Letty was very awesome. I came with my son to purchase his first car. She helped us every step of the way! She let him see every car he asked about and gave every detail about each one from mileage to crash reports even though he had several options. We really appreciate your down to earth personality and top notch service Letty! Thanks again for all your knowledge that helped him make this decision to his first big purchase!

Kayla went above and beyond to secure lettuce and tomatoes when I couldn’t select it as an add on for my philly cheese steak! She went above and beyond to make my meal extra delightful, would definitely recommend her service!

This was my first experience eating Sonic. According to social media, Sept 18th is national burger day so we thought to give a Sonic a try to celebrate the occasion. For national burger day, Sonic was running a $2 burger promotion so we took the incentive to give the food a try. I used the app to order, consisting of the promotional $2 burger, mozzarella sticks, and the south west queso chicken wrap. The app also offered a free small fries, on which I capitalized. The app worked flawlessly and was very user friendly. Do note that I ordered take out but I live in close proximity so the time between pick up and eating wasn't far apart. Honestly, I was not impressed by the food. The burger was rather dry with a slightly, off-putting flavor, the condiments and pickles were helpful in making it palatable. The mozzarella sticks were mediocre in my opinion but my wife said she enjoyed them. We weren't given a marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks so I can't tell you how it was. The chicken wrap was just okay also, the wrap is dry because the corn chips don't improve the already semi dry chicken tender and there's not enough queso to improve the level of moisture. The fries were as dry as chips so they were underwhelming. I assume if you get the loaded fries then that should make them better. I'm in no rush to return.

I had an outstanding experience at this Sonic Drive-In! From the moment I pulled in, the service was incredibly fast and efficient — my order was taken right away, and the food came out quicker than I expected. The carhop was super friendly, professional, and made sure everything was correct. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted excellent — you can tell they take pride in quality here. The restaurant itself was very clean, from the parking lot to the stalls, which made the visit even better. Overall, this Sonic goes above and beyond with its speed, service, food quality, and cleanliness. Easily one of the best drive-in experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family!

Horrible horrible service!! Waited to order in the drive thru for over 15 minutes and when I said "Hello" again after the 15 minutes, the girl was beyond rude yelling at me to wait a minute! Then after a couple more minutes she took my order. The car in front of me was sitting at the window the whole time waiting on her food. I pulled up waited a few minutes and had to leave. They took up my whole lunch break. Very rude staff!

Food and service was average for a fast food place. Only important thing I'll mention is that the person with the headset on who took my order forgot to turn it off, and so I ended up hearing some odd things from the employees talking. One of them said something about taking customer cups and putting them in sanitizer water if it gets dropped on the floor and just reusing them. Personally, I wouldn't want a cup thats been on the floor, no matter what kind of sanitizer it's been dunked it.

We been coming here since opening but today we got something else than expected . Order was correct as usual but soggy from grease to the max every item but the corn dog. To the point that a complete order and a half was not eaten by anyone. All of our friend soaked in oil , see the brown bag picture speaks for itself. If your bag ever looks like this, return ur order without even looking in the bag. 100% soaked in oil . Don’t forget the fried got a cup also to trap the excess oil except if you have too much of that like we did. If you look it pix #2, clearly visible how is the bun soaked up all the grease from the meat, its just totally disgusting. After this meal we prolly won’t be back for a long while. Once you lose taste for something due to quality issues, takes relatively long time to recover from its memory. If I would eat that nasty meal as is, I prolly would end up feeling bad enough to never return again. Well people’s, today’s meal was Suck and left us hungry. Good luck for a better experience!

