Found my new NYC lunch spot! 🥗✨ ✅ CRUNCHY, fresh salads that actually live up to the hype.🙏🏾 ✅Salmon so good we ro-sham-bowed for the last bite. 🎌💪🏾 ✅Iconic cauliflower mac & cheese - warm, soft, made daily. The perfect bite on this frigid day! ✅Delicious banana matcha for the win. Phew! So good. ✅Super clean, nice vibe for a quick stop. ✅PUPPER FRIENDLY! They have doggie treats. 🐾 ✅Shoutout to Lamont & Jeremy for the killer suggestions & great energy! Amazing value, delicious food, and a team that supports the community from BK to Flatiron. What’s not to love? #NYCEats #LunchSpot #HealthyFood #DogFriendly #FlatironEats

What a great clean place. We had a mushroom soup, tuna melt, mozzarella toast and a salmon wrap. Everything was excellent!! Come try it out!! Thank you for the great bites

Loved my quick easy lunch from here last week. Portabello panini was so delicious and they have grown and go salads, wraps and dessert. They use organic ingredients so you feel good after eating instead of exhausted. Will be back to try some more

This is my first time trying this place since my office is on this block and I’ve noticed it’s new. The chicken pesto wrap I’ll admit is tasty, especially the pesto dipping sauce that comes on the side. However my gripe with this place is the high price and smaller portions. With tax, this wrap is almost $18 but the size is already on the smaller side and they don’t fill their wraps adequately because half of my wrap had barely any chicken on one side (attached photo). It’s also strange that they don’t put the price of their food on any of their grab and go items, nor do they post it on the side of the fridge the prices. The menu screen on the wall is only the price of food items they have to make immediately for you, which is none of the grab and go stuff. You have to happen to notice at their register they have a little QR code to scan for the full menu which is a bit inconvenient, not sure if they just want customers to not know the price immediately until you go out of your way to check. Lastly I tried to look at each salad and wrap for the price, and most of them are priced at $16 before tax which is on the higher end for the smaller portion, as I could get other large chain healthy salads for the same price but with bigger portions and freshly mixed ingredients instead of prepared in advance food that’s not made to order. Essentially you are getting the grab and go convenience here but they charge higher prices similar to fresh prepared food places.

Thank Y.

Love Jeremy’s energy in the mornings. He makes a hell of a coffee. They have half off of salad and they donate it it’s not sold. Great place.

If you're looking for fresh, healthy and refreshing good quality food, this is it. My favorite things that we ordered were the BBQ Chicken Wrap, Tna & Salmon Rice Wraps. The sauces are out of this world!

Jeremy was very friendly and helpful. The food is great. I had the butternut squash soup which is fantastic. The only issue I had was with the menu. It’s on a screen that keeps changing before I can see all the options.
