Christina was the greatest servers!! She was so patient, understanding and engaging throughout the whole time I was here with my friend!! She gave us the best recommendations on drinks and food and we ordered it!! Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Christina

This is my second time at this restaurant. I had the cheesesteak rolls and fries. The cheesesteak rules are good. They should try provolone cheese instead of cheddar. I sent my fries back because they were underdone, so of course, when they came back, they were burnt. The waitress took them off of my check, which I appreciated. My friend enjoyed her calamari and her cheesesteak rolls. Overall, the food is good.

Google
The mimosa towers (we tried the pineapple and strawberry-orange flavor) were the reason on why we came to SOMO—so good! However, the food itself was just okay. I had the Brunch Tacos, and while they were fine, I was hoping for something a bit more flavorful or unique. Also ordered the Chicken and Waffle Benedict, and thought it was pretty good, but not outstanding. The eggs were alright, but the fries were good, even though they weren’t salted, I had to ask for salt. Overall, SOMO Manayunk is a perfect spot for drinks, but the food was okay for a brunch spot. Personally, I felt like the food was a little over priced for the quality.

Google
Great experience. Food was wonderful, service was attentive, and atmosphere was nice. Went for happy hour dinner on Friday around 5, we were sat no problem Ordered house mules, 2 cocktails, mango habanero wings, calamari, sea bass special, and lobster ravioli. Everything was exceptional

The bartenders were great . Good mocktails and great happy hour. They have two happy hours 4-6pm and 9-10 pm I believe. It was a dj. The atmosphere was 30+ and the music was giving TikTok . I had oysters which was ok. And a lox type of appetizer which was good . It’s an ok crowd (people was not so pleasant) but the staff were!

Jordan was absolutely amazing as our server! From the moment we sat down, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. Super attentive without being overbearing, and they had great recommendations from the menu. Drinks came out fast, food was hot and delicious, and Jordan checked in at just the right times. You can tell they really care about providing a great experience. We’ll definitely be asking for Jordan next time we come back!

Google
Highly recommend trying! Our party of 6 went for a late brunch while in town on Saturday & glad we chose this spot. It was very busy but we were seated in 10 minutes. Our server, Omar, was attentive & friendly, and helped to make my daughter's birthday brunch special. The mimosa tower is a must for groups...we had the strawberry orange, sooo good, and it poured about 14 glasses. The food was delicious...we had salads, grits, & burgers. Nice atmosphere & average prices. I would return if visiting the area again.

Booked a reservation for a late birthday celebration with a couple of friends. Been wanting to try this place for a while and thought it would be a good vibe and option for brunch. Make sure to give yourself time finding parking given the area and make sure at least a few people from your party are there so you can get seated immediately. Cool ambiance and decor - I like the style of the booth seating. Staff were all very friendly and personable. Our waitress was cool and helpful when asking for her opinion on a few things. They moved pretty quickly with food and drink service, and everything came out right (temperature of food, items we ordered,etc.). Overall, we all enjoyed what we ordered. My Crab Cake Benedict had a good seasoning and taste to it and having them add peppers&onions to my potatoes was the way to go. My friends said what they ordered was pretty good too. One friend asked for her wings to be fried hard but realized maybe she didn't need to do that, but they were still pretty good - the Sriracha Honey sauce was tasty and a good balance of the two flavors. And my other friend said the Chicken and Waffles were also good, he just didn't end up using the sauce that came with it because of the consistency (it has a good taste though!) Liked the place, would come back again for brunch or for one of the theme nights/happy hour and recommend checking in out!