I’ve been excited about this place opening in Leesburg for quite some time. It’s been forever since I’ve been to a sonic, so I was really looking forward to this place coming in. Assuming things continue to progress there’s plenty to be excited about, but be aware that they are still working out some growing pains right now. To be fair, I’m not sure exactly where they would open when they aren’t fully ready but maybe it’s to dip their toes in the water. The food is really good for fast food. The burger here is much better than you would find at a typical fast food joint like McDonald’s or Wendy’s. The tater tots were just sort of meh, and so were the jalapeño poppers. But again, the burger was really good. The car hop who brought my food out was very friendly, and I’m sure she brought the food out as soon as it was ready but it did take what I would consider to be an excessive amount of time. Maybe 10 minutes or so from the time I ordered. The person taking the order through the microphone was also very friendly, and let me know that I could insert my credit card into the window for payment. Of course that didn’t work so it required more time for me to sort out how to pay for the food once I got to my car. At this point, only about half of the drive up locations are working, and the traffic pattern is kind of weird so just be aware of that until they get all of those kinks worked out it’s kind of a challenge. I’ll definitely go back, and will update the review once they get there see legs about them and start operating normally.

Burgers are good! If you download the app they always have great affordable deals. Service is quick and friendly. They have outdoor seating which is fun and welcoming. Try the Sonic blast! And must get a slushie!

If you believe in a welcoming inclusive culture in the fast food industry where all employees feel safe and thrive then AVOID THIS SONIC LOCATION!! They're nothing but a bunch of transphobic losers who made my transitioning daughter's short time as an employee there a miserable experience. They openly whispered derogatory things about her and laughed right in front of her, served her burnt up fries and chicken tenders with A BITE TAKEN OUT when she tried to order food on her break, refused to give her any training or talk directly to her after her first night of employment, then had THE NERVE to let her go because her "training was not coming along as they'd hoped". SERIOUSLY?? Every single employee she worked with, INCLUDING the managers, tried to make her feel like an outcast freak to the point she left in tears before her shift ended on her last scheduled night of employment a short two weeks after starting there. If you're reading this and your child works at Sonic Drive-In you should have a SERIOUS TALK with your kid about their hateful behavior, and if you're one of the adults she worked with then shame on you because you should know better! This type of passive aggressive bullying behavior is NEVER OKAY. I expected much better of a major corporation that claims to promote a diverse and inclusive culture, and I WILL NEVER eat at this disgusting Sonic location ever again.

Ordered 2 chili dogs they brought them out inside the bag upside down so all the toppings slid out of the sleeve. When I sent them back they were clueless. How do you serve a chili hotdog so that when you pull the hotdog out of the sleeve it's all stuck to the plastic. Totally disgusting so I threw them out.

Went there and tried a few of their stuff. To be honest their good is pretty mid but the drinks are great! You can get half price on the app for happy hour anytime and i usually get a cherry limes add with nerds. They forgot the nerds but came out quickly to fix it so their service was good! They were trying hard. Hanging out here for a bit wasn't bad at all! It's around a pretty quiet place!

They are giving the false timing for pick up employees are very rude İt is very very slow expect to wait for than 20 mins for pick up

Slowest drive through line in the entire county! Took 20 minutes in the drive through on Saturday. This is not fast food. This is very slow food.

I didn't get my food. the service was terrible. they gave it to the wrong people vibes were off.

I'll start off that I love sonic drinks; however, this sonic is always a nightmare! Last week I had to take my drink up to the door to have it topped off, because it was only filled to about three inches from the top... when I order a route 44 I'd like to have 44 ounces, not 37. This morning I was passing Leesburg and thought that a dirty Dr Pepper sounded good. The app says that the store opens at 7:00am, it was 7:18. I ordered my drink, pulled in the parking lot at 7:22, and waited til 7:54 for a fountain drink!! I was the only person in the parking lot until about 7:50. The girl brought my drink out when she brought the other persons food out, who got there nearly 30 minutes after I did. Unfortunately the only other sonics in the area are 45 minutes away, because this one is poorly ran!!!

I went here opening week and it was definitely busy. Did they do a perfect job? No, but they really tried. It did take me almost 30 mins thru the drive thru to be able to order and get my food. I would definitely go back in a few weeks when the new kid on the block wears off. It will be nice to have a place to get a nice slushy or an order of tater tots.

The only good thing was the food came quickly. I ordered on the app, and arrived within a couple of minutes. The pretzel with cheese I ordered tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for most of the day. The kids burger and fries were both cold and flavorless. Some people rave about Sonic, no idea why. Never going back.

Failed to get order correct and intentionally put lettuce and onion when specifically asked not to have it but took out what we asked to be in it. Burger tasted like it was wiped in a grease trap. Failed secret shopper.

