They need to change headsets or something. The carhop got mad and irate because she could hear over the sound of traffic. I shouldn't have to yell my order.

Im a big fan of the footlong chili dog, I order it without cheese due to physical issues, I emphasized it 3 different times, and the order came out with cheese, it's a simple chili dog, how can you screw that up, I gave it one star because I can't give it 0 stars!

They will see the button go red, awnser it, say hello, speak, then ignore you. Then when you press the button again the same thing. Then when you move to a different stall because you assume the one you had is broken they do the same thing. It wasn't even full. Absolutely terrible service.

Half the screens don't work. The frito wrap had frito so stale it hurt my teeth. 4 dollars for a frito wrap comes out like the Jr even after paying for full size. Then it's so stale wouldn't feed it to a stray dog.

I never got waited on . I ordered a frozen drink waited 15 . Buzzed back in because the car next to me drove up after me , got there food & left waited 5 more minutes then left . A total of 20 minutes I count now as a Blessing because the place wasn't really clean .

Love Happy Hour drinks. Otherwise ill get drinks else where.

The hamburger meat was drenched in grease look like they just threw the patties in oil and burnt them in the grease very unhealthy the worst sonic experience

I went to this sonic, and my corn dog was still frozen in the inside. The manager apologized and gave me a card and said, "Come back w card for a free meal." I came back with a card, and 1st fellow told me to pull up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes, nobody came to the window. Next, I pulled to stall and ordered over bc nobody ever came to the window. That was another 20 minutes only for him to tell me his manager said they don't have a manager by the name on the card. So rather than I just took a lost bc I had already waited 35 minutes for them to tell me I couldn't get my meal, the manager told me to come back for bc of frozen corn dog

I stopped in for a drink and it was perfect. Even the speed of delivery was good. What wasn't good were the strawberries that were dropped down outside of my cup making it sticky and potentially damaging to clothes.

Sonic, America's Drive In?? Nope. I just needed a few ice cream sundaes for an office party and was just told over the speaker at one of the drive in spots "sorry we are doing drive through only right now" OK...? You guessed it, drive though has 8 cars and zero movement. This location was closed for almost a year recently and I'm not even sure why. May be time to shut it down again. Customers matter.

I waited 45 minutes for a singular drink--a peach sweet tea. I will not be returning after this.

Fast food isn't the best around this pet of town. But this sonic is always on point. Food is always fast and fresh. I just had the best patty melt! 5 stars

This is the worst location for good customer service! I went there to pick up a couple of hot dogs. I pulled up to a lane, pushed the button and three different times two employees came on talking over each other so I couldn't hear either one! They didn't take my order either time and like three other cars were waiting. I finally understood them to say the drive thru only is open. So I ordered and asked for a chili coney with onion, no cheese and a regular American hot dog. I got a CHILI CHEESE hot dog. Smh. Glad I checked it. The employees were busy yelling back and forth to one another talking and someone missed the specific instructions. The girl who waited on me acted like she had an attitude about it but she took it back and redid it. This time I got a HOT chili dog with onions instead of lukewarm. I don't think I'll return to this location.

Not only did it take 20 min to get my order ahead food but they gave me fries instead of my mozzarella sticks. 3rd time I've been and I'm never coming back

Terrible customer serevive. I had to wait 15 minute for a drink , just one drink meanwhile they were serving people who came after me. I reminded One of the employee about my drink 10mins after my order but she never got back me me. I had to talk to another employee about my drink and when I got the drink it was very diluted. Would not recommend.

I work out of town and stay close to here a lot. This place is hit and miss. Sweet tea can be wonderful to very tainted tasting from the metallic flavor from tea kettle it sits in. Service is ok at times to pathetic at others. I was told by a young gentleman the other night I couldn't have a breakfast burrito because they weren't serving them at that moment. I was like really - I thought I could order any menu item all day long and get served. Needless to say I drove off without purchasing anything. I'm not a sonic fan anyways, but this place would turn the best sonic fanatic away. I won't be doing any more business here. The food is mediocre and is liable to be messed up once getting your order.

Terrible food, terrible customer service. Second time my order was incorrect & i definitely will not be back for them to get my order wrong a 3rd time. Staff and management at this location is pure GHETTO.

They lied about one of my orders. I asked for a berry slush and they gave me a frozen slush. Food quality is usually pretty bad too

I wish I could have gave them zero stars. The person taking the order over the speaker was extremely rude. I wasn't even done placing my order before she put it and my total popped up. I pressed the call button again and she hung up again before I could finish my order. Worst customer service ever! Both car hops was actually very polite that was the only pleasant thing about this sonic.

The food might be decent but it is a nightmare during happy hour. Sometimes u will be lucky to find a place to park, so you are better off just using the drive through and ordering that way. It should be much faster. I've never seen so many people here until after the flood, but sometimes crowded places mean good business. However I don't like crowds and will just use the drive through. Also around 4pm traffic is a nightmare so you will wait regardless.

Probably the filthiest restrooms ever. My son said the men's was so filthy that he decided to use the ladies restroom -- which was better, but not by much. It makes you wonder what's going on in the kitchen. We won't stop there again. What an embarrasment to the Sonic name!

Worst service ever!!!!! Sat outside for over 30 minutes for 3 Slush. Pressed the button numerous times and they would ignore it. Then I stopped one of the carhops and asked where my drinks were and he asked did I place the order! He went back in to get the drinks and never came back out! I watch him stand at the counter and eat ice. Never going here again!

Waited 40 minutes to get two wacky packs and a junior double cheese burger! Carhop was suppose to have the order remade because it was ice cold, but I got the same stuff back through a different carhop who had a nonchalant attitude. Didn't offer anything for the wait! Definitely will not be coming to this location anymore! Wish I could give a negative star rating!!!

I've worked in the area for over two years now. When I first started working in this area I started coming to this sonic a few times a week for lunch. There was always a friendly lady working the drive thru who wore a bow in her hair. My order was always right and always fast. Since she left I've noticed the service slipping and my order has not been right once since. My order is always the same... single burger with everything on it, tater tots and the largest diet Dr Pepper I can get. Pretty simple... again today it was wrong... pulled to the window and the guy hands me a small soft drink... I handed it back and said I wanted the largest soda like I ordered... I did get a large cup but it was packed to the top with ice and very little soda in it and they gave me a double burger instead of the single I wanted. Over the last couple of months I've only been coming here about once a week because I get frustrated with having it wrong all the time. So, today will be my last time dining here. I will spend my money where at least my orders will be filled correctly.

Never cared for the drive in thing, I hate eating in my car so I walked up. Weird ordering at a board with a speaker when I can see the girl taking my order just inside the glass. Pretty easy tho. And do you tip the person that brings out your meal? Food was fine, Chicago dog was good, pickle spear and relish a little off but pretty legit. Spicy chicken strips were decent. I'd do it again
