Best bar in Columbia. Staff is stellar and friendly and the drinks are delicious. Perfect for a quick beer or an elegant cocktail. Ambiance is warm and cozy — especially during the holidays! I recommend to everyone.

Absolutely amazing bar, highly recommend the black cat martini. Also the owner Gretta was a delight to spend time with. It has a cozy retro vibe that feels natural.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. The service was terrible—if you're not personal friends with the bartender, you won't be acknowledged. Instead of taking orders, the bartender spent most of the time chatting with his friends, making it feel very unwelcoming to newcomers. I wouldn’t recommend coming unless the two ladies are working, as they seem to be the only ones offering good service.

This has to be one of my favorite bars in Columbia! The bartenders are amazing and really take the time to get to know you and your group! They have some of the most unique and delicious cocktails and you can really see that they have taken their time coming up with said cocktails. Would recommend this place for any individual or group because they truly have something for everyone!

Terrible service. My wife stood there and waited without even any acknowledgment in a not very busy bar with two bartenders. After over 5 minutes of standing right next to the bartender while he polished glasses and chatted with other customers we left without any drinks.

Now this is a cocktail bar. They did have a great list of beer, but this was a stunning cocktail bar. They had a great list of drinks with almost all the types of liquor and then a seasonal menu that was out of this world. I ordered the Slayyyyy Ride and was not disappointed. The bartenders are very talented and can make a great drink.

New cocktail place in town is 100% worth checking out. Walking in, you transport to a super hip bar that you'd expect in a big city. The design of the small space is perfectly fitting to its neighboring businesses as well. Its owned by 2 sisters, so happy to support the gals! Service was speedy and friendly. :)

Super cute new bar in town, very trendy and hip. We were excited to see there was a new bar opening up, and we came in for date night on a weekend. The place was pretty busy, the bar seating was full. Bartenders were very friendly. We ordered 2 cocktails off the menu. Spicy margarita cocktail (Hotter in Hell) was the perfect amount of spice, just a bit juice forward and pretty sweet. Don't Be a Prick is a prickly pear inspired drink; the lemon and pear complemented each other well. Solid drink overall. Love the vibes here, and there is a cute seating area in the back which was perfect. Definitely will be back!

This place is total vibes, great spot for chill drinks or to stop in on a walk home. You can never go wrong with their "Black Cat" espresso martini!!

The key to a good upscale neighborhood bar (Greta & Ava's goal) is the vibe. This place kills it. Having visited there a couple times, and being one of the newest places downtown, they are killing it in every respect. Efficient & attentive service, I have yet to see someone standing waiting for their cocktail. The atmosphere is elite. The eclectic cocktail menu is reminiscent of a high end speakeasy. You need to come for the experience and you will definitely be returning. I am pretty sure it will be your new go to spot!

I visited Son of a Gun for the first time last night and I was blown away! The atmosphere reminds me of some of my favorite spots in NYC, and this type of bar experience is exactly what Columbia needed. Not only are the owners STUNNING, they provide immaculate service and excellent cocktails!
