Going through the burgers are made in its family manner and the atmosphere courses you need to eat in your own car or take it home or you could sit outside under the canopy. Them all are great. You almost can't beat it, so I'd recommend it.

Claimed it was super busy, and they needed to refund our order, when corrected then they kept forgetting drinks and sauces. It's all kids so just don't stop if you want your food fast and reliable

Why does the wrap have this much sauce ?! So sloppy. I asked for my kids meal to be only ketchup! I got ketchup, cheese pickles…my chicken slider had a top bun on both sides. Long wait times.

Always love a cold iced tea from Sonic and it's so easy to order, grab and go. In more popular vacation areas sometimes one can't find an available eatery and Sonic hits the spot. Sit and eat or take with you for a picnic in one of the many parks here.

Went through the drive though and ordered. Waited 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Had to get out of my car to flag someone down to make the drinks finally. Drinks were made wrong. It was a terrible experience and will not go back again.

Waited 13 minutes for iced tea in the drive through. I was the only car in the drive through. 3 cars total at the whole restaurant. Your Service. And your restaurant is trash.

food under cooked. ordered a orange cream slushie that looked like it was gonna taste good but instead tasted like fr fosit water and got a limeade ,they didn’t ask what flavor and it tasted like water with flat flat no flavor sprite. #0stars , my french toast sticks were too soft like regular bread.😡😡😡

No long wait. Tried the strawberry cheesecake blast. The Orange creme slush was also so good! Cloe brought out our order was very friendly, had her gloves and mask on. Our order was correct.

I love it !!I got a grilled cheese (best thing) and a blue coconut slush,Shelby was so nice,my cup had a hole in it but she realized and gave me a new cup!!and it came out pretty fast!! I recommend for sure!!

Use their app for better discounts and service. It's quick and convenient. They still forget the ketchup even though it's listed exactly how many we wanted with our order but otherwise everything seems better.

I love the serhere but got a little worried tonight, I ordered ched r peppers which normally is filled with cheddar cheese but one of them had this white stuff in it besides the cheddar. What is this stuff? Added a comparison from a normal one to the one with the unknown substance

The person "on the box" has a very nasty attitude. She intentionally speaks extremely fast antagonizing tone. And when you ask her to repeat, I swear she replies faster. This woman needs to find a job outside of the people business. It's too bad about her, we-like I'm sure others- avoid this place just to stay away from her. The food is really good, but not worth being yelled at by the "***** in the box!"

If giving no stars was an option, i would have gone that way. i placed an order online and arrived 3 min later. After checking in, i waited for 15 minutes and then someone came out to bring me the WRONG order. lady was rude, food was worse than fast food could possibly be

Don't get the bacon double cheese burger they've been advertising, it was horrible!! Bacon was literally burnt, smelled awful, patties were super thin, there was so much super sweet bbq sauce the bun fell apart. I threw it away and had to brush my teeth to get the horrible burnt taste out of my mouth. Worst meal I've had at this location! I do have to say that the young man delivering the food was very nice and courteous.

My husband, and I went to the sonic last night. My husband ordered the cheeseburger I got the breakfast toaster sandwich. He enjoyed his cheeseburger very much, and the toaster sandwich was delicious. The carhop was very nice, also apologetic for the wait, which really wasn't too long, and she had a smile on her face. The staff did a good job

Ordered 1 Strawberry shake & 2 oreo blasts tonight.... most people are quick to comment when fast food places suck but this was 100% opposite of that. Quick service, polite staff, correct orders. Bonus- the shake had pieces of strawberries in each bite - That rarely happens. Thanks!

Number 18! With cinnasticks ." What side do you want with that?" .... Side? What side? " so you want a number 8 ?" No I only want a number 18 which comes with a drink. I'll take a lemonade with that. " ok. What side would you like?" I don't understand I'm ordering a cinnasticks with a drink. ugh!!!!!!! No frosting came with sticks

Speaker didn't work, then wanted us to drive around. Manager came out after asking for manager, she was very rude as well. Order was wrong, car hop was cranky.

There must have been some management changes since the last reviews... They were friendly, quick and even came back to check on us and see if we needed any sauces or condiments. Pleasantly surprised to find a sonic that was quick AND the order was right!

Horrible customer service . I told the kid my order he must not have been paying attention and was rude and ask me to repeat myself. He answered me "WHAT" and was still very rude! No more service from me .

