I have to ask for light ice because they usually put too much ice in a normal drink but light ice doesn’t even work. Because light ice still gives you just as much as normal ice , which is too much! Lol. This is a pic of a light ice drink it’s 3/4 of the way full ):

The staff here was amazing and really patient with me after a long day. They made sure I had the right order and just were super friendly! The food was also great with perfectly crispy tater tots!

This place has been ran to the ground. I'm a Dasher, went to get an order, pickup was at 8:26pm. Arrived there at 8:24pm. Drive thru had at least 4 cars ahead of me. Seeing bags from the car ahead of me being sent back at least twice. A lady from a couple of cars back had to walk up to get her drink so she could leave. Cashier caught attitude with that lady, and when arriving at the window, girl. asked what I ordered. Told her door dash customer name, she slams window, "any drinks?", tell her no, slams window, grabs food, hands to me, slams window. I finally get to leave at 8:48pm. Never had such horrible service in my life!!

The 2-4 happy hour is my favorite. You can get 2 large slushies for the price of one. The food is always fresh no matter what time of day. The staff is efficient and courteous all the time.

As of late I have been stopping in to get Route 44 flavored water. I order with extra lemons and only get (2). At other Sonics I am given 4-5 lemon wedges. After paying $1.20 for extra lemons I would expect to get more than 2 wedges. I'm thinking to take my business to the other Sonics and by pass this one from now on.

Burger was not good and looked like it was smashed and old. Bread soggy and beef patty smelled bad like old meat cracked and dry. Definitely not fresh.

if I could give a half star I would. I order online and got here 2 minutes later, all I ordered was two hot fudge sundaes, it was not properly served all the fudge was on the very bottom and when I got to it it was chewy to the point that I couldn't swallow it. I worked at sonic over a year and a half ago and it's all down hill from there. do better

Tell me why I ordered a medium mozzarella stick and not a SINGLE STICK had cheese in it. They were all empty. I was the only person there and it took 15 minutes for a f***ing order of empty mozzarella sticks.

Burrito we ordered had very little meat and egg, was warm but not worth the money. I had a supreme burrito and it lacked meat and cheese, said no onion and had onion!! Go somewhere else if you have options

I would give them 0 stars if I could lost a customer today. This sonic needs some training got my breakfast there in the way to work orders a 5 Piece cinnasnack and a orange juice. Simple order Got only 3 pieces and the cinnasnacks weren't even cooked fully which makes me question if they fully cook any of their food I wasted money and didn't even get breakfast. Service was also super slow for such a small order.

Full disclosure, I just drove through at 3pm on a Friday for a small Reese's flurry. No line, intercom worked fine, got what I wanted at a decent price. No complicated order and not during rush hour. It's not the best/ easiest place to get in and out of but the flurry was good!

Terrible service!! Ordered a milkshake and some tots. The milkshake was melted and the tots were somehow warm but were also very salty. It took about 30 minutes just to get the food.And guess what no refund!! So mad!!

ZERO STARS!!!! Placed a pickup order for 7:40pm, didn't receive my order until 8:20pm. Had to ask where it was after waiting for 20 mins and was told it was "on the way out" and continued to wait for another 20 mins. Only ordered 3 shakes and a large fry. Lady came out with just the fries and asked what else was ordered after I was waiting for 30 mins already. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I give this store no stars . I gave them a chance after not going their for a year. Nothing changed in fact worse. I ordered a Double CB toys Route 44 Root Beer and a child meal . I got home it was a corn dog instead of chicken strips cold my burger was old hard cold tots were cold I specifically as for fresh food told tj I didn't mind the wait well as I tried to call the store several times that evening and next day they never answered phone!!!! It only about 6 tenth of a miles tje burger the meat was so old and hard land cold tots were cold my dogs wouldn't even eat the meat that's how bad it was put the burger together like just thrown together bun was hard !I paid for a lg Oreos shake got home was strawberry o spent 22.86! There and the only correct was the Root beer!!! I warn anyone who chose to try it it's a 2 min trip home so my food should have fresh and hot as I ordered informed them I was willing to wait .not worth it waste of money and nasty when you confront them Ask for coroner tells me to look it up. They R nasty food nasty and expensive for what they give as what they call food and in allergic to strawberry needless to say no more chances for anything attitude and food R the worst they wouldn't get a star but only way to get it posted

