This place is not that great nor does it hold up the yhe sonic I know. They are ouy of chicken, they are out of other food. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned in a month. They only give you 3 napkins for a 5 person order and the food is like warm. The outdoor seating ia gross and needs cleaned.

Ice cream machine was down, fine, but then was refused a refund for my Oreo Blast or Milkshake. The customer service line would only offer a $5 gift card and free cheeseburger which totals less value than the items I did not receive. I was forced to go through my bank to get my money back. Sonic is simply not worth this amount of hassle, would not recommend this location at minimum.

This Sonic location Bellevue, Nashville, TN always has some complications, whether it’s the workers or the food. Today, I ordered a mastershake strawberry cheesecake and a mastershake chocolate oreo. Apparently, they were out of the chocolate Oreo so I ordered two mastershake strawberry cheesecake. In the first, picture you see my girlfriend’s on the right and mine on the left. Do you see the obvious difference!??! I even felt that the cups each weighed differently. So I ask the server if she could replace it stating that there was a discrepancy in the presentation. I thought that they would make me a new shake but no, instead they filled the rest of cup with whipped cream and added two cheeries on top, as can be seen in the second picture. What a waste of human service! Now, why would you even bring that out of the kitchen, that’s a mess. I feel that this location hire some of slowest teenagers in the city.

I rarely leave reviews but this one warrants a terrible one. Unbelievable how poorly this Sonic is run. Multiple visits without someone answering when I press the red button to order. This time someone answered and said it’d be a 10-15 minute wait and proceeded to hang up without letting me speak (I had a mobile order and was just pressing the button to let them know I was there). The time before, the server told me she didn’t answer because it was too close to closing time (it was 45 minutes before close). I have truly never been to any fast food restaurant with poorer service and ruder staffing. This isn’t even considering the multiple visits where this location has messed up my order. Every time I come to this location I am more frustrated than the last.

The attendant cut us off without our order being complete. I was worried to push the red button to complete our order, but I did. Sonic has the best drinks , right? & we came specifically for the drinks. WRONG, not here. We ordered a blue raspberry slush with nerds & got ice, no flavoring & nerds. Asked for a replacement & got ocean water & nerds. I can not recommend this place and is not the caliber of store to be in Bellevue. Wont return to this location. 2/8/25 1pm-130pm<- yes 30 minutes at a quick serve.

Not one to post reviews usually but wow. Tried to order and was told they are only doing mobile orders. Cool. Placed a mobile order. Waited like 15min and the app said completed and it never showed up so I hit the button to ask about it. Guy couldn’t hear me AT ALL but I could hear Rhianna playing in the back ground so I guess that’s cool right? Order finally comes out by someone who seemed like she hates being there but whatever it’s a job I guess. Who is running this place?

I placed an online order. When I arrived the person came out. Handed me a receipt and told me. They were out of the items I had ordered. But I was being charged for the complete order. I would have to contact customer support if I wanted a refund. I asked for a manager. When she came she was rude with a nasty attitude. BAD BUSINESS.

I have gave this location one too many chances. i press the button to order and am hit immediately with attitude. i asked for extra cheese on my burger and at the end i noticed it was not on there, so i asked them for it again. they then hung up the call. I was going to tip $1 as I have a hard time not tipping at all, but the screen wasn't working. the carhop let me know most of the stalls screens are not working properly. After all this, they got my order wrong as well. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

Sadly, I was really disappointed in the Patty Melt I received today. The cheese wasn't melted. The bread was semi burnt, the burger it self was luke warm and didn't justify the wait. My cranberry slush tasted watered down. The only pro was the carhop. He was extremely nice and personable. I'm not sure if I caught them on a off day because it was happy hour on a Saturday, but I don't think I will come here anymore which sucks cause it's nearby.

Let me sit fir over 15 minutes with the red light flashing then took an order to a car that arrived after us (i pressed the service button immediately after pulling in). I pressed the blinking button several more times, we watched for a server but they never look up like there avoiding eye contact. I git out and went to the door but no-one turned around or came out. We watched two other cars that arrived after us get food. I tried calling but rang off the wall then disconnected the finely a voice came over and asked for our order so i asked for the manger. Without making this any longer ill just say "jordan" asked if my service light was on. Then it was that when pushed for service its put in a q...lol the car that pulled in next to us 10 minutes AFTER i pushed the service button was already eating at this point. This is not the first, second or even third time we've had similar problems like this at this sonic. I told my MIL to never ask me to get her milkshake from there ever again! Done with this dump. Lol went to the one on OH and was in and out in less the 5 minutes with two cars in front of us.

