SOMA Performance & Fitness

We were introduced to Brandon and Soma when they started early morning workouts for my son's high school baseball team. He loved the sessions and made huge gains in strength, speed, and agility. When those high school workouts ended, we signed up both my son and daughter (a future track athlete) for three sessions a week at the facility with Brendan and Angel. It's a great setup: it's an intimate facility close to home, the equipment is new/clean and the trainers (Brendan and Angel) are really friendly, super encouraging, and explain things well. The Results (and the rivalry) speak for themselves: • My son is still getting stronger, faster, and more agile for baseball. • My daughter is seeing major improvements in speed and flexibility—she can finally touch her toes and is getting super strong for track! They both thrive on the sibling rivalry that Soma Performance fuels. Watching them compete is worth the price of admission alone! All around, a fantastic experience with the Some team!

We have had a great experience at SOMA with our two boys (13 & 15 yrs old). The SOMA team has been helpful in choosing their workouts accordingly to their sport, size/age, and schedule. We have one that focuses on basketball and baseball while our other one is focused on golf. We have seen both of them get huge gains out of this program in terms of flexibility, agility and over all strength. The communication and organization is also top-notch!

Brandon and his team do a fabulous job of team programming and training. As a rehab and performance Doc, I don't trust just anyone to send clients or work with. Soma does a fabulous job of integrating up-to-date programming concepts and strength training to create a more well-rounded program for team training. They can also do personal training for youth and adults, so no matter your fitness journey, they can tackle it all. I couldn't recommend their gym space enough!

Highly recommend SOMA for the youth athlete in your house. Brandon does a fantastic job listening to your athlete's goals & challenges for their particular sport & then designs a program to be successful. Especially love the assessment along the way to ensure the program is on track & your athlete is making progress. So glad we found SOMA for our softball daughter.

What started out as my son’s workout through the high school turned into mother son strength sessions 2x per week! From there it grew into a partnership with our feeder basketball program. This place has been incredible for our teenager. The physical growth that I have seen in my 14 year old is incredible but what is even more amazing is the growth in his confidence, the ease of his anxiety and the level of his energy. If you have someone who deals with anxiety - we have found the perfect anecdote is movement. These amazing coaches have been a blessing!

Both of my sons train at soma and I could not be happier. The coaches do a great job of measuring progress and milestones as well as checking in on each of their individual goals. They have both become stronger and more confident both in and outside the gym. Highly recommend!

amazing place, they customize you or your child's workouts. A great combo of group training comradery and personalized one on one attention. Very knowledgeable can see strength deficiencies and help you correct it. My kids have made great strides in their athletic abilities since starting to train with SOMA. Very caring group, absolutely love this place!

Since training at SOMA I have seen an increase in my strength and general fitness. Previously I had gone to the gym on my own, but have seen more improvement spending less time in the gym over the past 6 months than in the past several years working out on my own. Worth every penny!
