Solo Stove

Product is good but customer experience is poor. The shipment was damaged in shipment then the wrong replacement pieces were sent. This was explained to customer service yet the correct pieces were never provided. The order included a complete surround cover but a stove cover was shipped. Customer service disputed what was shipped and was adamant that they shipped the right part. Still never received the items that I paid for on this order. In the end, I have a brand new damaged unit with items that are still missing. Not a good experience.

WE LOVE OUR SOLO PRODUCTS We purchased our original solo pizza oven at Costco and have since purchased all the accessories, the stand, and the cover. Our family has experimented and mastered our techniques to meet our individual preferences. For example, I like a pizza with a lot of sauce and toppings. I have found that cooking the dough first creates a solid base. Only then can it accommodate all the toppings and extra sauce. Then I turn the heat down and cook my pizza slowly and thoroughly. My wife on the other hand, sparingly tops her pizza and just leaves it in at full heat for a minute or two. We have found that it is so fun to have friends over for “make your own pizza” night. They thoroughly enjoy making a custom pizza just to their liking and the whole process is a great group activity. I have since bought the same setup for my best friend and my sister, and both thoroughly enjoy their solo pizza oven. In fact, they too have sponsored “make your own pizza” nights with the same great fanfare! We recently bought some solo torches, and wow, do those torches burn! No longer do we have to worry about the wind blowing them out or constantly relighting. Their customer service is top-notch also. Nothing is offshored here. If there is an issue, they understand it, communicate what they are going to do and then make it happen. We had an issue with product that was damaged in shipping. We sent in pictures and explained the damage and a replacement was FEDEX’d the next day. Thank you for making such great products and thank you for always putting your customer first!

Customer service is abysmal. I gave them a 1 because I can’t give them a 0. Ordered an infinity fire pit for a Christmas gift and specifically selected the timing to arrive just before Christmas. I received notification that they split my shipment sending the accessories on time but in fact ruining the surprise. Revived no notification about the fire pit. Called a day after delivery was supposed to occur as I had no notification of an issue. I was told it was back ordered and would ship Dec 28 at the earliest. When I ordered the product there was no indication of it being back ordered. They have zero customer service! Their inability to accurately forecast demand adhere to their processing standards and advise customers clearly speaks to the competence and care of their management.

Order #: SoloUS00030033 ordered during a gift period and did not receive the sticks or poker set. As far as smokeless.... not so much. Additionally don't waste your money on the canyon and uprising to the 30" unit. They do not make most of their accessories over the 27"

I love my Solo! My wife and I decided to buy a Solo Stove last year and it’s been so amazing! A lot of my memories growing up were around the campfire so this has always been something I like to spend my time doing with those I love. Although I don’t normally like to spend a lot of money, for the reason above, I really wanted something bougie honestly. I wanted nicest of the nice, something that my family and I could have for years down the road. We purchased the Solo Stove Bonfire and about a year later, we purchased the Solo Surround as well while it was on sale during a Father’s Day Sales event. My family and I use it at least once a week and we enjoy it more and more as time goes on :) 10/10 recommend!

I just bought a canyon bundle (Order #SoloUS00044897) with a firepit protection. The firepit protection was never delivered. In a regular company, it is not a big deal. But for these guys: The phone number they provide doesn't answer, the AI assistant doesn't help and answers right away that no human agent is available and finally they don't acknowledge/answer any ticket you open. May be they are out of business.

Okay friends, the Solo Stove Bonfire grill is perhaps my BEST BUY over the past year. I cannot possibly convey exactly how amazing this product is. Unbelievably easy to get a fire going with just about any fuel source, and burns for a very long time on just a few pieces of wood. In addition, I am always completely captivated by the dancing flames of the secondary burn. I purchased the cast iron wok to go along with it, and we have made some incredible dishes while enjoying a relatively smokeless campfire. When not on the campsite, I like to set it up in the backyard with my Sonos One speaker, to bing the campground home with me for a few hours on a cool night. It burns everything, so clean-up is simply dumping a few ashes out and you are ready to use it next time. If you haven’t purchased one of these, and you want to be able to have a campfire without the fear of burning the campground down or breaking fire restrictions at many sites, a Solo Stove Bonfire is exactly what you need!

We went for the Solo Stove Ranger backyard bundle, after we made the order we were worried that it would be to small! Just so happens its the perfect size for our garden. Very good quality product but it should be for the money. Only used once and seems to do the job. With the cold UK nights this is a welcomed addition to our garden. Also had the added bonus of the free Mesa, which also burns very efficiently and is a great table top option.

