went this morning to grab a quick bite I only go when there are certain people working, but today my grandma wanted some breakfast. I called up to sonic to ask what they served for breakfast before heading that way there was no answer, so I drove up there. The manager Penelope was very rude and unprofessional he was short with answers and rushed me to hurry up and order, not to mention it wasn't even busy, so they just ignored my call, there was no yes ma'am or yes sir, no thank you after my order. I'm not sure if Penelope is great for management the person is rude and has no compassion, hr is rude to everyone including employees the only person he was nice to was a girl employee strutting around! I think I'll stick to my usual time going in when those people are not there. And the owner needs to find better people to manage that restaurant
