everytime I've visited. They have slushies for kids and an amazing outdoor play area as well. I love this hidden gem!

Stopped by yesterday to have a beer with friends. I really liked the hazy on the 80 that I actually ended up having 3 beers instead of one. When i walked in i was immediately helped with friendly service. The brewery was chill, clean, and a great spot to hangout.

Excellent venue. Relaxed atmosphere. Heaters outside are perfect for anytime of year. Service is great. Family friendly with food trucks.

Love this brewery! Very cute indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor area is huge! Tons of tables and places to sit. Great for families and large crowds. I love how family friendly this place is. Almost every table had kids from birth to school aged. We brought our toddler and it was such a nice outing. They usually have a food truck on site. I believe you can bring in outside food. The only downside is they didn't have any ciders to choose from. Other than that it's a great spot to hang out and meet people. The staff was very friendly and service was great

We like coming here. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, chill people nice seating great fireplace. And the playground for the kids is always a hit. Most of the food trucks they have come are delicious!

On a drizzly grey day in December, a friend and I decided to treat our dogs with a walk in the Solano hills. After this damp and chilly activity, we treated ourselves to some very satisfying, delicious stouts beers at the new-to-us Solano Brewing located conveniently off I-80 and the Pritchard exit. They opened at noon this Saturday. Their tasting room was big and comfortably furnished. They even had a pretty Christmas tree to add to the festive spirit. At the bar, l saw that they had a golden stout and a hot Mexican chocolate stout on the menu. I sampled both,liked them both, but opted for the Mama Rosa Mex Chocolate stout. It's a nice problem to have to choose between two delicious beers. I don't get to do that often enough. The back patio is huge! The cover shelter is sturdy in the inclement weather we were experiencing. We were the first customers of the day, and one of the staff women came out and started up the beautiful long fire pit for us! Once it got going, it threw off quite a bit of warmth. The recliner Adirondack chairs were comfortable and the armrests were good surfaces to park glasses on. There were amenities there for our dogs, too! There was a little table with water bowls and treats so the pooches could be refreshed, too, with fresh water and a little dog biscuit. There were two food trucks parked in flat gravelly area of the parking lot: one serving cheese steak sandwiches and the other serving Mexican food. The two women staffers made the hospitable cozy visit very memorable. I am happy to discover such a pleasant brewery. I am a fan!

We went for the first time on a Sunday and this place is amazing! They have an indoor tasting room with TV's and a cool ambiance and an outdoor area to hang out and relax. We got three different flights to try out all the beers and were not disappointed! Everything was delicious! Even beers we don't typically like were so good! We ended up getting food and relaxing for quite a while. We liked the Berry me in cheesecake (I normally don't like sours at all) and the Scottie Rippen. They had slushies for the kids and our son was so excited! The customer service was so good and the patrons were super cool as well! We will definitely be back!

Love this place. Great selection of beer that rotates, and we also love that it has a play structure for our kiddos. The food truck rotation is pretty good as well, but I'm more there for the vibe and the beer

A cool place not too far off the beaten path. Friendly staff and a great selection of beers to choose from. The inside is open with a tall ceiling, outside has plenty of covered seating. Seems they have a food truck out front fairly regularly. Prices were reasonable. They even have an outdoor play area to keep the little ones entertained.

Great people and great drinks. I come here time to time. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Their beers on tap vary from light to stronger 8%+ beers. I ended up ordering their Mexican Hot Chocolate Beer (10%). Very delicious and very drinkable. Looking forward towards going back in the future to grab some of their beer.

I was in Vacaville on Halloween and decided to go to Solano Brewing since the husband wanted to check them out. Unfortunately they were not open until 4pm according to their sign. Went to the outlets to waste time then went back. We were sitting in the parking lot until 4:15 and they were still not open. Someone came out of the building to the right side of entrance so I asked them if they were open today and was told NO. It really would have been nice if they put a sign on there door or put something on the telephone message machine so people were not wasting time waiting for them to open when they were not. Halloween isn't a holiday and it landed on a day they should have been open. Have some courtesy for our time also. Update - thank you for your response but when I'm on yelp looking for breweries in the area I would not have seen anything about you being closed on that day. Just in case this happens again a sign on the door would be helpful because most people aren't looking for "closed for the day" signs on an open gate. But will update to 3 stars from 1 for your response. If I am ever in the area again we will have to stop by and give a proper review.

A friend of mine invited me over to check this place out. I think it's a great place to gather with friends. Plenty of seating inside and out. We were there on a Saturday and they had a band playing outside with a couple of food trucks serving some good food. I believe it was a hot dog truck and a Greek food truck that were there. Both were good! Yes we tried food from both trucks. Great selection of beer as well! If you like beer then I'm sure you will find something here that you will enjoy. We tried all of their hazys, a few IPAs and their lighter beers too. All were good and easy to drink. Service was also awesome! The place was packed but our glasses never stayed empty for long. Will definitely be coming back!

