The Incredible History of Travail Kitchen and Amusements | Eater Twin Cities

"Revived as a nostalgic, Spanish-dominated pop-up during Travail’s Hennepin Avenue residencies, Solera returned its much-missed hits — from boquerones, octopus bites, and jamón to paella and crispy croquettes — and recreated the downtown theatricality that made it a fixture in the 2000s under James Beard Award–winning chef Tim McKee. I found the Solera residency delightfully bombastic: tapas and a tasting menu that involves diners (marching through the dining room, plucking Serrano ham from a crystal chandelier, and witnessing a custom rolling paella service) and a menu that leans on beloved Spanish classics." - Eater Staff

omg, the bureaucratic hoops to get customer service is damn stupid and the routing of your calls to a foreign country is just plain demeaning for the price of this product. Oh, unless you like fighting for your sub to stop and get your money back, don't buy into it, you have been warned.

The worst company. Terrible support and ethics. If you read this, be warned. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Dealersocket was pretty good until this terrible company acquired them and ruined it.

Horrible customer service. We've had a simple ticket in for 2 months now and keep going in circles. They have zero care in the world for their customers.

There's no reason for this company to have a phone number because no one answers within their business hours. Not the billing team, not the sales team. Have left 3 voicemails, no return after days. Our company doesn't even know who our account representative is. It looks like most of the good reviews are employees. I'm glad you children have a modern aesthetic to your work place. Surprisingly, it doesn't seem to help deliver a product anyone wants to use.

Horrible! Can’t get a hold of customer service on hold for hours! I even used call back feature with no call back all day. I called back today and still on hold while writing this review. Every transaction I’ve done thru solera has been like this. Always on hold so they fix their forms and do a workaround on the back end. Representatives have been nice and try to resolve it but this software has too many kinks that need to be ironed out. I Had another dealership information in my account. This software cannot be trusted!

Been using the product Dealer Socket CRM for the past 5 years. Solera makes interface updates and doesn't inform the clients and now all our employees are confused and don't know how to use the product correctly. I can never reach anyone in sales or our assigned rep. and when you finally get a call back they could care less about your troubles. Definitely consider other CRM providers.

Don't go with omnitracs. 20 minute boot times. Constant lag out of this garbage ELD. The software is so bad. It gives the impression that these guys tried to reinvent the wheel when they can't even build a wheel in the first place.
