Sonic Drive-In

Placed my order 15 minutes later. Food came out hot and smelling delicious. The kids enjoyed their meals, they devoured them, and so did we,lol. The staff was kind and cheerful and compliments to the chef! Best burger I've had in a long time.

Wow what is wrong with fast food these days?? Spend $40.00 on this slop?? Really want to go throw this trash in there faces.. half of a large onion ring was supposed to be a large..They was not cooked fully. And was in pieces.. Got a large order of cheese sticks and got 1 thing of sauce. Got a slushy and the lid was not on all the way and got red slushy all over my dam car:. Every time we get fast food no matter where we go anymore is trash.. Just was in a hurry figured they could get it rite made the order simple.. Double burger ketchup only nope had everything on it.. We spent a lot of money and it was horrible.. Guess I will eat another time..

This place is trash. Take this warning how you see fit, but the reviews speak. 1. They constantly decline doordash orders, but leave it available to display they're accepting orders on doordash. 2. Food is ALWAYS cold, or just made like crap, constantly getting orders wrong. 3. Staff is VERY rude, when attempting to get an order fixed they acted like it was the end of the world, then they stated "we're understaffed so thats why your order was wrong and cold" (If you're understaffed then close the building down until you have staff, this isn't my fault your business is failing, so don't take it out on my food, or me because you're understaffed.) 4. This place is an all around joke, workers do whatever they please, the owner doesn't care, it always comes back to "we're understaffed", which make it out to be the publics fault for wanting to get food at this location, what a joke, honestly.

As of today you think the workers would stop being lazy,, they shouldnt be outside smoking at the tables while on break,, and they need to stop parking in the customers parking spot,, they do not make it easy for us to come to the walk ups,, those are our spots.., they are very lazy and slow Sept 24th 2024,,The 2 working tonight needcto stop the kiss kissy stuff and need to focus on their job not each other. I was there between 9:30:andv9:45, they already had the outdoor lanes shut down . They only had drive through going. This is September 11th.. those pictures are from Sept 24th all workers vehicles parking in customers parking... and the smoker at the front table..

Was at the order kiosk and pressed the button to order. Was told they were only doing drive through at that time. This was between 8 and 8:30. What made this even more frustrating is the vehicle RIGHT beside us had just placed an order!

I normally don’t write reviews because everyone has bad days but this service was particularly terrible. First the lady taking our order told us it was card only and when we finished ordering we had no reply. We waited for about a minute and then she yelled into the intercom and repeated one item. After a minute or two of trying to get our order through we pulled into the window. There were three girls standing on their phones and talking. One girl came to take our money with her hood up and began shouting at the other girls. In simple terms, this experience was not normal, very unpleasant, and extremely unprofessional.

Food orders are constantly incorrect. They are always out of something. Fryers are down. Grill is down. Asking for a drink carrier is met with a nasty attitude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Don’t order unless you have 45 minutes to wait FOR 2 MILKSHAKES. Employees refuse to bring items to the stalls and tell you that you have to go through the drive thru then make you sit there for half an hour before even saying anything. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid online I would have just left. Nothing here is worth the price or the time it takes to get.

Hit up sonic in Circleville today and I realize that I've caught myself coming here more and more often these guys do a solid job every time they or quick the food is put together in a way where you can tell that they're paying attention to detail. And they're all very friendly one of the better spots, quality and pricewise down here in roundtown

Tried to go to Sonic around 9:45 ish pulled into the drive through went to ordered and we're told we can't get what we wanted because they had started cleaning the grill with an hour and 15 minutes left I feel you should still be able to cook half your menu just wanted a cheese burger

Decent but salty, nothing special. There is a "progress" graphic on the screen after you order, showing "in progress," "on the way," etc. However, it disappeared about 5 minutes before we got our order, so we didn't really have a clue when the food was coming. Overall, ordering was easy, and the employees we interacted with were friendly and efficient. The drive-in is well lit and well spaced.

this is one of the worst sonics. i have visited this sonic on two separate occasions as it is the Closet sonic to where I live. I live 30 minutes from this lovation. I pulled up to the drive through to order in the first occasion to order, and the employee working to me the kitchen was closed Because of how backed up the kitchen was. No one was at the sonic. Also you are fast food!!!! How can you be backed up!!!!!! on the second occasion i pulled up the drive thru again to order at 10 pm (They close at 11) and the worker told me they had shut down the girl already so most food could not be ordered.

