So I am a regular.I work down the street.I go there to get lunch and maybe a sonic blast In the past 2 days I've had nothing but horrible service.I ordered a sonic blast and they had eminems in it and it was melted.I waited for the longest time and the Manager, and whoever else was working with her had an attitude and told me to never come my back because I want an extra races and she called me a troublemaker.and told me I wasn't getting charged for extra And the past week I had Big chunks and my shake. That wasn't even a shake. My daughter ordered something and they didn't get it and I told them to put it on my ticket they told me no I have 1 person that I can count on to make the shake and they call me her friend so she does her job right I don't know her but I see her when she is working because she does her job right.

I work right by this location and for some reason I sit in line for about 30-45 minutes. One instance I place a mobile order, I was at the stale for 45 minutes, I had enough and went to the drive through to just get the food that I paid for, and the same man that I see all the time here brings it out with an attitude. I figured they are having a bad day which I get, I’m here at this location now I have order mozzarella sticks, been in this line for a good 20 minutes, yall need to hire more people or something because this is beyond crazy, and the main man that takes care of the window between the times of 11-5 he needs to have some customers service evaluation.. I have worked in customer service for years and his attitude is the same every time I visit this location. Please do better

If someone works at a cost efficient drive up then I want them to be able to give their opinions. I'll ask for THEIR faves sometimes and I can't stand the places who won't give it to me. If I'm asking for your SURPRISE it means I'm wanting to try something new, I will be less mad if you have me your opinion amber it was bad than I'd be if you made ME pick something bad haha, my lady told me he favorite shake and I had it gone before she could even let me know they were out of her kind!!! Even though it was not the one she recommended.... it was delicious! We need more people working in fast food like her!!!

Came to the stall to order at 9:20 pushed button. Finally told its drive through only after waiting 8 minutes. Went to drive through. We were the only car in line. Ordered just at 9:30 & Finally got food through the window at 9:45. Tots were way to done. Burger was wrong and it's like they put 3 times the mayo on it. Guy at window with bears kept scratching his bears while handling food. I was very concerned about this. He said 3 total words.no hello...no thank you... nothing. How do you stay open like this. Please do better. Sonic has gone way down hill.

I order and payed for my drinks in advance. Their app was not letting me check in and so I had to go through the drive through since they would not answer the phone and it was just me there. They said I had to pay again for my drinks like seriously.. it clearly says there in the photo I did Apple Pay scammers

I been to this sonic two time this week today and Monday and both times I have waited over 20 minutes for my drink and food but today I ordered two RT sweet tea with peach and I said i wanted some pickles fries and they didn’t even put it on the ticket and the manager that came to the window was very rude and disrespectful and sounded like she hated her job. I go to sonic all the time and this is the worst one I have been to yet. The drink was all wet on the outside as well. I’m so very disappointed tbh

I have been going to this Sonic for 3 years I work at 46th & Memorial so I do go here frequently. I completely understand at lunch time it is very busy, and I have not experienced very many issues that has made me to the point where I don't even want to go back to this location. Until my last visit April 24th 2025, I place my order in the app (as I always do) it says it will be ready at 12:38, yes this is lunch hour yes it's going to be busy. I waited patiently for 20 minutes, then I pushed the button and I told the person on the other end I was here for a app order, she apologized and said they would be right out with it. 10 minutes later I push the button again and nothing happened, I called the store, when they answered I said I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 12:38, the caller on the other end does not say anything other than "cancel your order"and hung up on me. Well that did not go over too well with me so I called back asked to speak to the manager she said "you're speaking to her" I asked her her name she said "Monnie" and hung up, It was the same lady that told me to cancel the order. So I go to the app to try to cancel the order and I can not find a way to cancel the order or contact anyone through the app so I had to start up a chat, they ask me to provide them with receipt, time, etc all the information they should have. I'm not going to do your job for you I ordered through the app you should be able to see that info. As I was backing out and the lady came out with the food, I am so livid at this point, I'm not sure if they have new workers at this location I know two other ladies that work in the office that I work in has experienced issues in the past 2 weeks at the same location. It's really frustrating that one bad experience can change the way you feel about a place. It did for me.

