Sole Mio Kitchen & Bar (formerly Nicoletta’s)

This was our first time dining in since the rebranding, and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly, and our sever Juan was one of the best we’ve had anywhere. We had the baked clams to start, and we highly recommend them. The chicken rollatini and the chicken Milanese were both delicious. We did a takeout pizza the previous week - the fig jam and bacon special - and it was amazing as well. We will be back. So happy to have someplace this good right around the corner.

My husband and I visited Nicoletta’s, an Italian restaurant, for the first time on Saturday and we were absolutely delighted. The restaurant has been under new management for about a year, and it truly shows in the quality and care they put into every aspect of the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Diana, the daughter of the owners. She was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Diana recommended the arugula pizza, which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the chicken parmigiana with spaghetti and thoroughly enjoyed it. You could really taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients in every bite. We also had the pleasure of meeting Max, Diana’s father and the owner. He was just as warm and welcoming. Nicoletta’s sets the bar high for quality food and five star service, something other restaurants in the Boynton Beach, FL area could definitely learn from. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return soon!

Juan was amazing! The food was delicious and healthy portions! We got the calzone and lasagna! 10/10 will recommend to the locals. We were just driving through and happened upon this delightful gem! Atmosphere is stunning with beautiful arrangements throughout. Seriously thought I was in Italy the whole time!

Me and my friends go here on the last day of school every year and the service is normally bad but it was five stars this time. Our server Juan was so nice and helpful. The food came out quickly and the pizza was so good. We also got a free dessert due to our celebration. The atmosphere is so nice 10/10 would recommend.

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food—wow! Called to order a pizza because I thought it was a previous restaurant, as I walk in to receive my order I was blown away by the ambience. Called my wife to bring our son so that we can have dinner here outside instead. Food is incredible and the service is unmatched.

Shared the Salmon Tartar appitizer and it. was excellent. Drinks were excellent, I had an Apreol spritz and he had The Buonaserra Martini they were both delicious. For dinner, I had the Bronzino and it was so delicious and he had the Gnocchi in Burrata pesto and he loved it. For desert we shared the cannoli and it was creamy and delicious. Our server was Juan and he was amazing, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back again. Thank you

Very cozy atmosphere. The food was excellent and Juan, our server, was very kind and friendly. We had the meatballs and ricotta as appetizer, and the chicken parm and steak and eggs for lunch, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Went to Sole Mio for the first time last night. We will definitely be back. The ambiance is wonderful! We had a eggplant,tomato,burrata stick for an appetizer that was SO delicious. We got there in time for a Happy hour drink. The Aperol Spritz I had was perfect and at $8.00 was a bargain. The others in my party had the happy hour red and white wine and said it was very good. We had a shrimp scampi gourmet pizza, one had the Sole Mio salad which was an absolutely mega dinner portion and another had the eggplant parm. Everyone was happy with their food choices. The service was beyond impeccable. Our server Juan was helpful, attentive and personable. He made our experience that much more enjoyable. Looking forward to our next meal there.

What a gem! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting -- great music (love Frank Sinatra), cozy ambiance, and happy guests all around. A huge shoutout to our waiter, Michael, who made our first visit truly special. He gave amazing recommendations that did not disappoint. Here's what we tried -- and loved: * Pasta Fagioli - a unique twist on the classic, rich and flavorful. * Pizza with Prosciutto, Olives & Onions - perfectly balanced and bursting with flavor. * Pizza with Meatballs, Olives & Onions - hearty and delicious. * Chicken Piccata over Angel Hair Pasta - light, tangy, and cooked to perfection. * Limoncello Tiramisu - the perfect sweet ending! You could actually hear guests throughout the restaurant enjoying every bite -- that's how good the food is. I'm already planning to come back for a Friday or Saturday date night when they have live local artists performing. This place is definitely worth a visit!

