Excellent service and amazing prices! I only came in to look around, but I left with two GORGEOUS, high-quality bras. Erika and Johanna were so kind and helpful. I had never been fit for a bra before, but they made me feel comfortable and confident. My bras ended up being around $35 each which is a stellar price. I loved my bras so much that I wore one of them out of the store. I KNOW that I will be returning to this Soma for any and all bras.

I purchased a lounge set at the store and had it shipped to my house. After two weeks of waiting for the order, it never came so I called the store to find out what happened. The staff told me that the items never shipped and that they were simply going to refund the money for the items. The issue I have is that the items were still in stock. I believe that they simply decided that they didn’t want to sell it for the price that they had sold it for. The items were on sale when I bought it and then I also got a $20 promotion for ordering it online. They just cancel the order and never even notified me that they were canceling the order. The staff at the store was courteous so I have no issue with them, but it’s just not good business.

There are two ladies in store and they are super kind, nice, considerate and patient, expert on picking styles and sizes! I'll definitely shop in store again next time!

I shopped online out of convenience and wow! I was not disappointed. It's a true to size fit with nothing but good to say. Fairly average price for the products but great quality product. I will be a returning costumer or this brand.