Yelp
I give SOMO a 4.3 rating. Mainly because the chicken for the sandwich was not the best, the meat was rubbery and chewy. The wings sauce was good, but the chicken wing itself lacked flavor. Everything else tasted delicious. The service was great, but wish we could have been in the main dining area. This was on a Monday so there was a DJ. We were on the side with low lighting which was nice but not where the action was. I would definitely come here again. I love wings so I hope the next time I try it, there is seasoning on the chicken and hoping this day was just not a good day.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday for a girls brunch with a group. The mimosa tower was a delight. The food was mediocre. The stuffed French toast itself, was good. However the fruit and the "glaze" were better left off. The "glaze" was a bright orange liquid that had the viscosity of juice. The fruit did not taste ripe, it was bland and slightly hard. I simply put it on the side after a few unappetizing bites. My friend has the crab cake Benedict. No complaints about the eggs or crab cakes. However, she said the bread was quite tough. Would not return for the food, but would for the drinks, the strawberry-orange mimosa was great! And there were numerous other flavors

Yelp
My friends and I are on the hunt for the best happy hour in Philly and SOMO was one of the establishments on our list of places to revisit. We frequented on a "Taco Tuesday" before our HH review. Let's start with the basics - there's street parking available and two happy hour time slots Monday through Friday (4:30-6pm & 9-10pm). Aesthetically, it's a very hip vibe but romantic enough for a date night. As far as our happy hour review was concerned, the food choices were limited. I tried the FROSÉ and crispy Asian wings, both were delicious! Sadly, there were only two additional food options so we decided to order a few things off the dinner menu. We tried bruschetta, meatballs, disco fries, calamari and nachos. These items were an average of $14 each. My favorite was the meatballs, but sadly the other items missed the mark for me at the price point. Our server was friendly & attentive, which was a plus! Overall, despite the pricey bill we enjoyed the ambiance and the yummy FROSÉ is enough for me to return & try a dish off the dinner menu. I've been eyeing the braised short ribs!

Yelp
SOMO has been on my list forever, finally stopped in on a Saturday night. Bar seating was available immediately and drinks and food came out quickly. Such a cute little spot. The honey siracha wings were great but babyyyy, these disco fries stole the show. Me and my friend were both shocked at how much we liked them. That gravy slapped! And of course, the lychee martini did exactly what it needed to do.

Yelp
This place is HAPPENING on Saturday for brunch so definitely make sure you have a reservation. Come with a group because they have mimosa towers that are quite amazing. It seems they're not super big on coffee, but their cold brew is on point. Highly recommend the Salmon BALT (bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato) which is a beautiful and large fillet of salmon. The fries are finger-licking good too. Fair warning it is very loud inside with lively chatter, so something just to note. Will definitely be back some weekend soon!

Dorina N.

Yelp
I posted a bad review but it was actually objective on my part, but I received some evil stares from the staff the next time I was there. They made me feel very uncomfortable and ruined my time there

Yelp
SOMO was okay at best. We came here on a Saturday afternoon for brunch, and they were incredibly busy. We made a reservation for 1 pm but still had to wait a while to be seated, and once we were seated, it took another 20 minutes for a server to even stop by our table. We ordered 2 mimosa towers which are pretty pricey at $69 each and served at room temperature. In terms of the food, it was mediocre and took a while to come out after we placed the order. (2.5/5) Crab Cake Benedict: This was alright, but I would definitely not order it again. The crab tasted incredibly fishy, and the taste was just offputting. (3/5) Apple Cinnamon French Toast: The french toast had a decent flavor and came with many apple slices on top. There was a lot of whipped cream, which ended up melting and making the dish super soggy.

Yelp
An amazing dining experience! Our food was all amazing! My table got the apple cinnamon French toast (sensational!), breakfast wrap (SO much food for such a great price!), and the tacos (delicious!). We also started with the strawberry-orange mimosa pitcher was plenty for 3 people and was so delicious! Highly recommend that flavor. We got to sit outside which was a lovely atmosphere. Our waitress was so kind and attentive!:) very fast service even though the restaurant was quite busy

Yelp
Found another gem in Manayunk, PA. We stopped in for brunch. Based on its dining area size, we were worried about seat availability with our large party of 7. To our surprise, they ushered us into literally a separate back area for larger groups. It's nicely decorated. It has a relaxed, welcome vibe that makes you forget where you are. This area had a dedicated server that was friendly and accommodating. Their menu was not huge but had a little something for everyone. My banana's foster pancakes were heavenly. I really enjoyed them. The others in my party enjoyed their meals as well. Maybe not as much as me but they had no complaints. We will definitely be back when in town.