Sole Mio is a beautiful restaurant that perfectly blends classic Italian with modern style . They set the mood with patio lights and deep, rich colors. The indoor has a gorgeous bar that was very inviting. There was even a giant Christmas tree for the holiday season! They also have plenty of space indoors to accommodate parties of all sizes. Their menu is typical Italian food. Classic entrees so you know exactly what you're getting! What I really liked was their kids menu. I didn't have any kids with me, but I thought it was really cool that they offer build your own cannoli or decorate your own sundae. This would be such a fun activity! The food itself was perfect. I enjoyed my chicken Parmesan and would order it again for sure. The waiter was incredibly friendly and my food came out quick. I would say this was overall a great experience and would highly recommend .

Under new ownership, again. Third Italian restaurant at this location. now it's Sole Mio. I only had the pizza, cant Say anything about the other menu items. I question the claim of a 24 hour cold ferment on the dough. If that's true, it's not coming through in the final product. It was mediocre at best. Soggy, and the dough was flavorless, but I thought the sauce was good. I'll go back for another try, I would love to have a great Italian restaurant close to the house, but I recommend the staff get together and work on the dough and proper cooking times. Thanks-

I had been to Nicoletta's before, but after seeing the rebrand to Sole Mio, we knew we had to come back and try it out -- and wow, what a glow-up. The space is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The outdoor patio genuinely feels like something out of a European film: cozy, romantic, and so tastefully designed. We were greeted by the kindest waiter who took amazing care of us from start to finish. He recommended a few of their holiday drinks (all delicious), and brought over the yummiest bread while we waited for our meals. Both of our pasta dishes were incredible -- fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. What really stood out was how taken care of we felt by the staff. Even after we paid, they offered us cappuccinos as we lingered and chatted over drinks. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel extra special. Sole Mio definitely exceeded expectations. We'll absolutely be back!

Came to Nicolettas after a hair appointment I had which is in the area, normally Im not up this way (however after eating here, that may change!) The inside is absolutely beautiful. Wonderful ambiance, quiet and a huge chandelier that immediately draws your attention upwards. Diana was our server and she was an absolute delight. So incredibly friendly, kind, told us a little about the wonderful changes to come. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, arugula pie, chicken pesto and goat cheese pizza (with the chicken on the side as I was with a vegetarian), a limoncello spritz and raspberry tartufo. Diana actually came around with these limoncello spritz samples as we were waiting for our appetizer and well, I loved it so much I ordered one! Light, refreshing and a great way to beat the Florida heat for a bit. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. A bitter better than your run-of-the-mill mozzarella stick, definitely had more flavor, and was a nice way to kick off the meal. The chicken pesto and goat cheese pizza was incredible. The chicken was grilled to perfection, and it being on the side didn't alter the taste at all. Juicy, charred the right amount, could probably just eat a bowl of the chicken by itself! But paired with the fresh pesto and tomatoes, along with the creamy goat cheese made for a truly unforgettable meal. The arugula pie, however, was the star! It has mozzarella and ricotta cheese, garlic and rosemary, topped with arugula and a lemon dressing. After the first bite my eyes were rolling in the back of my head. The peppery arugula combined with the bright lemon dressing would've made a fantastic salad, but then also put it on a pizza with fragrant garlic, rosemary and a blend of melty mozzarella and creamy ricotta? Actual heaven. I don't think I'd be able to revisit Nicoletta's without getting this pizza. For dessert we were stuck between the tartufo and the tirsmisu. Because of the heat, we ended up going with the tartufo. Ive never had anything like it. It's a classic dish that is a wonderful way to end the meal, though I would definitely try the tiramisu next time! With all the food we ordered, the drink, and two soft drinks, our total came to $101.65. Between the quality of the food, the exceptional service, and the quiet and ambient atmosphere, it was 100% worth every penny and I can't wait to come back!

This was fantastic. We just returned from 2 weeks in Italy and this transported us back. The most authentic we e had yet. Boynton is lucky to have this. Juan was an amazing server!!