I waited to come after they first opened but when I went around lunchtime still busy. The food is ok, I generally come more for the limeades and shakes. I ordered ahead on the app thinking that might get me in and out quickly. But...this location is a bit different. So firstly depending on which direction you're coming from you might have to make a u-turn, but that's more of a street design issue. I get there the drive thru line is long and there aren't as many bays for you to park and order as compared to other locations I've been to. I waited in the drive thru line for a while until a space at the bay was open and I could notify on the app that I'm here! I do which there were more bays to park and order and it seemed like even if you were in the outside seating area there still isn't much parking. Hence it only gets 3 stars.

Came here Monday the 14th around lunch time. Apparently it wasn't supposed to be the grand opening?? It was supposed to be a "soft opening" for friends and family??? But, an article said the grand opening was the 14th. I'm guessing they didn't want to turn anyone away so they were able to serve anyone!! They had the walk up outside open and there was a line. Drive through was closed. Waited in the walk up line for 20-30 minutes. My food came out in 5 minutes after I ordered. Tater tots were hot and fresh, and cherry limeaide was refreshing. I also visited Thursday the 17th at around 1pm. Drive through was the only thing opened and the outside walk up was tapped off. Drive through took about 20 minutes. Food also came out quick again!! Hot and fresh. This place is busy busy busy but to be expected since it's the only location in the county and it's new!! Will be continuing to come back !! 5/5 :)

Terrible opening for this location! Drive-thru is always closed. Seats are taped off. Never any open stalls and the service is incredibly SLOW!! Pushed the button and I've been waiting like 15 min with no response! Everyone was excited about the opening and they haven't been able to deliver! Don't waste your time.

Steak and cheese not good. Kids liked the corn dog kids meal. My onion rings tasted like the corn dog. Oreo shake wasn't good but strawberry was delicious. Service was Great. Could have spent half and better food at Dairy Queen.

I walked to Sonic from my house with my baby this weekend (in the 90 degree heat) and was turned away because I wasn't in a car. I was told that I could use the app or walk into a car stall (which were all full). I told the employee that I tried to order on the app but this location wasn't yet added. He confirmed that this was true, as if he knew this when he told me to use it. I would avoid visiting this location until they are fully open.

Fast food always gets a bum deal but we were all pleasantly surprised at the efficient, and quick service we received today. We ordered four meals, two without buns and other alterations. Plus three ice Cream. The order was taken correctly and quickly and our food arrived at our car in 6 minutes! We're grateful for the service by the Sonic staff at this new location.

I just went to the new Sonic in Leesburg and they gave me the wrong order I don't think I l'll be going back there again, not for a while.

The food was fresh and fries straight out the fryer! They have the best hotdogs in town. The service was quick for how complicated and big our order was. Everything came out accurately as ordered. At night when we went, the building was lit up with lights everywhere. Can't wait to use the patio in the the summer. The best kept secret on their menu maybe their ice cream. Plenty of candy and light making it the perfect dessert after your meal. It's also cheaper than every other ice cream place in Leesburg and they even have a drive thru.

The food was delightful! Service was amazing. Only issue i had was my child received this toy in his kids meal, which was used to shoot at me in the face while we were driving home, which caused me to get into a head-on collision with another car. But besides that, awesome meal! Loved it!!

Love sonic, great restaurant, great food. Only 1 complaint. Where the hell are the roller skates. Are the kiddos that work there too good to be riding around to bring me the blissful joy i get from going in to the order panel and seeing my food roll out to me like an angel from heaven? God please bring back the skates, im on my knees sonic please.

Happy that we finally have a Sonic Drive-In open for business in Leesburg. (And it's the only one in Northern Virginia!!) It's a super busy place - obviously folks in area are glad too. My order: a diet Cherry Limeade and the #1 Meal w/tots was fresh and hot as expected. Delivered to my car with a friendly "thank you" and a big smile. I now have another reason to drive up to Leesburg

The service was outstanding. It was apparent they were working their tails off to provide the best possible service. The food was delicious! Hot and fresh. And we received it very quickly. Everything was correct.