If you've got a lot of time to kill, this is the place for you. I placed an order in the app with a pick up time of 3:50 PM. We've been waiting at the stall long enough for the screen update at the stall to time out. We are going on 20 minutes wait time for 2 drinks- no special instructions- ordered as is from the app menu. We have pushed the button to ask, and now they say it will be out in a few minutes. If I had not already paid in the app, I'd be out of here. If they were super busy, I may understand, but they are not. This is nuts. Update: after 30 minutes,my husband got out of the car to find someone to ask about our order. They told him they didn't have the ingredients for the drinks we ordered. Seriously? They couldn't have told us that when we checked in before? So I hope I get my money back from the app order. What a waste of time.

Went from a 3-star to a 1-star purely because of the absolute crap-shoot my last visit was. 30 minute wait in line. A FULL HALF HOUR. And guess what? Melted medium chocolate shake (had to add my own chocolate syrup at home because of massive LACK of chocolate) and a medium ice tea filled almost the whole way with ice. Drank a medium ice tea in about 15 seconds because of it. And of course the staff inside, had to be at least four, just chatting away as we're trying to get their attention about the crappy service. Although I shouldn't expect much from Sonic I guess ‍ Just ended up leaving because of the hold up. Just go to Braum's.

Drove through to get a bag of ice and a large Sonic Butterfinger blast and squirt some chocolate syrup in it to be mixed in the ice cream. No ice available in bags because they it was a hot day. Understandable. Now, something as simple as ice cream, butterfinger and chocolate syrup would not be an issue. OMG!!!! Was asked by 3 different employees what I wanted. So each time I restated the order. Well got to the window and there was a car in front of me. Meagan, the employee came out and asked me my order AGAIN!!! Well I gave it to her AGAIN. What I got was A vanilla ice cream, butterfinger and hot fudge dumped on top. Not what I asked for, 4 different times. The old sonic I went to at about 31st and Sheridan understood it every time. The shut it down and moved further south to about 34th and Sheridan. I can't wait for them to open and everything be correct.

Went through drive through at 10:45pm they took my order gave me the price I pulled up behind a car in front of me that was waiting for their order at the window when Sonic shut all their outside lights out me and the other car sat there a little bit thinking we was still getting our orders the car in front of me left since no one was in site so I pulled up nobody was inside, either they were hiding or left finally after waiting a little bit I gave up and left. Most worthless Sonic I've ever been to. All they would've had to said was they weren't taking anymore orders instead of the foolish games. They should just go out of business with that attitude.

Omg! I sit there at Sonic for 12 minutes with no customers in the parking lot and the kids in there running it were in there flirting with the other girl in there and I went knocked on the door and he walked off and he laughed and he says I don't know what this old and cursed about being an old man wanted. They had cleared out my order I have video and I knocked again and he came over and threatened to come outside and fight but would not bring me my drink

Average Sonic, good Coke after a trip to the cemetery on the corner. Nice employees. Fast service. Easy to get to if you are going north on Memorial.

Yumm, wait..yeah that's right i said YUMM....I love their breakfast burritos, actually everything is good. Never had any problems with them so i will rate it 5 stars because i've only had positive visits with them. The associates who bring your food have always been nice, and this is at a very convenient place and it's never too crowded..no complaints here! F.Y.I They have a new system where ordering is a lot better and the speakers are clearer!!

I don't think they've ever gotten my order right even once. It's convenient in its location and hours, but I don't know what I expected because of it. I ordered a burger, a burrito, chicken tenders and cinnamon snacks. They tried to overcharge me and make the tenders and the burrito both separate meals, and then once we got that fixed, they gave me the wrong kind of burrito and French toast sticks? It didn't taste bad it's just really not what I ordered.

This location doesn't mix their shakes very well which is a problem with shakes that have a sour or bitter syrup additive such as lemon or cheesecake. I got a mouthful of concentrated sour lemon-ey flavoring that I almost spat out in my car. Would not recommend this location.

Slow to nonexistent service. Waited 12 minutes after the red button was activated. No response! The employees inside did not look busy. I left and drove to another Sonic where I was waited on immediately.

They constantly mess up the order of food or ice cream we order ice cream two concretes and a sundae they gave us the sudae correct and one concrete correct the other a blast and the wrong size twice. And another time we ordered 9 burgers on half price tuesday and they could not put on one order they made it three instead we spent 1 hour they waiting for food
