Keepin it real out here in Bay Terrace About time another quality bakery join the area and glad they kinda do things their own way instead of being a typical bakery serving up every single thing. Some seating in the back, pretty storefront

Beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I tried the plain croissant and had the delicious seasonal lemonade which was raspberry lemonade. The weather was nice to sit out and enjoy. The new turf area is nice for families to enjoy together, saw dogs and children run around it. Will come again when more of their items are out since it was opening weekend so they were limited with their items. What a nice new bakery to welcome in bay terrace.

Not your typical bakery… everything they bake is fresh and amazing and so original. They mix up ingredients to create masterpieces! The inside of the bakery is pristine and clean and the staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. You can dine in, take out or sit outside at a table and nibble on a delicious treat and people watch. My new go to spot in the neighborhood to grab a coffee and specialty croissant!!! Obsessed!!!!!!!

Today’s grand opening (8/1/2025) of Somedays Bakery at the Bay Terrace Shopping Center, and it’s already a favorite! The croissants are unreal — buttery, flaky, and bursting with flavor. I tried the chicken sandwich croissant, tahini croissant, and the hotdog croissant, which was absolutely to die for. So many varieties to explore, and I can’t wait to try them all! The staff is super friendly, and the space has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Knowing the owners were born and raised in the Flushing/Bayside area makes it feel even more special — truly a neighborhood gem. If you’ve been to their Long Island City location, you already know how good this place is. If not — go! Bay Terrace just got a whole lot sweeter. Welcome to the neighborhood- Someday’s

If shopping in Bay terrace, I absolutely recommend Someday's Bakery. The venue is beautifully decorated and the staff were so kind and attentive. I can't wait to return with my kids and taste something new on the menu!!!

Yelp
Love this bakery! Came for opening day and was greeted by friendly staff and a display of delicious croissants and croissant sandwiches and desserts! The interior had seating and there's outdoor seating too! Very cute and beautiful decor! I really enjoy the spinach ricotta croissant, definitely their best item! The chocolate croissants is one of my favorites, close to feeling like you're in Paris! The passion fruit cruffin was good but the passion fruit was too much for me, I love the cruffin on its own (croissant muffin hybrid)! Definitely highlight is their breakfast sandwich, planning to come back for their lunch sandwiches which they said usually becomes available after 11am. So glad they opened up a Bayside location!

Yelp
This was my first time at Somedays, so glad they opened a location a little closer to Long Island. The bakery is really nice inside, and lots of places to sit and relax. Everything looked amazing, but I had my eye on the pain au chocolat and the chocolate chip cookie. I saved the croissant for the next day but I had to take a nibble of the cookie. First, they use excellent Valrhona chocolate in it so that makes all the difference. The cookie itself was chewy with crisp edges and sooo good. It was so good that I ran back inside to get another one lol. Service was excellent and everyone was friendly. Definitely will go back!
