I moved to the Vintage area from the Woodlands about two years ago. I had a lovely hair stylist in the Woodlands that I was going to for years. I had really done some damage to my hair during my younger years, but she was able to help me get it back to a healthy state. I moved from the Woodlands and kept going to her until she decided to retire. Finding a new stylist was a big deal for me. I went to a few places and just could not find a connection. I am social and I like to talk, and I must have just been picking some non-talkers, so the time spent in the chair was awkward for me. I got some coloring done and the results were not what I was expecting, and when I voiced that, the tension was pretty obvious. That experience kept me from getting another haircut for almost a year. When I started looking around my area again, I was really just shooting in the dark for a good fit, and I came across Ronda, and have been a happy customer since. Her salon is in the Vintage Park Center, which is five minutes from my home, so convenient. It is a beautiful salon that she has set up shop in. You feel like you are walking into a fancy spa when you walk through the doors. I love that it is a one-customer-at-a-time salon. I feel like it is just all about me, which I do not get enough of, and Ronda is so easy to talk to. She is excellent at what she does. I have loved all my haircuts. I took a leap and went a little shorter than normal, and it came out fabulous. I got a color with highlights done, a little blonder for my brown hair than I had done before, and the results exceeded my expectations. I get compliments all the time about my hair color at work. Ronda offers suggestions for keeping your hair healthy, and I listen. Just recently, after having my hair shorter for a while, I wanted it longer again, but it grows slowly. Lucky for me, Ronda also does extensions. It was my first time. My hair matching is on point. She talked me through everything and how to take good care of my extensions so they last. They were a little longer than I had planned, but she let me sleep on them and come back if I needed to have my hair trimmed down, which I did. She has been so accommodating and I feel so grateful to have found someone that I feel understands me. My hair is important to me, especially since I worked so hard to get it healthy again, and she makes me feel like my hair is just as important to her. I love that about Ronda. I could not be more thankful for her service, her knowledge, and her patience with me.
