"The owners of the fine dining Le Vivier establishment were happily inspired when they opened this bistro, blessed with a double terrace, in the heart of the Carré des Arts du Luberon. From his open-plan kitchen, the chef rustles up a forthright, modern take on traditional bistro recipes, in addition to nibbles with pre-dinner drinks and choice ingredients grilled on a binchotan barbecue (aged rib of beef, squid, presa iberica, etc.). A concise selection of regional (but not only) wines adds the finishing touch to an excellent, sun-drenched meal…" - Michelin Inspector

We are regular visitors to this excellent restaurant in l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and also the sister Michelin-starred le Vivier. Great value menus of really inventive and delicious dishes, an excellent wine list and great service too from really nice staff. Morgane, the GM is charming and efficient. There are also options for tapas-style dishes and some superb barbecue specialities, mainly to share. Talented chef! We sat in the delightful new glassed in courtyard - very comfortable seating. The decor is brilliant, too, by the very talented Pauline of local interior design studio "Un Vingtieme". There us also an outdoor terrace and the main restaurant space for the cooler seasons. Very highly recommended

great service, great food and great environment. The Muhammas dip was a way to start! The aged cote de beouf was super well done with incredible home made chips.

*** Highlights: Refined. Elegant. Delicious. *** What we liked: The pace of the service, as well as the complex yet intriguing flavours of all dishes *** Recommended? Given the $$ to food ratio, location and service, do not miss this place. Preferably a table inside as dogs and smoking are allowed outside

Overrated and over engineered but very short menu. Food was bland and didn't taste good. Some waiters would still talk in French eventhough they know we donot understand and they spoke good English earlier. Bizarre experience in total but mostly not happy about food.

Charming restaurant away from the crush of the riverside market. Very chic and civilised vibe with efficient friendly front of house team. My daughter was unfortunately taken ill during our lunch (heatstroke) and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was delicious and innovative

Great restaurant with a nice terrace. The food is extremely creative and on a star level in terms of taste and appearance. The team is very friendly. It's always great to be there.

It's a decent restaurant in a nice location. Everything was going well until my wife's main arrived which was the 80Euro wagyu beef. The beef was so incredibly salty it was inedible and she left most of it. The staff said that the chef had burnt his fingers moments before so was unable to feel how much salt he put on it. OK fair enough, but without wanting to kick up a huge fuss in person and ruin other diners experience as it is an expensive restaurant, I would expect this item to be removed from the bill. Instead they removed 18euros worth of a starter and charged us the full 80euro for the beef. I would expect better from a place like this and it is a shame it ruined our experience. I must also add that the staff who served us were great and very nice

We came for dinner with a reservation. We were seated promptly to a table in the front terrasse. I was surprised to learn that dogs were allowed! :) Service was attentive, communication was efficient despite a little language barrier. We had the baba ghanoush to start, as per our waitress’ recommendation since our main would take a while. It was perfectly creamy, a little smokey. The crackers were past charred, tasted too bitter for our palates. The breads were wonderful to have along the dip. Our main was a côte boeuf to share, which we ordered medium rare and came exactly as asked. It was delicious, well salted, and very filling for two. The fries tasted of beef fat, which is wonderful. The béarnoise was a welcome addition, albeit not essential. We had a great time!