We have been to this sonic two separate times and have hit the red button and just sat for over 5 minutes with no one answering. Both times the parking lot was pretty much empty. Terrible service. Will not be trying for a third time. Do better.

Terribly run. I was there for lunch 12:20 pm at the busiest time of day. 2 sonic employees (managers?) sitting on tables having themselves a nice lunch. Cars are leaving bc the wait for someone to take your order is so long. They don't take them in order either. Caar pulled in next to me after I had been waiting 10 min and they took their order, I had to change stalls to get my order taken... The food was ok but only 6 onion rings in my medium order, all but one very small onion rings. Don't go here if you can avid it.

I love the food here. The problem is the service at this location...or lack thereof. On multiple occasions I have visited and would press the red button but hear no response after 10+ minutes of waiting. I'm fine with waiting for my food and I understand how hectic it can be to work in a fast food environment. However, I'm not fine with being ignored. When I used to still visit here I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and try again at another stall, but they would still continue to not acknowledge me at all. No "I'll be with you in a moment" and no "Please wait before I take your order" It's just silence until the red button deactivates and the screen goes back to normal. Consistently! I seriously wonder how this place is still in business and how other people actually manage to get their food, or much less actually place their orders or communicate with the staff at all. I guess you just have to be really lucky. After trying several times throughout the past 3 or 4 years, I've finally given up on this location.

Literally almost everything! Over 30 minutes to bring me my order. Not like you're driving off after spending more than $30. Then when they bring the food it's cold. Insult to injury when mentioning the food is cold their response was. "Yeah sorry" then walked off.

This has got to be one of the worst Sonics in America. It never fails, every time I come here, I press the little red button to order and then nothing. You just sit there, wondering if it even registered that you're trying to order. And the app for the location is "temporarily unavailable" 90% of the time. Good food, terrible service.

I really hate to give bad reviews, but I live near this sonic and have NEVER had a good experience. They seem to be severely short staffed and are often closed when the official hours say open. Today, I went through the drive through and was greeted harshly with "You're gonna have to give me a minute!!!!" Their ice cream and credit card machines are often down. Save yourself some time and go to the nearby Dairy Queen or another establishment if you want an ice cream/fast food fix.

Love coming to this Sonic location before or after seeing a movie. Fast, friendly service. Food was hot and delicious. Great customer service from Jordan. Highly recommend. Do not let dissatisfied reviews deter you. this Sonic is great, and if u are craving Sonic then this is the place! Even saw a roller skater waitress!!!

This is the absolute worst sonic in the world I have been there twice and both times they will not take your order they will not let you know that only one person is working in the whole restaurant until you've waited 15 minutes after pushing the red button no one ever comes out no one ever greets you!! I ordered the small chicken sandwich. The chicken was cooked yesterday so brown it was crisp and stale. The bun was over cooked on the grill between brown and black--tasted burned. The only good thing about the sandwich was the pickle. This was Nashville, TN , Bellevue

Went by tonight and the guy was straight up rude and wouldn't listen! When both me and my boyfriend had to say what the order was for the 5th time out loud together the guy said "no need to tell", but was not listening and had an artiste the whole time!

Went in tonight & forgot my card. They completely comped the order for me, even though I had my card information and was trying to pay through the Sonic app. The managers name at the time was Charles. Thank you so much Charles for helping a very forgetful person out. I appreciate y'all so much. The server was also incredibly kind and sweet. They were very fast as well and the food is great.

I'm not one to leave a bad review, but I have never experienced good service here. Multiple times. I totally get people are understaffed, but your attitude doesn't need to treat customers like they are the problem when we are just grabbing some food & being nice. I was handed my shake with the lid not fully on & it spilled down my arm & she just kept handing me stuff, seeing my issue & ignoring it. Just walked away & ignored me as I asked for napkins. So rude for no reason. Really sad to because it's Christmas time & I was gonna be surprise her with a big tip, but glad I didn't.

I was hesitant to try this Sonic based on a past bad experience but I wanted ice cream badly and wanted to stay in my car while getting it. There were many vehicles there, it was well lit, clean. I was quickly helped for my order and within minutes my order was brought to my car. The blizzard itself was pretty good, the closer I got to the bottom, the less I found butterfinger pieces. All in all, a way better experience than last time. I will feel less hesitant to return.

Jewel is always the best! This is the best sonic around. Always fresh food, and very fast. I always come here, the onlyyyyyyy complain I have pertains to all Sonics.... DUDE HOW DOES NONE OF THEM HAVE FRENCH TOAST STICKS???!!!!!? A shortage?... there's plenty of eggs and bread out there! They have toast! Just dab it in some egg with nutmeg and cinnamon and throw it on the griddle. Bam French toast!! Y'all should look into that! Anyway... love this place.... And jewel is the best!

