We had a more than wonderful experience at Sophie & Nicolas. Their food, clearly prepared with love and high-quality local products, is absolutely amazing. Each course was a delicate, very well-balanced and beautiful surprise. On top of that, their friendliness made it an unforgettable, tasty, pleasant and truly unique evening!

Wonderful restaurant, the food was absolutely delightful, with seasonal products and a varied menu at a reasonable price. The service was close to flawless. The only drawback is the vegetarian menu which was lacking some proteins. Would still recommend!

One of The best diners we had so far. The taste of the food is amazing. Sweet sour bitter crunchy and super creative... really good combination of flavors and colors. The gravies are amazing! I could recommend the wine pairing. And the food is served with a lot of genuine kindness. Good knowledge about wine and products. Must go! Thanks again for this great evening. Merci.

We had diner at Sylvester. It was excellent!!!! Six stars! The plates are art. The taste is double art. Very nice combinations. Not to many tastes on one plate. It all fits well. And they show that organic grown wine can have a high quality.

Just amazing! From the food to the ambient and the service, everything was incredible. We had the menu with wine and not only the food and the wine was incredible, but also the servers took their time to explain to us everything that we needed to know - and they were the kindest to do it in English.

What a lovely restaurant tucked away in a beautiful part of Belgium countryside. Firstly, I was very excited to eat with you as the reviews were nothing short of superb... and it did not disappoint. We had the 5-course menu with wine pairing. Everything was truly lovely. Such wonderful, tasty, fresh dishes and great wine. I highly recommend the visit to Sophie et Nicholas', you will not be disappointed.