Yelp
Was invite to SOMO for a graduation brunch. It was my first time there. I typically don't go to Manayunk because the parking is ridiculous, but brunch was at 12, and I found parking immediately. There was indoor and outdoor seating, but our reservation was for inside. It's not a huge place, but comfortable and spacious enough. The servers were very nice and patient. Our complete party was a few minutes late; however, they continuously checked on us, and the water refills were endless. Some places forget to refill your water, but they were on top of it. We started the order off backwards-ordered the Beignets first. They were ok, nothing like New Orleans, but the presentation was good. The salmon lox frittata was excellent as well as the Apple Cinnamon French Toast. I ordered the Crab Cake Benedict to go. I ate that the next day for breakfast. It was very flavorful. I wanted to get the bottomless mimosa, but not everyone was interested, and I am not a drinker. I just wanted to try it. Maybe next time. Overall, I would recommend SOMO. The service was quick, the staff was nice, and most importantly, the food was delicious. Til we eat again....

Yelp
Came down to Somo after ditching another happy hour spot. Loooved it. We managed to get a seat at the bar and enjoy their happy hour. Started off with their mule which was darn good and ordered their fried veggie dumplings and tots. Allllll of it was fire: the food, the atmosphere, drinks and especially the price. I can't wait to come back to try their other bites.

Yelp
Great spot, went on a late-night, and you would have not known. A firm candidate to be a go-to spot...

Yelp
This place is busy on a Sunday and for good reason. I made a 1pm reservation for 4 people and once the entire party was there, we were quickly seated to a table. We ordered the Mimosa tower for $69 which was a great price versus individual drinks. The noisy level is about 3 on a scale of 5. It's loud from all the people around talking and laughing but not as loud where you need to yell at your dining companions for them to hear you. I ordered the Fried Chicken French Toast which included a sunny side up egg (which I requested be fried hard) and a gravy drizzled over the chicken. The food was delicious. I plan to return and try something else on the menu.
google avatar

Yelp
Made some reservations with a few girlfriends on a Sunday. The inside was neat and clean with unique art and accent pieces. I didn't get any pictures! The servers and the manager was incredibly accommodating. We enjoyed the Strawberry mimosas and food. Well made entrees with nice portions! Thanks Somo see ya again!

Yelp
Came here for a birthday brunch and I'm so happy this place was chosen. I hate that I didn't get pictures of all the food, but everyone commended the food and the food came out HOT! Not spicy, but straight out the skillet, hot! We had: ~ Shrimp & Grits ~ Breakfast Wrap ~ Chicken Wings (Lemon Garlic and Honey Siracha) ~ Salmon BALT ~ SOMO Classic ~ Huevos Rancheros ~ Mimosa Tower The only complaint was that, 5 meals came out, and the 6th meal didn't show up with the rest. Somehow the kitchen may have missed the ticket or the order, so our friend had to wait a nice little minute for his food to be prepared, but once he received it, he loved it. Service was pretty good as well, and she helped us by taking our picture. I will definitely be back here when I'm up North again.

Yelp
Great place for brunch - Came on a busy Saturday around noon, and was still seated immediately with a table for 3. Service was a little slow at times, with less frequent check ins than we would have hoped, but with how busy it was, it was somewhat understandable. Food was amazing and good price - $16 French Toast. Portion size was decent. will be back!
google avatar

Casey P.

Yelp
It was... OK. I sat in a partially open back area with a group. The benches were really hard where we were sitting, though it had a cute ambiance to it with little decorative pillows (more cushioning for the seating, please). Our group ordered late into our reservation, but the food taking long to come made it feel like I was there forever. I have to imagine it was about 40 minutes at least. Anyways, the food was pretty standard. I think the standout was the crispy beignets, though the frittata was adequate. The jury is still out. I would return if someone wanted to go, but I'm not sure I can recommend it yet.

Yelp
I was in Friday night for a date. The manager I believe it was, sat us quickly. We had a round of cocktails and dinner. Dinner was great, I'll definitely be getting cheese tortellini again the next time I'm in. It was an enjoyable experience.