We were on Hwy 80 and traffic was slow so I checked Yelp for a bar or brewery in the area. This brewery popped up and it wasn't far off the freeway so we thought we would check it out. The place is on a large farm and had plenty of parking in front and back. The place was pretty busy when we arrived and packed with lots of families. Heard there was a large kids birthday party there. Lots of places for kids to play. There are plenty of tables (except when a big party is there). We found a couple towards the back away from the crowd. We had our dog and couldn't take him in the tasting room. So we ordered a flight to try their selection. We love sours and they had quite a few as well as other styles. The staff was friendly and quickly took orders. There was a food truck there but with the crowd the line was long so just ordered the beer.

Oktoberfest was a bust! The music was really bad in general but most especially bad being on Oktoberfest. The coke slushee machine was out and took 20 min yet charged full price. I think they could do better with seating options, and customer service. I probably won't be back.

Came right as they opened at 4pm on a Thursday so it was nice and quiet. They didn't turn on the fire outside till it got colder, maybe an hour later. I do wish they'd turned it on sooner but that's okay. Either way, the staff were nice and the beers were good. Went back on a Saturday and it was super crowded. Not really my vibe.

Service is always good. Inside has AC but many parents bring kids that are way too young to be around a brewery to where the noise from them screaming non-stop is unbearable. Beer is good though

With amazing food trucks and pop up restaurants like Live Lumpia luxury Filipino cuisine, The Dogfather hot dogs, Shula Tavos, and Resas Rolls and more, What's not to love? get some beer or cider and some amazing food, sit by the fire pit, have a conversation..live and live and eat!!!

Great ambience! Friendly staff. Out in the middle if nowhere with courage the cowardly dog but overall a great place for families to hang out. Saw several food trucks and several families with kids there playing baseball...drinks were great! Had the Peach Keen which is an amazing rare blend. Despite the name it was a not sweet beer. Just refreshing on a hot day

Nice little hidden spot. Friendly staff. Staff was quick to turn on the fire pits for everyone as soon as the sun started to set. There is seating both indoor and outdoor with a plenty of grass. Decent beer selection.

Definitely a blip being established upon my radar nowadays when staying home has become the new "safe" thing to do. Let me be clear- home is still the best, but... The beer brewing aspect of this kitchen is great. Tons of varieties- you're bound to find one. If not, try a seltzer? I get that we're all still trying to play safe and assume that each and every one of your fellow patrons has a disease spread by exhalations so it's nice to be able to go outdoors (under an awning) and sit around a fire. Even if it's a propane/gas flame. Those are cleaner anyways. What brought me out here is a lobster food truck though. Brought my Mom out to enjoy a seafood sando and grabbed a pint (?) of the Platinum Blonde. Not so in to alcohol, grabbed Mom a water. Hoping to return more often, maybe when it warms up a bit. Maybe even while it's still not shorts weather. But when it becomes that warm, it looks like this place will thrive with well spaced outdoor activities. And beer. :-)

Really good beer, inside seating is nice, but the outside firepit is great. I can't wait to come back in warmer weather for live music. Definitely a great place to meet with friends

We came here for a pop up event and had a BLAST! Beer, Seltzer and Shopping!!! What more can a girl ask for? The beer was so refreshing and good! The seltzers were tasty too!

We've been out to SBC a few times and it is awesome! It is pretty small but there's a really nice large covered patio and they have heaters if it's a little chilly. The beer is outstanding and the staff is really helpful. There is always a food truck and you can check with them before you head out there to see which truck they have planned for the day. This place is well worth the drive!

Love this place! Good drinks, good food, good service, good vibes. Easy parking, bathrooms, plenty of seating. Cute family/dog friendly, date or group outing spot. Food trucks are always bomb. As far as drinks my favorites are the slushies especially in this weather. They change often but so far I've enjoyed the mango and the never frozen slushy.

It's packed on a Friday evening- very family friendly with kids and dogs, plenty of shaded outdoor seating, and great beer. The staff here are knowledgeable, patient, and quick. They're well-staffed to serve large groups. There were also food trucks to satisfy your drunchies!

My favorite brewery in Northern California. Not only is it family friendly but it has some of the best beer around

I finally visited this brewery. What a nice facility. There were a lot of people there enjoying the Philly Cheesesteak that was being served from a food truck/trailer and enjoying SBC's beer. Their beer game is on point. I tried 4 of them. The hazy on the 80 was my favorite. I also really enjoyed the Rocket Pop Sour. It was so refreshing. It was inspired by the ole popsicle we used to get off the ice cream trucks that we rarely see anymore. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to the next time.

