While shopping at the mall today I stumbled upon Sonny’s, a familiar name to me, as they had another location in Dearborn. As soon as I walked in I was so impressed with the inventory (latest trends of shoes and clothing all together in one store). The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and helpful. The owner, Ali is not just a business owner, but a kind soul to all that shop there. He went OVER and ABOVE to make sure I was able to get the perfect item for my son’s Xmas gift. Very grateful. Sonny’s is right near JCP and the food court. Stop in, you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommend this store. My husband and I went in person and he found a really cool tigers shirt but not in his size so we went home and I noticed they sold it online in his size so I ordered it. I was getting nervous though because it’s for an anniversary gift and we fly out next week. The owner, Ali, INCREDIBLE. He went literally above and beyond to make sure I got the order. Best customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much!

I stopped by this store today to get my mom a pair of new balance neon nights. Mind you I have the shoe on while in store, so I know it costs no more than $150. My mom asked the young man how much for the shoe and I was blown away when his response was $475. I will never shop here again!!! That’s ridiculous!!! Update: The owner reached out to me personally to apologize and inform me that, that was not the cost of the shoes. He advised he informed his team as well. He provided two $25 gift cards which I was able to pick up and anytime. I appreciate the customer service and professionalism.

When I first walked in I got greeted with a warm welcome from Mary & sand. Mary & sand had came up to me and helped me with the hoodie that I came in to look for and was very welcoming and I felt like I made a good choice coming in.

I had a terrible experience at this store today. The staff member, Sam or San I think his name was, was incredibly rude and made assumptions about my financial situation. He actually told me I couldn't afford an Essentials hoodie! His behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I won't be returning to this store.

Had a very good experience with sonny's! My shoe ended up not being in stock and they fixed that for me went above and beyond also gave my son a gift for the little error we ran into. Will shop with them again very nice costumer service.

Baffled.. Sold me a pair of of jordan 4s, retro white toddler size 7c for $170🤯.. (mind you it was in the "SALE" section).. the actual shoe brand new is $85. I GOT SCAMMED BIG TIME.. I get they got to make money but to charge double for something that was USED is INSANE.. dont end up like me please

Staff is friendly! Unique, rare finds. We've stopped in at Sonny's a few times, and a men's size 10 in Nike must be a rare find there. My son only had two pairs of shoes to choose from. The last time we stopped in, there was nothing in his size.