Yelp
Made reservations on a Sunday for 3:45pm Parked in a lot across the street. If you're lucky you can find street parking. We waited a few minutes and was seated in the back room. The vibe was great, and music was on point. While waiting we watched drinks being made and continued to see the coffee martini being made, so of course we had to try it, along with the Georgia on my mind and the watermelon punch. All the drinks were perfect and strong. After scanning the QR code and reviewing the menu, we knew what we wanted and was ready to order. After we put in our order, the server tells us it's still brunch and dinner menu isn't available until 5pm. Nowhere did I see this when I made reservations. Needless to say, people were upset because they had their mouths prepared for the braised short ribs and didn't see anything appealing to them on the brunch menu. Overall, our meals were good. Ordered a few more drinks, which helped people forget what they originally wanted and we were back to laughs n smiles. I'll come back for brunch when my mouth is prepared for brunch food.

Yelp
We had such an enjoyable night here at SoMo. Kyle was our server and he was excellent. He knew the menu perfectly, and gave great recommendations. Our table all came in separately at different times. He was there to greet each and everyone of us quickly and efficiently. Everybody had drinks, water, and appetizers right off the bat the menu itself is a wide variety of different tastes, we enjoyed the cheesesteak eggrolls, and everybody had a different types of drinks from the bar. We stayed for quite a long time and was able to taste everything from the filet mignon to salads to roasted airline chicken! I asked Kyle about one of the items on the menu called Narragansett, my mother and father ironically are from Narragansett Bay Rhode Island. Have nothing to say but wonderful things. This will be our third trip to this restaurant. Can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Drive to Philly with no return planned... After a recommendation from my East Philly living sister who had never been to the restaurant, I viewed the menu and was immediately intrigued. Upon our arrival, I met a gorgeous couple who had just powered through a TOWER of mimosa. My partner and I ain't no punks, so we decided to do the same. I won't lie, the tower was intimidating. After 48 ounces, still not being done with your chosen beverage was odd. It sitting at the table with us made the bottomless feel of the brunch REAL! Babe wanted beignets, they were sold out since opening. We ordered the Seasonal Omelet and the Shrimp & Grits BEFORE the mimosa. At the halfway mark we finished breakfast and ordered a side of bacon. Two thirds of the way through, we ordered a single pancake and the Short Rib Tacos. We devoured EVERYTHING. Our server Lede (rhymes with sweetie) was beautifully spirited and helpful. She was continuously engaging and warm. Her smile encouraged us to keep going. And we needed it!
google avatar

Sy L.

Yelp
Was in the mood for brunch so decided to check out Somo! The strawberry-orange mimosa had a taste that you had to get use to. I enjoyed the flavor but my friend did not and requested pineapple mimosas. The frittata and home fries were enjoyable. The atmosphere was chill and the music was not too loud. I love brunch ! This was a more low key experience but I will definitely come back!
google avatar

Bill G.

Yelp
Pretty average place all around. The decor is not great. It's loud due to lots of bare walls and hard floors. The place wasn't that crowded, but it was too loud for dinner. Service met the minimums, but nothing great. I did find the food to be the best thing. The sandwiches we had were good. This place has potential to be so much more, but it's not.
google avatar

Dejah D.

Yelp
This place was a vibe!!! Music was on point I could've stayed there all day because they didn't play one skip--ENCORE!! For drinks-- I had the Lychee Martini which in my opinion was "different" and had a floral taste and it was my first time trying Lychee which tasted like a skinless grape lol not bad at all. My moms cocktail was a strawberry mojito--Taste like juice, they could've kept that behind the counter lol. We tried the crab cake Benedict; both our first time trying a poached egg and I'd give it a solid 7/10. I'm big on texture, and this did not stop the show for me so thumbs up!! Our server was nice also, she gave plenty of recommendations despite being hardly able to hear her over the music but nonetheless I'd recommend this place. They serve brunch, dinner, and Mexican food on Tuesdays for Taco Tuesday I believe.
google avatar

Jasmine B.