One of the benefits of owning your own business is making your own hours and taking a break whenever you want. For me nothing beats a break at the SONIC happy hour! My former business partner (who recently decided to quit the business and move to Austin) and I used to love coming here 2 or 3 times a week for their awesome 1/2 price drinks from 2 pm-4pm. It was welcome change to an otherwise stressful day. Driving up in my F150, rolling down the windows, ordering a couple of Route 44 diet cherry limeaides, cranking up some Kings of Leon on the stereo, Sonic is a great place to be in that moment. I still plan on coming here alone. And I have faith my business will continue to grow and eventually take off. I'll miss my bro but wish him nothing but the best.

Sonic is Sonic. Don't miss Happy Hour every day 2-4. Half price drinks! Personal favs are onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a corn dog. Drink choices are so many to choose from. Love that you can pay at your window. When it's busy, it's busy. Never have been disappointed. Don't forget to tip your car hop.

It has been almost 20 minutes and we still have not gotten our stuff. It was just three dinks and one food item.

We waited a total of 45 minutes before we received our order which consisted of 2 things. This experience was very disappointing when we typically enjoy sonic.

I woke up with food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhea. I guess I shouldn't have had breakfast for dinner last night. I know it was this sonic because it was only about 2 hours after eating it that the complications started. Now, I will never be able to visit any Sonic again. Thanks New Braunfels! P.S. I'm missing a whole day of work laying in my bed miserable having to run to my bathroom every hour. I hope this location gets checked out soon and is shut down.

Every time I have been the service has been extremely slow. Some of the stations don't even work and are not marked out of order. Once I was at a dead station and they asked me to move to a working one THAT WAS ALSO DEAD. We sat there for maybe upwards of 20 minutes with no service and moved to a 3rd one where we finally got someone to take our order.

Good service. Always seems busy. A little hard to make a left when getting back out on to Loop 337.

I ordered iced coffee and it tasted very good, however there was no ice in it at all...I like me coffee either hot or iced but i do not like it at room temperature. If it's iced coffee on the menu I expect ice next time.

So this is your typical sonic, they sometimes get orders wrong but most the time they fix it promptly. Most of the car hops are very nice. I suggest for the best experience call on your way to place your order. Then check your order before leaving.

We rarely eat out and it's been months since we've eaten Sonic, but occasionally when we're out running errands and want to grab a quick bit, this Sonic location is convenient. We've never really had an issue with them other than the occasional slow service, until now. Yesterday my son wanted ice cream. I didn't have any so I offered to take him to Sonic. He ordered a banana split. When we got it, it was messy like about to spill over so I made my son wait to open it until we got home. As he started eating it, he noticed there were no bananas in it. No bananas in a banana split? We laughed it off. Fast forward to this morning....I'm out running errands so I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered a sausage toaster with no egg. I get on the road and it's a bacon toaster. Get it straight Sonic!

Never got a human to speak at the drive through so pulled into s stall. Ordered a burger and malt, was just about to leave ten minutes later when it arrived.

ZERO STARS. Customer service is nonexistent at this establishment. Employees don't know their menu , tried to order a simple drink & the worker kept putting in the wrong order ! No wonder it's a ghost town there around dinner time. I use to always come to this sonic but I will take my business elsewhere !

Got order wrong. Have been waiting here for over 25 minutes for a concrete drink order. Won't be back here any time soon. Only have one guy running around delivering the drive-thru orders. Poor fella.

This used to be an extremely slow service sonic but after my horrible experience at a different location I decided to try them again and holy cow, it was so much better. I went at 315, right in the middle of happy hour and the service was super fast and friendly. Great job!!!!

Are you kidding me? Went there while in town today during their "Happy Hour" just to get a tea. Went to the drive thru and waited over ten minutes! How do you run out of tea during your busy tea time?! No one came out to tell us what the hold up was. When they finally came to the car they claimed they dropped it inside "all over strawberries" and had to brew more since they were then out. The tea was hot and so was I. I had to ask three times how much? Could hear at the drive thru box if they said. I then asked for my receipt and the carhop told me they no longer give receipts. What? I questioned here further...not my first trip to a Sonic! Then she said they only give receipts for food orders and said she thought it was a stupid practice. I am not stupid nor did I appreciate her attitude. As usual for a Sonic no change was offered or given. I really think management needs to know what is going on because this is totally unacceptable!!! I really hope someone responds to my concerns.
