There's a really nice selections of cold weather boots and coats. There's usually a sale going on to take advantage of. Staff is friendly and informative.

Very polite and sweet staff. I tried to call the store numerous times but no one picked up. So, I decided to visit and I found the store packed with people. They got a very nice collection for men, women and kids. I guess you need to check the website for more info and sale prices as you can see products on sale but with no prices at the store. The staff work very hard to please everyone patiently and quickly which is amazingly hard and that is the reason I am giving the location 5 stars.

High end snow boots, they look really good for a non-performance shoe they are worth the extra bucks, the store is really beautiful and nice. The employees are more than helpful and welcoming. I will go there to catch some sales and new realises each winter.

I was so looking forward to buy snow boots and the reviews looked amazing. Beautiful store, amazing products but worse serice ever. I was in the store 2/28 and there were 3 staff members who did major efforts to ignore me and my questions. Store was super crowded and busy, but the staff were still polite and helpful with no hint of an attitude. Allison was especially awesome and patient. Love my new boots, too!

Don't expect these people to know what they are talking about and don't expect them to stand by their return policy. They sold my husband a totally inappropriate pair of boots, and when we went to return them within the return period they refused. The manager acknowledged that they SHOULD return them, but the way their computers are set up they were unable to.

Horrible quality, even if they look nice. Boot on the left is one year old plus one month (so beyond warranty). Complete failure of the stitching. The boot on the right is only one month old! I purchased it assuming the first was from a bad batch and liked the look (Anteby model). Never again!

Excellent find and great staff! I was really impressed with the store and the staff who went out of their way (at a busy period) to help me find the right boots. Well worth checking... and close to the High line to try out your new boots :)