Yelp
Food is so mid and their restaurant extends into a trash-filled alley. Manager, James, is extremely rude and elitist. He spoke to my friends and I like we were children. I saw two mice run by the floor. Will not be going back.
google avatar

Morgan F.

Yelp
We came for brunch and I had ceaser salad and it seriously was the best ceaser salad I've ever had. Service was great! The vibe was cute. My only complaint is that it was SO loud!
google avatar

Becca D.

Yelp
I've been here a few times recently. I had some friends coming up from DC and we were going to do brunch here, so a few weeks prior, another friend and I scoped it out for an early dinner. We got there at the "in between" time where they only had a few items on the menu while they switched from brunch to dinner, and we decided we'd give it a shot and sit at the bar. I had the burger and I can't even remember what my friend got. But my burger was delicious, and the bartender was nice and engaging - we had a good time. Now I know that Philadelphia doesn't hold a candle to DC when it comes to brunch, but as one of the few places around that offers bottomless mimosas, this was the place to be. I had a reservation for 8 of us, that was confirmed several times. There was still a bit of confusion when we arrived and I heard one host say to another "I don't know where we're going to put them." We ended up having to wait about 20min to finally get sat. Which whatever, not a big deal - the place was swamped so I get it. We had SUCH a great time here! Our server was very nice and always made sure our mimosas were full, never had to even ask for another one at all - she would just swing by with the pitcher. There really was something for everyone on the menu, especially with some in the party being vegetarian or having dietary restrictions. I got the fried chicken and French toast. I am not a French toast person at all because I prefer savory to sweet, but everything else on this menu item sounded amazing so I gave it a shot. It was SO good, not overly sweet at all - the slaw and chorizo gravy really took it over the top for me. They are definitely strict on the time limit and stopped the mimosas right on the dot - with blue laws being as they are, makes sense. We are used to DC prices so seeing how not expensive our bill was a nice surprise. Overall, everyone in my party had a really great time and enjoyed the food and service. This is definitely a go to spot for brunch (and dinner too!).

Yelp
Dined here after a wine tasting. We ordered friend shrimp which was yummy. It was a cool night so we dined outside in one of there little heated outside areas. The drinks were limited we went with Prosecco which wasn't the best.
google avatar

Eleanor N.

Yelp
I had lunch at SOMO and I wasn't impressed. I ordered a lychee martini which was delicious and started with the disco fries which I have nothing bad to say about either. However my entree was awful, the caprese Benedict. The bread or English muffin it came with was stale and flavorless, and the pesto sauce was watery and flavorless. The home fries were bad too, could've used seasoning or peppers and onions ideally. The service was fine but for my awful brunch entree I wont be back.
google avatar

Josh M.

Yelp
Somo is a solid spot for Sunday brunch or late night cocktails. There are lots of entree options and even apps, like the Disco fries, that eat like a meal. Crab cakes Benedict, short rib tacos, and the salmon BLT are my personal favorites. Leave room for beignets if you can! They are some of the best I've had outside Nola.
google avatar

Maya I.

Yelp
I had a great experience at Somo!! Food was delicious! 10 out of 10!!Fried Chicken French Toast

Linette S.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with my bf and best friend and the vibes in this place were great. The waitress was super friendly and attentive to us. The music was on point - the dining room ended up singing all together to a couple of the songs that were being played. The burger itself was a bit dry. The onion portion was small so I truly on got them towards the end of the burger. Would probably come again to try a different option.
google avatar

Katrina L.

Yelp
There food is very delicious and a polite atmosphere. They also took their time in presenting and preparing my food. I would definitely come back again.
google avatar

Londa S.

Yelp
The spicy buffalo chicken wings were served warm not hot. The calamari was served hot with spicy sauce on top with a side of dipping sauce. The music was very diverse from Chris Brown, Her to club music . Low lighting our waitress was a nice young gentleman who is excellent at multi tasking. He brought the drinks the food and was cleaning tables. They were definitely behind in the kitchen our food took about an hour to come from the kitchen.
google avatar

LaShonda R.

