Regardless of the quality of the stove, I would never purchase a Solo stove again after trying to navigate their (useless) customer service. Consistent with other reviews, their single response to me, over multiple texts, is "Too bad, you lose!". I paid significantly extra for a "firepit bundle", but it turns out that two items in the bundle are not able to be used if you also purchase a surround. So, now I have a firepit with no cover, which I need and want, and thought I paid for. Most online companies would make this right - it would be so easy to return the cover I have and have them send me a new one that is the right fit. But not Solo. No, after spending over $1000 and not receiving what I thought I had paid for, their cringeworthy response is "Too bad for you!".