Our server David was kind and attentive. The lasagna and pasta bolognese were very delicious. The restaurant interior and exterior has been updated and allows for a very relaxing and classy vibe. I was also happy to learn of their new seasonal, signature cocktails!

What a wonderful dining experience! It is much Improved from the previous place that occupied this spot (Nicoletti's) The ambiance is warm and inviting -- I honestly felt like I was in Italy for the evening. The space has such a nice vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying great food. The wait staff was professional and attentive, striking just the right balance between friendly and efficient. Every dish was absolutely delicious -- you can taste the authenticity and care in every bite. The owner/manager Maxim really stands out. personable, engaging, and clearly takes pride in making sure everyone is happy and enjoying their meal. It's rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days. Highly recommend -- this place is a true gem!

All people in our party of 8 were pleased with the rustic yet elegant ambiance of Sole Mio. Our server, Juan, was informative and knew the menu well. Professional yet friendly, he provided excellent service.

Food and service are quite good. Prices are good as well as the choice of cocktails. Many choices of Vodka which was unusual. Only negative was they offered Russian vodka which should never be on any menu....

We were at opening day so we can forgive the hour from sitting to being served. The food was very good. The honey wings had the right crispness and taste. The meatball app was also good as the meatballs tasted like a very good meatloaf without too much of a bready taste. The house salad was good but the plate a little small.. the worst part was the "live" Dj entertainment was someone just playing a playlist. They could do that without a person. I would suggest a "live" person that can actually promote the food or educate about weekly specials during the week or to sign up on a loyalty list or post social media etc We live close by so will come again. There is a large selection of alcohol and non alcohol items as well

We had an excellent brunch. Full menu offered but also many popular breakfast items. The short rib omelette is excellent. Bottomless drinks offered for 18.00. The interior is beautiful. It transports you back to Italy. Our server was very attentive & knowledge about the menu.

Juan was most attentive with prompt and pleasant service. Salad special was a meal. Eggplant buratta stack was generous enough to share. Eggplant parm was tender and tasty. Shrimp scampi pie was a delight.

Nicoletta's Restaurant & Pizzeria Boynton Beach Blvd and Lyons started a brunch menu this weekend! This was the first day of an amazing brunch menu with elevated dishes, coffee cocktails, and bottomless bloody Mary's/other. I have very high expectations and this menu did not disappoint. We started with a beef carpaccio topped with a poached egg. The spin is the pesto, gorgonzola, and truffle chips. It was spectacular. The blood Mary's- let's just say I am VERY hard to please when it comes to this cocktail. I was not only pleasantly surprised, but they were actually craveable and I had 3! Main dishes: Avocado sourdough toast with a poached egg and smoked salmon. Fantastic flavor profile and the salmon was so fresh. Loved it. Seafood omelette- stuffed with shrimp and crab. I only had one bite of it (it was my husband's) but I will definately order that in the future. Also pictured- the chicken and waffles with a hot honey syrup (we only got a pic of this one- but it is on the list of must try's). I also can't wait to try the short rib omelette. More drinks: Coffee con whiskey (Irish coffeee) and the cherry vanilla iced latte. Both were spectacular. This brunch spot Is spot-on! Menu In pictures.

Good friends of my wife and I who are regulars at the restaurant invited us for dinner at Nicoletta's Restaurant. It was a first for us. We sat at the bar and met a good man, Al, who was our server and bartender for the evening. After ordering cocktails we ordered our food, the ladies ordered veal and chicken prepared differently, I had the Bucatini Amatriciana and it was delicious! Al our server was super friendly, efficient and professional. We all enjoyed our evening, Check it out!

Went for lunch on Saturday, they had live music playing on the patio, service was fantastic, they make your own pizza for the kids is a great option and still so delicious. Probably the best eggplant rollatini I've ever had. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely a great experience with delicious entrees (the Caesar salad has a special flavor), yummy pizzas and a welcome atmosphere. My favorite is the veal parmigiana; and my neighbor loves the eggplant parmigiana sub! You get healthy portions that are tasty and enough to take home! The owners make a special effort to please their customers. Thank you for your efforts!