Yelp
Had a 1 pm reservation for outdoor seating, upon arrival we realised the only outdoor seats where non-covered bistro style tables that lined right up against parked cars on Main St. I had a quick chat with the hostess about my concerns and even though they were super busy they managed to find us an indoor seat after an additional wait. We were happy to wait patiently for more comfortable arrangements. This place is very loud. Like so loud you sometimes have to lean in to hear your quest loud but the food , was definitely good. This was my first meal of the day so I was ek hungry I forgot to snap photos (sorry!) I got home fries, bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, toast and 1 pancake. The eggs were nice and fluffy ans the bacon was crisp and delicious. That singular pancake was however the start of the show. Pillowy soft and dusted with powder sugar, given the size one was more than enough. I was excited about the toast but the only jelly/jam they had was extremely liquidity and definitely the least appealing of everything delivered to our table. Our server Carly was a rock star. Kind and efficient, the perfect combination. I had two pineapple mimosas and the bill came to $50. A little steep for brunch but I'm sure I'll be returning to pay it again.

Yelp
3/5 taste 5/5 price 5/5 portion 5/5 service Came here for brunch. While the food tasted kind of like cheap salty bar food, I can't really complain. The portion sizes were huge and the prices felt really good. The service was nice. Overall, meh food but really good value. Would definitely come again for brunch if I'm in the area.
google avatar

Allysa O.

Yelp
I made a reservation for Sunday Brunch. Cons: 1) at the time there was only outdoor seating available online. When I arrived I politely asked the host if there happened to be any openings for indoor seating. He was a bit rude and told me that I booked specifically for outdoors, to which I responded that was the only availability online. I didn't argue, said OK, and he told me to wait a few minutes. When my table was ready, they led me indoors and told me that they were able to get a table inside for me. I was super appreciative until they sat us down at a table right on top of the AC vent - we were all FREEZING cold the whole time. I asked if we could move and they said no, recounting the whole situation earlier with the outdoor seating reservation, etc. I looked outside and there were several tables suitable for my party size. So it seemed almost intentional to keep us in discomfort. 2) the food is horrible. Everything was bland except for the huevos rancheros. TLDR: the service is horrible and the food is bland. Pros: the place looks nice inside & out, that's about it. I saw this place on TikTok advertising an amazing brunch experience with bottomless mimosas-- they do NOT have bottomless. They serve by the glass and pitcher.

Yelp
Spent the day in Manayunk and spotted Somo as we were walking down the street.Initially the hostess told us we have to make a reservation and it could be an hour or so wait and I got a little chummy with the other hostess who somehow made a table magically appear so in terms of hostess support hands-down impressed however our experience goes totally downhill from here. It was a while that we were sitting at our table before we were finally recognized and cold water was brought over and finally our server came to talk to us about the menu and take ourdrink order. I wanted to start off with iced coffee but per the server they were only had it half-and-half, a little odd considering this neighborhood and the type of folks here that they wouldn't have a far ranging options of different milks. but somehow miraculously a very tiny amount of milk appeared on the table to accompany my iced coffee. Better than nothing I suppose. Nexf we placed our order, my wife ordered pancakes and she really would've preferred having the strawberries mixed into the batter but that was something that they apparently would not accommodate so we got it with the strawberries on top and for me I simply ordered their poached egg option off the menu and then we watched the time click by and click by and it took some more to about 40 minutes later our brunch finally arrived. Hence after asking a few times our meal it finally came out. Not like they were crazy super busy there were some empty tables but can't understand why our server wasn't going back and putting a push for it to find out where our food was. Plus with all that weight time server never once came back to offer a refill on the ice coffee and that dropper size amount of milk that they gave me. My wife got to taste hers first and it was to her liking, however as soon as I cut into my poached egg we realized it was not poached any longer, it was basically hard boiled eggs. how do you ruin poached eggs? so I asked to have it returned and try again and then I watch the clock tick again and tick again and tick again and 20 minutes later my breakfast still had not come out so we got up paid for the food that we did it and we left. very sad that this was such a poor experience they were busy look like other people were getting the mail and enjoying their food and their beverages I just don't understand how we became the chosen ones so hence we will not be back again.

