Nov 2025 This is the sky bar at the tip of the beak of the penguin tower (aka Vattanac capitol). Drink: There is a free snack (toasted potato) to enjoy with the drink (I like this one. It’s delicious and khmer style as well). I drink mocktails. I forgot what name,but it involves orange. The orange has a taste and smell of a not-fresh orange (you know, when you keep it for a long time and there is a smell) which makes the whole drink not that pleasure.You can check the menu beforehand on rosewoodhotels website. Service: They are friendly, and fast. Atmosphere: It’s at the top of the building already, so of course it's a fresh, wide view of beautiful Phnom Penh City. There’s also an indoor table with a luxury design, privacy and wide view as well. Note: there is a differ entrance from the building. You have to enter through the Rosewood gate. And tell the staff, they will help guide you. There is a dress code: smart and casual, which is understandable.

Our friends recommended this beautiful Rooftop bar at Rosewood hotel for tasty drinks and an amazing view. The service was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting inside and also outside. We had awesome weather so the night we were there was breezy and cool. Not humid at all. However, I found the bartender inside was what we enjoyed for service more. She was knowledgeable and could explain in detail about their drinks and could even do special requests. We really had a great time and I wish we went sooner to do their All you can drink packages.

The view is phenomenal and the staff and service are unmatched — genuinely super nice. Their manga-inspired menu is incredibly innovative, and I loved that they serve fresh cassava chips and olives with the drinks. Very classy overall and a must-visit in the city. Mostly an expat crowd rather than locals.

These bars are stunning... You have a quiet little exclusive Whiskey library / Cigar lounge. Then there's the larger Sora lounge... Which leads to the sky bar... sadly raining so not able to enjoy that section. Best to visit at dusk or night to get the full ambiance. As you'd expect staff deliver world class service. Stunning... Absolutely stunning...

I went for the indoor sofa, 10/10 for the serene ambience and service. Unique concept for their signature cocktails, which inspired by Anime Characters and use Japanese ingredients. I got this signature cocktail which contains edamame and tasted citrusy. Great location and I would highly recommend Sora as a go-to sky bar when in Phnom Penh.

I went there to experience the skybar at the very high floor (floor 37) however the decoration and vibe is not as expected. Atmosphere: 9 Food: too salty for me and over price (consider it is in Vattanak tower, maybe this is normal price) Drink: 8/10 at first it was too strong but the more I drink the more I enjoy it. Or maybe because the food is salty 😄 I like the drink I ordered