I own four solo stoves. A Mesa XL, a Yukon, and two Bonfires. I couldn't be more happy with them. Super high quality products.

Don't get me wrong...I LOVE me a good 'ol campfire out in nature or whatever, but when I'm at home entertaining guests? No thanks. We have a great fire pit, but the first time we fired it up...even with kiln dried wood...oh my! We all kept shifting around the pit to avoid the awful smoke! Enter the Solo Stove... Holy moly! Best purchase EVER! We were a bit skeptical at first, but did the research and looked at all the reviews. When they say "smokeless" it's so true! More recently they introduced the "Elemental Series." So if you don't want the all metal look (which is their original and patinas nicely over time), they now offer new earthy colors (Ash, Water, Soil, Sand and Clay). Had to jump on it bought the Yukon in "Ash" and absolutely LOVE it! It did come equipped with a bonfire stand (for use with heat sensitive surfaces), which is super nice if we wanted to move it up on our wood deck. Not gonna lie, they're a bit pricey (accessories can add up) but so worth it! We completed ours with a cover, heat deflector and Yukon handle to easily remove the pit to dispose of the ash. Which by the way is so minimal based on their efficient airflow design. Honestly, it was so fun doing a test-run with neighbors and roasting some s'mores! We even threw in a couple of color packs from Solo Stove...what a beautiful display of colors! Bottom line...such an awesome product!!! Get a Solo Stove that best fits your needs! They also have grills and so much more! Highly recommend...you won't regret it!

Love this addition to our patio - perfect for when you don't have space for a real fire pit! REALLY fast shipping if you order online and they're usually running some kind of deal. Customer service was a bit of a challenge to work with at first, but at the end of the day got the desired result.

Another crappy company that likes to portray that they're all about people, customer service and that they care.... ALL LIES! I purchased a Solo Stove via Amazon. Usually companies that do business with Amazon extend their Warranties with Amazon Consumers. Not this one. Purchased a Solo Stove Bonfire Shelter and it was defective. The message I got after a few emails back and forth was to "contact the third party seller for my issues" and guess who it was sold by... Solo Stove Don't buy from these clowns, bunch of fake bs company that like to play pretend while scamming people!

I have a Solo stove next to my pool. It's the perfect thing for keeping you warm when you get out of the water in the evening. The smokeless advertising is legit! It really is!

I love solo stove! Great company and great customer service. I love my pizza oven from them--great value for what I paid. Stoked to make more pizzas!

I've purchased hundreds of dollars of their products. I bought my brother the 3 pack of the torches for Christmas. It automatically added this insurance which I didn't really want. Oh well. Then, after further examination, I noticed that it didn't include fuel. I had purchased this item before and it included fuel. I tried to add the fuel by calling them. I called 4 times and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time before I hung up. I selected the option of texting but never received a reply. I don't mind paying the extra cost for the fuel but, based on my order value, if I'd have added it to begin with the shipping would be free. It's ridiculous to pay $14.94 for fuel and $10. for shipping. The product is good but the customer service is horrible. Why can't you actually talk to a person? This is so indicative of the trend today.

First off, we really like our Solo Stove! Somehow I missed they had a showroom less than 30 minutes from the house so I went there to buy a heat deflector. The showroom was very nice; however, the employee was not able to answer basic questions regarding the stove and accessories. It was very frustrating because he was a terrible listener. He was polite, but obviously was very new and unfamiliar with the products.

absolutely horrible. i tried to buy a stove for camping purposes. guess what happened. that's right. i was denied. as a 1/4 hispanic woman in america, this is absolutely ridiculous. bad company service altogether. this place is wrong for camping, and wrong for north texas.

I was so excited about getting a firepit from this company. From the first moment it's been a nightmare. First I did not get my delivery and they said it was lost. I finally got and then a second Yukon firepit arrived. I've been trying to return the 2nd one for 2 months and they have not sent me the necessary form for pick up. I bought a Bonfire as a gift for a friend who asked me to return and they could not use it and I've asked for the pickup slip for that one as well so they can be picked up on the same day. I've e-mailed and e-mailed, and called and called. You can't get a live person to save your life. I sent a LinkedIn message to the President, Clint Mickle, no response or action. This week someone called me finally and assured me that they would send the slips for pickup, that was 5 days ago. This company completely disorganized and lacks customer service and follow though on anything. Buyer beware.