Outdoor area was nice to sit in. We tried 3 pizzas and the branzino. Due to some accidental miscommunication our pizzas were all upgraded to large which were truly huge. Probably 4 people could have been stuffed with just 2 of them. They only charged an extra $2 each for the upsize which did seem like a bargain. Wish we had been hungrier or in a position to take the leftovers (we were travelling). Branzino was tasty, (maybe a little salty) and had excellent crispy toasted potatoes. A bit frustrated that the waiter left us alone for quite a while, we really wanted more water, finally one of us went inside and just got some from the bar. Place is decent but slightly set back and drive by traffic sees the other nearby places first.

Always greeted at the door. Excellent service from waitstaff, food runners, and busboys. Food is delicious. Love the decor. Highly recommend.

the food was absolutely so incredible especially the gnocchi! some of the best i've ever tried! i enjoyed a wonderful meal with my brother! we had great service, great food, & great limoncello spritz's that were so refreshing! i'll be back!

This was our first visit to this new restaurant. It was beautifully decorated and we were hopeful that the food and service would equal the decor. The table was set with a thin, one ply napkin holding one fork and knife. No cloth or reasonably thick paper napkin. We asked about the sunset dinner, having arrived and been seated 10 minutes before it was to end. The waiter said he would have to check the time and never gave us that menu. We ordered drinks and dinner and that's when things turned so very disappointing. The bread was supposed to be focaccia and was small squares of cold stale bread...not focaccia. It was accompanied by tiny containers of butter, not an olive oil dipping sauce. it was not edible. The Baked Clams Oreganato were the tiniest we've ever had, and were swimming in some liquid, haphazardly strewn all over the plate. They had no clam taste or texture. The Caesar salad looked good with crisp romaine.... but had no taste of olive oil, garlic or anchovies, just vinegar or lemon juice. We were told the short ribs were tender and cooked for 3 hours. They were tough, overcooked or over-reheated and not edible. The sauce on the pasta had no beefy taste from the " short ribs" as is usual. The combo of chicken and eggplant parmigiana came with oversauced spaghetti dumped on top of it. The sauce did not taste at all Italian and had a taste of rosemary or thyme seasoning it, not oregano or basil. We had to ask for forks to eat our food with because our salad forks had been removed. This restaurant could use some experienced chefs in the kitchen to learn how to cook and present Italian or "Modern Italian" food properly to match the ambience. Start with getting adequate napkins and two forks. Get experienced wait staff who know the menus and what time it is. Have the owners or managers come to the tables to welcome guests and later to see if the food was eaten and if not, and genuinely want to know why. On our way out a lovely lady said, "it was good, yes?" This was not the right time to have asked. I wish this beautiful new restaurant good luck, but it will take a lot to improve the overpriced and poorly prepared and presented food.

Second time visit. Service was excellent and we received a table quickly despite the restaurant being busy. Menu had ample options and portions were generous. Food was good but not great. So while chicken parm looked great --it somewhat tasted like chicken finger parm. mozzarella sticks could have Been frozen and not home made. That all said we would come back and try different dishes. Clean and friendly staff!

Service, food. My shrimp parm was awful. The waiter was rude & kept telling us to be patient. They changed names but are same owners as Nicolette. Won't go back.

We had a fabulous lunch of freshly made foccia and a chicken parm and Cesar salad. The restaurant is under new ownership and we could tell. Nice owners too!

I had the opportunity to try Nicoletta's today for lunch and I was not disappointed. I walked into the most charming and quaint restaurant for a quick lunch coworkers and I could totally see myself going back for a romantic dinner with my husband. There was music and the server, Michael was very attentive to our needs. We asked about the soup and hos recommendation spot on. I loved my minestrone soup, meatball soup and service. Will definitely go back soon!

