This was not a typical dining experience at a Korean restaurant. Before leaving the restaurant, I wondered if I should return before ending my trip to Paris. It’s definitely worth considering, and I would highly recommend it to others.
We ordered beef sashimi, seafood pancake, fried mushrooms, and glass noodles for appetizers. They were so good that I added batter-fried beef, which did not disappoint – the dipping sauce complemented it perfectly.
For mains, we ordered three different kinds of pork for grilling and soy bean paste soup. While the staff helped grill the meat, the thick and savory soup surprised my palate – it was amazing. The dishes were presented on preheated brass plates and bowls to preserve their flavors longer.
We also ordered four different types of desserts and were amazed by both the presentation and the taste of each dish.