If I could give this place zero stars I would the customer service here sucks! And the food is terrible I tried giving this place one more try but should of known better ordered a footling philly dog only to have half the bread gone like some one took a bite out of it and the employee I spoke to just said the bread was torn off i paid for a foot long not a 6 inch they didn't even offer to replace it but when asking for my money back the employee whispered oh my god under her breath PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC!!!!! I have had friends complain of the same issues save your money!

I go to sonic often, I just usually go to the one closer to my house and never have issues. I stopped at this one on my way back and it was absolutely terrible service. Not only did I wait almost 20 minutes at the stall just for somebody to take my order but I never actually got my order taken. After almost 25 minutes I tried to flag someone down and was completely ignored. At that point I just decided to leave. There were other people installs next to me complaining about how long they had been waiting as well. And it was not very busy. It seems the employees had something better to do than take orders and bring the food out. Terrible service, I did not even get food. I just left. I will not return to this sonic.

Had to get a quick bite for dinner as me and the wife were running late. We both ordered the new summer chicken blt kids got a foot long and a cheeseburger. W Waldo ordered 2 med fries large tots and large onion rings. First off the chicken blt's had no bacon and they forgot not one but both orders of fries. The burger was fine, the footlong was fine but the chicken in the chicken (no B)LT was nothing but breading. I've had more chicken on a chicken nugget.

Zero stars just sat at stall 33 for 15 minutes just to roll around to the drive thru. To get shitty service and watch all the teens on shifts friends get service in the stalls. Just drive to the one on Wilma, or off 24 on Ft. Camp Blvd, it'll be worth it. Never fails they get your order wrong, or they always don't have something in stock. Frankly the times I've given this place multiple chances and everything other people have told me. They just need to shut this Sonic down.

I got there once or twice a month, mostly due to morbid curiosity. In almost 8 years, they have yet to get a single order correct on the first time. This place has become a running joke in my family. If they ever do get an order right, I'm buying a powerball ticket. It's sort of like Christmas morning. You open up the bag, and see what suprise you got. Usually it's soggy, and cold. But they are fast, so they get a star for that. And also because yelp won't let me give out zero stars.

Don't walk run pass this place. Don't drive in drive pass. This is the worst. On my first visit cold food wrong order. Second visit wrong food again. They just can't get it right . Saved the time and money and drive to exit four for the better sonic!!

I go to sonic and buy two combos and an extra tater tot and drink. I get home and notice I'm missing the tots from the combos. I also tried to call the location a few times with no answer to let them know I didn't receive all my food. Very disappointing you pay for items and don't get them and when trying to rectify the situation, nobody picks up the phones

Waited 20+ minutes for 2 shakes. When I pressed the button again to see what the hold up was, the girl told me someone had accidentally marked us as a drive-thru instead of being parked out here. They thought we drove away. Instead of giving us a discount they said they would make our order "a priority" and 10 minutes later we got our shakes. Would never return to this location

3 stars because it's sonic & in no way can employees in fast food help that. 5 stars to the staff however. I meant to post this yesterday, when we ate there, but we are in town for girls basketball AAU nationals, so we were having a hectic day (thus fast food). The gentleman on the speaker, taking the order, was by far the funniest, most entertaining person to ever take my order via microphone. Sharp & witty, had the entire car laughing. The lady who brought our food, very accommodating, she even came back around to all the cars, checking to see if anyone needed condiments, napkins, etc. Had to give kudos, all the food was correct too, hate to admit that sometimes we have complicated orders. Basically, you know what kind of food to expect because it's a chain, but maybe you will get the same service as me.