I like Sonic food when they can get it right but this place only gets it right maybe a fourth of the time! Today I went and ordered two Junior Sonic deluxe with no cheese an order of the fries and an order of onion rings with two milkshakes the junior Sonic deluxe without cheese was incorrect they did not have the right sandwich and then the shakes were not mixed up all the way we were just nasty the onion rings had a cake batter taste to them and I don't know about the fries my wife was eating them but it's just disgusting if you're going to go to Sonic I would recommend anywhere except Circleville! Very very disappointed

Literally the worst sonic I've ever been to. We've tried to stop by several times, waiting at the drive through for 20-25 min just for body to address were there. Upon pulling up to the window, there's been employees at the window him stare at you like you're an alien! Will never return! If I could've, I would've given it 0 stars.

This was my first time visiting a Sonic and over 5 days I went thru the drive thru 5 times! Really liked their new Grilled cheese burger! Can't believe that it came with tater tots and a drink for just $6! Everything was hot and tasty and they packed me off with napkins and ketchup without asking. The gal working the drive thru was happy and chatty. The line moved fast, too. I was behind 3 cars (at most) and it took under 5 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was the peanut butter shake. I let it sit out overnight and the blob was still there, unmelted. Kinda made me wonder what it was made from as it def wasn't ice cream!

Haven't got my food yet but they get one star. One other car here, and I had time to learn a new language waiting on my food. sehr langsam komme nicht

The greasy food is always great if that's your thing and be sure to bring cash because they can't process credit cards and their order ahead mobile app doesn't work so you can't earn or use any rewards. You might as well go to McDonalds and save yourself the frustration.

A comfortable clean environment to have an American all time favorite hotdog. The employees are very nice and the service was fast!

I've only ordered delivery from them twice through doordash so I haven't seen their drive in service. Though both times I have ordered food from them, they have screwed up the food both times. Both times I order hotdogs with no mustard or relish (sorry I just can't stand the taste of mustard) and adding mayo and bacon. Both times the hotdogs come with ketchup, mustard, relish and bacon. I wouldn't mind just scraping it off if they didn't smear mustard all over the buns for it to soak into. I ordered both times later at night away from the busy times so I don't expect them to be rushing. I just wish they could slow down and take their time with their work.

To be honest we only go here for their milkshakes and ice cream so we really can't review their food. We have always had good service here and the staff is mainly young kids but they have always taken good care of us. Their shakes and ice cream items are always good. They run 1/2 price happy hour specials a lot of the time that makes their items cheap.

They gave me the gay There also happened to be a worm in my food (my milkshake) and they made my salad out of grass

I am giving one star because we sat for 10 minutes after pushing the red button and no one came to take our order. A waitress walked out to deliver food to 2 separate customers and looked at us, but walked back into the building. Yes, they had a full and busy drive thru, but that's not an excuse to ignore a customer.

This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been through. It's constantly terrible service and it carries over to the product. Typically every item I order on the menu is out and below average. I will not be back.

I have only tried the milkshakes. I do not know if all locations participate, but my local Sonic offers half-price happy hour on milkshakes after 8pm. The milkshakes are good and they have a great selection of flavors. Strawberry and cookie dough are two flavors I have tried so far and both have been to my satisfaction.

If you would like to get your food that you ordered, don't go to Sonic in Circleville! I ordered my food thinking okay this is going good. Then I waited and waited for it to come out and 20 minutes has gone by and still no food. I called them back on the intercom and they forgot my order. So I decided to leave! I will not be going back to this location!

The only thing I will get here are there smoothies, they have pretty amazing smoothies I will give them that. I had been to a few Sonics before this one all with the normal fast food quality. But When I went here I ordered Cheesy tots and a coney the coney was good I like there sauce. The cheesy tots on the other hand where awful, They where cold and the cheese was hard. I laterally could hold the tots upside down and non of them moved. Needless to say if I ever find myself in a sonic again the only thing I will be ordering is a Smoothie!

If something don't change soon, I don't see this place staying open much longer. So much disappoint and to frustrate to even list all the issues. Needs new management quick!

Classic American fare. My favorite is the chicken club toaster but the new hot dogs are amazing. I like the New York dog with kraut and onions with spicy brown mustard.

I love their pretzal dogs with hash browns. Mozzarella cheese sticks are good as well. It is fun to sit outside, but I wish there we're more flowers and plants nearby. Wide variety of drink options available!

Service was quick and all of our shakes were delicious. We almost missed the turn to the restaurant though so maybe some better signage about how to actually get to the restaurant.

Always a fun place to eat with the family at a good price. Love the chili cheese tots