We had a great dinner last night at the newly revamped Sole Mio in Boynton Beach, Florida... formerly known as Nicoletta's. The newly launched menu has many of the same dishes previously offered. Our server David was nice, friendly and good at his job. He assured our party of 4 that the Fig and Bacon Pizza topped with Aragula with the thin, crispy crust was still available, so we all shared it with drinks as our appetizer. Delicious and loved by everyone in our dinner party! My husband and l both ordered the Short Ribs Pappardelle where the beef must be marinated for a while as it melted in our mouths! The pasta and sauce were delicious as well! Enough for us to take some home for leftovers! Too stuffed for dessert, but if hungry enough, don't hesitate to try some! Shoutout to Diana the owner's daughter who is there most weekends and stopped by to chat and helped us as well, the owners and Diana remembered us from previous visits, which gives this restaurant the small old fashioned family restaurant feel! Highly recommend this restaurant, reservations suggested!

This is a great Italian restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were greeted warmly. Our waiter, Juan had many great suggestions and gave us the description of the specials. The salmon was blackened perfectly. The calzone was packed with meat and cheese. We recommend this place because the staff and the food are always great!

A great meal as usual! Again service provided by Kevin king of waiters. I had a jai Alai on tap best IPA on draft. Still highly recommended!

Dexter was great, friendly and service was nice! Food was yummy and pizza had a great crunch w the crust!

Went to dine with friends on Friday night at 6:30. Restaurant was over half empty. Hostess said it would be 45 minutes for a table. We left. Not a great impression. We have been to this restaurant 4 times before and each time it is under new ownership or management. Figured we would give it another try because its local. NOPE! Who turns down new business. Sole Mio does. Terrible business model. We were all hoping for a nice dinner, we had one but not at this joint. Good luck to the new owners who have no idea how to operate a business.

Michael was helpful & very polite, as well as giving us prompt aervice ! Thc food was good & portions were plentiful !

My boyfriend and I have eaten here many Times. Every time feels better than the one before. The food is excellent! I can't get enough of their short ribs! The waitstaff are friendly, efficient and always go over and beyond to make sure our dining experience is perfect. On weekends there is usually music and often dancing outside. Highly recommend.... Michael is a great waiter but they are all wonderful

Great service with Juan. Very attentive the entire time we were there. Our two seafood dishes were excellent. Since the ownership change, there's been a vast improvement overall with the restaurant. They did a nice job redecorating the main dining room. Highly recommend!

The food is good and enjoyable, the ambiance is great with a top notch service from Luis, he was super nice and recommended some dishes that we really loved, drinks are good and prices are very reasonable, highly recommended .

We had a HOA presentation that was moved from the library next door. Sat in the outdoor patio. Just had pizza which was fair and mozzarella sticks which tasted like Rich's that you get in a supermarket.

From start to finish everything was wonderful. Our waitress, Diana, was very personable and efficient. The food was terrific and the portions very generous.

We had dinner here for the first time and it was disappointing. I can only speak for the vegetarian dishes but here goes: The Gorgonzola pear salad came to the table and was basically a bunch of lettuce. It wasn't even mixed greens but iceberg lettuce. Aside from the fact that iceberg is nutritionally deficient, it doesn't have any flavor. The other items were sparse compared to the amount of iceberg. This salad would have been better with spinach or arugula by far. Poor choice. Also, I have had much better salads at a celebrity chef restaurant for a cheaper price! The special was an eggplant burrata stack which was ok but didn't have anything to flavor it. The balsamic glaze was only on the surrounding lettuce. When I asked for more balsamic, the server brought out dressing rather balsamic which was too thick for the stack and not the right flavor profile. He did replace it with some balsamic as requested. The veggie calzone wasn't evenly distributed inside. Cheese was only on one side and veggies on another. All in all, an average dining experience.

Went back to our favorite Italian restaurant yesterday and those baked clams were a success again. Main dishes were chicken rollatini and mussels with pasta. Both excellent. I enjoying and trust trying different dishes here a Nicolatta's. Soon to be Sole Mio of Boynton Beach
