Solis Dresden Village

Solis Dresden is such a beautiful apartment community. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean modern and well-kept everything looked. Agnesa and Steven made the experience even better! They were both so kind, helpful and welcoming throughout my entire visit. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciated their time and energy. I’m really looking forward to leasing here soon!

I did a walk in tour with Steven this week and it was an amazing experience! The building is beautiful and the units are exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. They have nice finishes, a large island, walk in closet, hardwood floors, built in coat/shoe drop off, and so much kitchen storage. On the tour, Steven was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the building and area. He made us feel at home right away. My boyfriend and I are moving to the city from out of state, but Steven and Lauren were incredibly helpful and attentive during the leasing process. They were quick to answer our questions, helped walk us through the application, and even sent extra videos / measurements of the unit. The whole process was a breeze because of their above and beyond service! We cannot wait to move in!

Steven did my tour this past week and he was very warm and attentive. He showed me each of the units I asked to see and made me feel right at home! I wanted to come back a second time before signing and he gave me another tour even though the leasing office was about to close for the day. I was impressed that he knew every resident we passed by name. Other residents I saw during the tour spoke highly of the building. Looking forward to moving in this August!

The warmth and professionalism I received from the entire team was simply unmatched. Lauren, the manager was so warm on the phone. And the leasing agents, Steven and Agnesa, are truly a dynamic duo! Their energy, kindness, and genuine care made me feel right at home. They answered every question with patience and clarity and made the entire leasing process a breeze. Steven made me feel right at home immediately! The tour was full of enthusiasm and knowledge about not only the property, but the surrounding area. Steven ensured that I had a VIP experience from beginning to end! What really blew me away was the sense of belonging—even during my tour, residents were introducing themselves and welcoming me. That kind of culture speaks volumes about the environment here. I’ll be officially moving in in two weeks, and I couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter of my life at Solis Dresden Village. If you're looking for a place that feels like home from Day 1, look no further!

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease at Solis Dresden and couldn’t be more excited to move in! We wanted to take a moment to recognize Steven, our leasing agent, who made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From our first tour to the final paperwork, Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our questions. He took the time to walk us through all the details and helped us feel confident in our decision. The property itself is gorgeous and very well maintained! Nice finishes, big bedroom/patio, big island, just beautiful! Thank you for everything, can't wait to move in!

I recently moved another apartment complex in Atlanta. I was consistently impressed with the staff at Solis Dresden, especially Steven Swan. He was incredibly attentive and supportive during the initial tour and brought me to several additional units which I had not originally considered but met my criteria. I was touring several complexes which had begun to blur together. I called Steven the next day for a repeat tour of the highlights and he was gracious enough to accommodate on short notice over the weekend. He was responsive throughout the process of officially moving in to the new unit. He reached out via phone call for any additional items prior to move. All in all, excellent moving experience, and would highly recommend Solis team due to facilities and excellent staff

So excited to sign my lease here! The community, the team, and the atmosphere is the best I’ve had since moving to Atlanta. Steven has made the entire process so seamless and enjoyable. He was thorough, quick to answer questions, and a true pleasure to speak with. This is the most ideal area for someone who wants both quiet/calmness but also an ample of activities to do and restaurants to go. The apartment amenities are top-notch. The apartments themselves are well thought out. Overall 5-stars from the tour of the building and area. Extremely thankful to have found this community before they’re full (bc they almost are!). I had a great time touring Solis Dresden this weekend with Steven! I've toured around 10 apartment complexes the last few weeks and this was by far the best experience I have had. He was so friendly and fun to talk with, all at the same time listening to what I wanted out of an apartment and found me the perfect one. He, Agnesa and Lauren have all been very kind and are making the process to sign a lease incredibly easy!
