Sonic Drive-In

I’ve been to this location three times. The first time, they were rude, and took forever, and didn’t put much in my shake (missing one of ingredients entirely) but I figured they were busy so I let it go. The second time, it took forever -again, to get through the drive through. They were rude again, and told me the ice cream machine was down ( the only reason we drive a half hour to go). The third time, the drive thru took a long time again (only two cars in front of me), and they told me -again that there was no kind of ice cream (again, the only reason I went). I went ahead and just got a chili cheese coney, and it was the worst one I have ever gotten. I took a bite, and it was not even hot. The cheese was everywhere. This location is awful. The people are rude and take forever, and somehow their ice cream machine never seems to work. When it does, the order is wrong, or made terribly. Will not be bothering to go to this location, ever again.

DON'T GO HERE! To start, the service takes centuries to get your order. The most glaring issue is how long you have to wait just to get a simple shake or slushy. The line of cars wraps around the building, causing traffic to those that want to leave. Often, you'll see the car in front of you taking forever just to get someone on the mic and order their food. All the drive in stations never have any one answer you. It seems like the employees are too busy on their phone to do their jobs! They have rude employees who have their first job and have no idea how to treat customers. Just by getting your food it seems like you've ruined the employees day. Expecting a "hello, how are you?" or "thank you, come back again" from the employees is a dubious task. Just what is causing them to be so slow. I know the manager is tracking this, but he must not care either. You've got a high traffic sonic with the sloppiest personnel to operate it. The only saving grace is the slushies, which is the only reason I go. But what's the point of going to a sonic that I'm just gonna look at the line and drive away. You're more likely to die of old age, or get car jacked before you get your food! For God's sakes, change something about this Sonic!

You will wait in the dive thru for 30+ minutes no matters the time. Customer service is poor, nasty to the customers. We were discussing how long it was taking in the car, the person came on the speaker and stated “ok and! I’m the only person here” wow. First of all we’re having a conversation in our car. Second, why not take the order instead of defending this ridiculous service. This location has been the same since they’ve opened. I don’t understand how they’re still in business. It’s disappointing.

Arrived at sonic around 8:10 AM and waited at the drive through for another 5 minutes with no response. I finally pulled to the window and one of the employees came to the window. I asked him when they opened and his response was as followed "we open at 8 however we are not going to start serving until 8:30ish" I bounced after that. Service at this sonic has always been hit or miss ever since it first opened.

Management seriously need to step up and pop up at this location. They are extremely slow even when it’s not a long line. What got me upset was the rude customer service. I pulled up to the window and no one said anything. After 2-3 minutes I said, “hello,” then someone responded with, “I will be with you in just a moment,” I waited 5 more minutes before just pulling off. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this Sonic. The order station at the front of the building wasn’t being used by the staff, and there was no sign indicating it was out of service, causing unnecessary waiting and confusion. The drive-thru service was also incredibly slow. Overall, this was the worst Sonic I’ve visited in terms of both speed and customer service. I definitely do not recommend this location.

This sonic has gotten better. The food was hot the drinks were cold and delicious!! Thank you 🙏🏾

Absolutely deplorable service here tonight. Staff moving with no sense of urgency & checking phones behind the counter instead of helping customers. Customers at stalls went completely ignored, before I left there were no associates walking out to service them. Will not be coming back here, & recommend going to any of the other more competent fast food chains nearby.
