Solis Dresden Village

Steven, Lauren and Agnessa have truly made this a community through their positive energies and attention to detail. From living in a brand new, beautiful apartment in a safe location, steps away from delicious restaurants and a farmer’s market, to the thoughtful curated community events ranging from incredible workout classes, bouquet making, dinner gatherings and gift wrapping, living here at Solis Dresden Village is fun and peaceful. The on site team makes it even better and so grateful to renew here, in large part because of them.

After having time to really settle in, I can say I love it here. Agnesa made the leasing and moving process so smooth and quick. Everyone on the leasing team is so friendly and helpful. There's tons of resident events, the maintenance of hallways and common areas is great, and the overall community is nice. I can definitely see myself here for a while.

Solis Dresden Village is a great place to live. This review is long overdue. The staff are so nice and professional - Lauren, Agnessa, and Steven have all been so helpful in my move-in. Steven helped me the day I obtained access to my unit - he is so nice and helpful. Agnessa has been heading up my move-in and has gone the extra mile in being helpful. Of course Lauren is always so professional and helpful! Last but not least, Martin is a great tech and is so prompt with his repairs on the property. Thank you Solis for all of your hard work.

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease at Solis Dresden and couldn’t be more excited to move in! We wanted to take a moment to recognize Steven, our leasing agent, who made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. From our first tour to the final paperwork, Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to answer our questions. He took the time to walk us through all the details and helped us feel confident in our decision. The property itself is gorgeous and very well-maintained! Nice finishes, big bedroom/patio, big island, just beautiful! Thank you for everything, can't wait to move in! Update: I’ve been living here for about 3 months now, and it’s been a really positive experience. The amenities are always clean, and the trash chutes are well-maintained. Water pressure in the unit is great. Steven still greets me by name every time I see him! <3 The shops below are a nice bonus and add convenience to daily life. Overall, very happy I moved in here!

I did a walk in tour with Steven this week and it was an amazing experience! The building is beautiful and the units are exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for. They have nice finishes, a large island, walk in closet, hardwood floors, built in coat/shoe drop off, and so much kitchen storage. On the tour, Steven was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the building and area. He made us feel at home right away. My boyfriend and I are moving to the city from out of state, but Steven and Lauren were incredibly helpful and attentive during the leasing process. They were quick to answer our questions, helped walk us through the application, and even sent extra videos / measurements of the unit. The whole process was a breeze because of their above and beyond service! We cannot wait to move in!

Around 2400$ a month for a one bedroom and you have homeless people hiding out in the stairwell late at night. (open to public from ground floor). Can’t imagine I would feel safe if I was a woman or had children and lived here. Edit: Now just bought by Greystar. Probably downhill from here in terms of this place. What a shame.

Solis Dresden is such a beautiful apartment community. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean modern and well-kept everything looked. Agnesa and Steven made the experience even better! They were both so kind, helpful and welcoming throughout my entire visit. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciated their time and energy. I’m really looking forward to leasing here soon!

From the moment we worked with Steven, things have been absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond. We were relocating from out of state and he made it such a smooth transition. This place is absolutely stunning and we love it so much here! Thank you Steven for going above and beyond. We have loved everything here! Definitely recommend!!!

I had a great time touring Solis Dresden this weekend with Steven! I've toured around 10 apartment complexes the last few weeks and this was by far the best experience I have had. He was so friendly and fun to talk with, all at the same time listening to what I wanted out of an apartment and found me the perfect one. He, Agnesa and Lauren have all been very kind and are making the process to sign a lease incredibly easy!
