Song Heng - A Solid Vietnamese Spot in Paris
Every time I visit Paris, I make sure to stop by Song Heng. Their pho is simple, comforting, and full of flavor-exactly how it should be. It's not fancy, but that's part of the charm.
The restaurant is small with limited seating, and you might end up sharing a long table with others. The vibe is quick and no-fuss: people come, eat, and go. There's usually a line outside, but it moves fast.
I always go for the petit pho, which is already a big portion for me. I love adding extra meatballs
—it's delicious and still very affordable.