Love the atmosphere, very kid friendly! I had the frozen cocktails and they were perfect for the hot day. My only recommendation would be some sort of fan for the outside covered area. I could see it being unbearable outside if there wasn't a breeze. Loved the option of food too, they had multiple food trucks when we visited. Good service also.

"Not just a Brewery, a Complete Horticulture Experience!" This ia a new brewery, off a country road, sort of in the middle of nowhere. It's worth the drive. Driving by, at first I thought it must be a winery, then I thought, "Wait a minute there aren't any wineries out here!" This brewery reminds me a lot of Calicraft Brewing in Walnut Creek. There is a small inside seating area, and a very large outside area. They have lots of overhangs, for those people like me who burn easily. There's also a huge parking lot. It's a simple beer menu, but I found several that suited me. Very reasonable priced as well. They are experimenting with a shandy comprised of lemonade and hazy IPA. The owners were kind enough to give me a free sample. Very tasty and just right for a warm summer day. I had a chance to chat for quite a while with the owners.They explained to me the history of this location, which is actually a fairly large farm. Absolutely wonderful people, who clearly love this business.. Hope you get a chance to talk to them. Since it just reopened yesterday, this business is extremely busy, so be patient with the servers. They usually have a food truck on the side of the property. So you order your beer inside and order your food separately at the food truck. So overall a fantastic place to visit. Nice people, good selection of beer, wonderful environment. Don't forget to bring your dog. P.S. check out that big huge silver structure out front. Do you know what it is? The owners confided in me that that it's a well. They made me promise to not tell anybody else, so keep that secret to yourself. One of the unique features about this brewery is that they actually use their own purified well water to brew the beer.

Hands down our favorite place to let the little one run around!! such amazing management so help and accommodating and down to earth! :) only problem is with the fencing and the children and toddlers running around it and trying to climb on it and underneath it.

The space is perfect for visits with kids. As someone who frequents lots of breweries in the Bay Area, the beer was underwhelming. The service and space is nice though.

What a cute hiding gem out in the least place you would expect it. My mother in law lives in Vacaville and we have been helping her with yardwork so naturally she has to pay us in beer every time we're there. So we were looking for a local brewery with food to check out and game across this in the middle of no where. I have to say I wasn't expecting as much as I got. This place has adequate and well thought out parking. The tap room itself is really well done, very comfortable. The beer servers were really nice and helpful. The beers are really well done as well. I really enjoyed the Fiesta IPA. They have food trucks on the weekend so you don't have to worry about getting hungry. We had some yummy tacos while we were there. They have obviously thought of everything, the outside has a variety of every game you can think of for the young and old and anyone in between. They have treats, water and toys for the doggies. And the bathrooms, I won't tell you exactly what is so awesome about them, you'll have to check it out for yourself. But prepare for some laughs while you're in there... no one will judge you because they'll no why.

It's an unsupervised playground that serves beer. Hopefully someday soon they will understand there needs to be an adults only section.

What a pleasant surprise, so close to home too! SBC is on the edge of Vacaville, and it's perfect! This was my first (hubby's 2nd) visit and I'm so happy we came out. A beautiful building that offers indoor seating and a lovely outdoor area as well (it's covered). The Tap room is clean, and welcoming. All staff were very kind and attentive (including when I dumped over my beer at the bar *embarrassed*) . The beer: I love that they don't just offer a wall of IPA's. I know many love them but not everyone :) it was good to see there was a variety for everyone and they even had a base seltzer (5%) for those peeps who prefer a non-beer option. They had flavors to add to it and they seemed to be pretty popular as I saw quite a few order this while we sat at the bar. I loved the American Red (Rednado) and the Mexican Lager (El Chivo). We love Red's and often breweries leave this off of their menu but so many love them so we were super happy to see that. Food: While they don't offer food there is almost always a food truck present. Today was a taco truck. While this review is not for them I will just say I love having a great food truck present while we enjoy beer! We enjoyed our relaxing afternoon and we will be back. PS: I overheard they are open Friday - Sunday only, possibly going to add Thursdays down the road so check hours before you head there!

They straight bitches over there. Had the room booked until 5pm and they kicked us out nearly an hour before. A piss poor way to run a business.

We took a detour on the way home to Sacramento from the bay area. Convenient location, great beer, fantastic atmosphere. I'm sure we'll be back!

Very good beer. Lots of nice outdoor space and there were lots of families w children here enjoying corn hole and some other games they had set up. I would definitely return!