We stopped here in the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon around 1:30pm. The wait was kind of slow, but they were rather busy. We ordered two limeades. We got to the window and the card reader below the pick up window didn't work. The drinks had sticky liquid on both of them. The girl handing them seemed to know they were sticky & wet as she was careful to not touch it. No napkins, we had to ask for straws. Maybe she was flustered.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. This place is absolutely ridiculous. My husband and I drove through late Thursday evening, we get home to realize that the chicken sandwich I ordered was hard and not really edible, and his fries were stale. We call, but it was too late to come all the way back and switch out our meal, so the manager on duty said for us to come and replace our meal whenever we would like. We come to do that, and they have fought tooth and nail over replacing our meals, they only wanted to replace the chicken sandwich meal. Spoke to the GM and he said that he can only trust the word of someone he knows- so basically, you as a customer do not matter, nor does your opinion or take on a matter that YOU experienced first hand. I mean, GOOD GRIEF, please act like the replacement for this food is coming out of your pocket. HAHA, absolutely poor service. We will NOT be back. And I hope someone higher than whoever the heck we dealt with reads this, and deals with your staff on how they treat your customers who keep this place rolling for you. Edit: offered feedback on the offensive way the GM spoke to us, he popped his hands on our car and advised us "well, ya got a refund.. have a good day".. haha it's AWFUL the GM of a restaurant can't even take constructive criticism.

Well well, it's been a while since I reviewed this place and man, it hadn't changed. Which is not good because with or without the current world situation...it still hasn't learned. I came here a couple of weeks ago, there weren't many cars present, so I was a bit excited to get my order going. I sat and decided what I wanted before pushing the red light up order button, then "push"...nothing happened. Waited a minute, then pressed the red order button again, this time it lit up and the screen reconfirmed that it was pressed and so I waited. 5-10 minutes later, nothing yet. Then, a car on my left pulls up presses their red order button and guess what???? Someone answered and took their order right away! What!?! So, I calmly sat there for another 5 minutes, before I decided to leave. No, I'm not being irrational during uncertain times either, this is the same stuff this location did before the pandemic. So, what does that tell you....

Awful experience. Something is always wrong with their ice cream machine the employees are rude and the last two times I've went they've only been accepting cards as payment not cash for some reason which was an inconvenience for me as I had just got off work and only had cash on hand and all I wanted was a pretzel. I will be avoiding this sonic from now on even if I have to drive across town to go to one.

There is a lot of Sonics in Clarksville, and this is one of them. This one tends to excel more at quality and less at customer service. THE GOOD: -Food quality is overall decent for a Sonic. Never has any issues with anything being Soggy. Shake quality has also been consistent. -Fairly fast compared to other Sonics. THE BAD: -Way too many annoying kids gather around there and act obnoxious. Several times I have driven there and there will be several teens out of their cars and just running all over the place like they own it. Usually happens more at night, but sometimes during the day. -Staff can be a little incompetent. Ordered something through the drive thru and the casheer just handed me the bag without running it, and then took a extra 5 minutes just to do everything despite my food being ready. She had time to chat with her co-worker though! (sigh...) -Do you guys even answer the buzzer? There was one time I went and tried two different menu areas and no one responded. Had to go to the one across town just to eat. I really, REALLY wanted to give this Sonic a better rating considering it was far better then the one off of Wilma Rudolph, but just the attitude of the staff recently and the obnoxious people that go there really brought it down. Go to the Oak Grove one.

Visited this location for 1/2 price drink happy hour. Took my order to go and, down the road, found my drink to be all carbonation. Yuck. Called back to let them know and they told me I could with come back and they would fix it or I could get a free drink on my next visit. Wasn't an ideal situation (could happen anywhere), but I definitely appreciated the attempt to make it right.