While this Sonic seems to have a bad reputation around here, I have been twice on my visit to Nashville. Yes, it takes the car hops a few minutes to get out with your order. Yes, the menu is a Sonic menu of fast food. But that is typical for lots of Sonics across the country. The employees we have encountered have always been friendly, as fast as possible, not to mention helpful (brought us extra sauces in case!). Now that the slushy machine is back in action, I suggest folks try this Sonic again with a little patience for this as a popular location!

Wish I could rate the food but the place that is supposed to be open until 11pm decided to close at 10pm. Coming from a retail store manager, there is actually a chance at making some good money in the last hour, especially in Bellevue when everything but Krystal closes at 10pm.

Never get the milkshakes. We ordered 5 milkshakes, and they all came out like soup because "they were too busy" with seven cars in the entire place. They were also no help and have taken 30 minutes and counting to give us a refund. ENJOY

Never coming back. This is the second we've given then. Tonight, they charged us an extra $5, but was easily correct, not a huge deal. Second, the onion rings tasted like vanilla! We ordered a brownie cookie dough blast and got a cookie dough shake instead, the difference of about a dollar. My shake was missing the middle portion(see photo). The only good thing about this trip was the mozzarella sticks. 2 shakes and 2 sides for $15, no thanks.

OHMYGOODNESS!!! I have never been so dissappointed in a Sonic Restaurant ( or any other restaurant,for that matter) in my life! Placing the order was like pulling rotten teeth! Fragmented and painful! Bridgette was not only rude but completely uncaring. Our order came out wrong all around. No napkins, no condiments, no hellos or smiles! The drinks tasted spoiled! This Sonic was sooooo bad it makes me give all other Sonics a second guess. Exit 195 in Bellevue, TN. A big fat 0 stars-minus 5 stars!

I find the food and service to generally be the same at any location, in general. But I have to review to talk about their excellent customer service. I ordered a milkshake that was not satisfactory...I emailed them and the next day got a personal email from someone at this location who offered to send me a My Sonic card. I told him my total was $2.26 and he sent me a card for $10. Not only that, but he enclosed a hand written card with the My Sonic card thanking me for my feedback. And then about a week later, I received a postcard again thanking me for my feedback and it is redeemable for a free sandwich. All for a lousy $2 milkshake! I am super impressed.

(Should be ZERO stars) Very poor experience on 6/11/16. We waited about 20 minutes just to place our order from a parking spot via the call button. The employees clearly saw us since one girl gave us a nasty look and another employee served a car next to us. At 11:45ish PM, the lights were turned off (the ones covering the picnic tables and parking spots where we were)...sending a pretty strong message the employees were not wanting to serve anymore despite the restaurant having another 15 minutes of being open. If these Sonic employees at this location prepare food as carelessly as they treat customers, I'm glad I didn't eat here!

I clearly ordered UNSWEETENED iced tea. They came out with sweet tea. I just noticed in the reviews that they did the same exact same thing to another customer. Anyway, when I pointed out the mistake my server said she could not take back or refund the drink. My only recourse was to order and pay for a new drink. So I placed the order, waited 10 minutes, but it never came. I pushed the call button, but I was ignored for five more minutes. I finally gave up and drove away without the drink I wanted. I ended up paying full price for a drink that was poured into the bushes. I headed over to McDonalds and got exactly what I wanted for half the price. I will not be going to Sonic again.

Be sure you allow at least 15-20minutes by the time you place the order until it is ready and delivered. Though the term 'fast food' doesnt exist at least it is warm and good when it arrives.

False advertising. They close at 11:00 and I came at 10:05 and they wouldn't take my order. Instead, I got an entire dissertation as to why they're not open when they're supposed to be. The "manager" called me a liar when I told him that their advertising says 11 and not 10. I always come here but these people are not ethical at all. I'll probably file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because it's poor customer service and poor operations.

Ordered three drinks at the drive thru on 12 May. They made one wrong drink so we told them and returned it expecting them to just remake the right one (a 30 sec process). Instead we watched a tall thin young man with glasses yell 'what the f$&k' and stomp off to the back. The short young man (also with glasses) working the drive thru as a cashier then proceeded to deliberately not come back to the window for a full 15 min. What they both did was serve the 5 cars behind us food and drinks by walking outside. My wife eventually called the manager by dialing the Sonics number on their website. A female manager answered with the worst static connection ever. My wife tried to explain what was going on and finally told her to just come to the drive thru window where we had been sitting for 15 min. The manager did not come to the drive thru and instead sent a different polite young man who remade the drink in about 10 sec and apologized. The very immature staff had clearly done this before and were not concerned with consequences due to a complete lack of management at this location - AVOID!
