Highly recommend this store. My husband and I went in person and he found a really cool tigers shirt but not in his size so we went home and I noticed they sold it online in his size so I ordered it. I was getting nervous though because it’s for an anniversary gift and we fly out next week. The owner, Ali, INCREDIBLE. He went literally above and beyond to make sure I got the order. Best customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much!

I stopped by this store today to get my mom a pair of new balance neon nights. Mind you I have the shoe on while in store, so I know it costs no more than $150. My mom asked the young man how much for the shoe and I was blown away when his response was $475. I will never shop here again!!! That’s ridiculous!!! Update: The owner reached out to me personally to apologize and inform me that, that was not the cost of the shoes. He advised he informed his team as well. He provided two $25 gift cards which I was able to pick up and anytime. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism.

Had a very good experience with sonny's! My shoe ended up not being in stock and they fixed that for me went above and beyond also gave my son a gift for the little error we ran into. Will shop with them again very nice costumer service.

Expensive Town

They sold me some fake shoes and they over priced each pair. I found each pair online for like $125 cheaper literally. I tried to return them all back because of overpaying like $500 extra and realized they was fake as well while looking them up. The store owner took two hours to come and he also took me in the back of the store and tried to yell at me and try to get physical with me. I called the cops and got my refund but was charged $150 fee to return everything. He did give me a refund even tho the cops said it would be civil situation but he charged me a $150 return fee and tried to seem cool lol dude even gave me his phone number and wanted to keep in touch. The owners a creep. They also never told me I couldn’t exchange or never mentioned all sales are final. I had the receipt and bought everything back less than 24 hours. For example if I bought it at 5pm I was back in the store at 1pm returning all 4 pair and they didn’t want the shoes back. My best advice would be stick with footlocker or something.

Baffled.. Sold me a pair of of jordan 4s, retro white toddler size 7c for $170🤯.. (mind you it was in the "SALE" section).. the actual shoe brand new is $85. I GOT SCAMMED BIG TIME.. I get they got to make money but to charge double for something that was USED is INSANE.. dont end up like me please

The worst service ever, I was trying to buy kids shoes today and the two guys working gave me 2 different prices at the same time, one of them said 160 and the other said 175. After I paid he gave me the shoes without receipt and claimed the recipe won’t print out because there’s no “paper” mind you I payed half cash half card. And when I asked to send the receipt by email he turned the screen towards me and said to take a picture…a picture doesn’t proof a transaction was made and that upset me because while I was frustrated one of them was laughing about it. such a unprofessional service! I asked for a return because they were wasting time trying to act like they were fixing the receipt situation and they told me I can’t return. They gave me such a hard time until they finally made the refund but they only refunded my card payment and wanted to keep the cash to themselves because apparently they didn’t know how to open the register. They only gave my cash back because I threatened to call the cops. Such a horrible service I don’t recommend anyone going to this place!!

Edit: Ali, the owner went WAY out of their way to find me on IG and initiate a conversation to try and make things right. I've never had a business go this far to retain a customer. I truly appreciate it.