Yelp
This was a perfect breakfast wrap. Fluffy eggs, peppers, sausage, with a side of pico. It was exactly what I was looking for, and the heaping serving of home fries was also a plus. My friend and I also decided to split a massive picther of mimosas... and more than enough for two of us. Will definitely be back for brunch again.

Yelp
This restaurant was solid. Apart from indoor seating, there is also outdoor seating and a space in the back for bigger parties. The back area is where I was located. It was a bit dark, which was unfortunate because it was beautiful outside with great sunlight, and it was also extremely hot. Luckily, there weren't too many people in the area, but it could have quickly become overheated if more joined. The portable air conditioner they had wasn't working and the fans did the best that they could. The staff wore masks at all times and our waitress was attentive. The food was very tasty. I had the French toast with fried chicken, which had a nice sauce on top; it made it very flavorful. The syrup added a good sweet touch to it all. For brunch they had a $24 bottomless mimosa, which I thought overall was decent. I would recommend this spot for friend outings or even a nice date, during the day. Main Street is pretty crazy with traffic but there are two parking lots with fair rates for parking. I would just park there and save yourself the headache.

Yelp
I wasn't super impressed with this place. I went during a busy Sunday and the service was terrible and the food was just okay -- definitely not worth the price I paid for. The Lox Bagel came deconstructed and the presentation was just horrible. I also had a pancakes which was pretty good and some home fries. Pretty average place tbh.

Yelp
Went here on a Friday, about noon for brunch. Restaurant is spacious but not huge enough for the brunch crowd we are use to in Philadelphia. They do have a time restriction for brunch, I believe it's 90 minutes. Anywho, it wasn't too crowded when I visited. I ordered the shrimp and grits with that tomato sauce on the side because huh? Lol. Who puts tomato sauce on grits? Also ordered fried eggs, Turkey bacon and a mimosa. The food was surprisingly good. The mimosa was just strong enough. My waitress was very efficient and overall the experience was a good one. I would not want to visit this establishment during the brunch rush but I have plans to return for more food.

Yelp
Let's start off by saying the spice cider bourbon drink is amazing!! Ladies if you want a feel good smoothie drink this is it!! Appetizers- Calamari is a 10 out of 10 Meatballs- 10 out of 10 Hummus- 10 out of 10 Garlic Wings- 5 out of 10 only because it was fried hard. It lacked seasoning and needed to be marinated so the flavor can penetrate the meat. Entrée- Salmon BALT with fries was good. I would recommend the chef to squeeze a little lemon on the salmon next time. It was a little too fishy for me. I would definitely be back to try some other items.

Yelp
Somo was a vibe! I'm giving it a three because the food was just ok and i went for brunch so I expected more! The ambience is good, there is a bar on one side of the restaurant, the music was great, the crowd was nice. Service was ok, our waitress could have been more attentive. Plan to go back to see how dinner service is, but brunch was just okay!!

Yelp
My friends and I came here for brunch on a Sunday morning and had a nice time. We made a reservation ahead of time and got an outdoor heated hut, which was very welcome since the weather was unseasonably chilly. Our server was awesome - so friendly and warm throughout our time at SOMO! I ordered the Caprese Benedict (mozzarella, tomato, basil, poached eggs, and hollandaise). It came with a side of home fries and was delicious! My only complaint is that it's a little more expensive than the brunch prices I'm used to in Philly, so while it probably won't be my go-to when I'm back in town, it was pretty solid.

Yelp
I came here on a Saturday morning for brunch. It was totally worth trekking through the blizzard. Had it not been snowing, we would have sat outside in the cutest little booths! But the inside was just as nice. They have a bottomless mimosas for $26, so really you only need to drink 3 glasses to break even. I think that's a really good price and also our server kept filling up our glasses quickly. Although I will say they have a fully stacked bar so even if the mimosa deal isn't for you, they will be able to make anything. For my main, I had the French toast. Wow it was fantastic!!! Fluffy bread, warm apples, and fresh whipped cream. I ate every last bite. Overall I would love to come back and try dinner!
