I’ve lived at Sorella Apartments in Herriman for about six months, and I’ve honestly loved it here! The amenities are awesome — the pool and gym are super nice, and everything is always really clean. The new staff is great too — super friendly and quick to help out with anything you need. The community feels safe and welcoming, and it’s just a really nice place to come home to. Definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a great spot in Herriman!

Kayla, Kori, and Zeni are the best! They are so friendly and help me with anything I need! The amenities are great and I love the gym! The apartments are beautiful and look brand new !

Sorella Apartments has been nothing short of incredible! From the moment we reached out, the office team—especially Kori—went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process. We felt supported and informed the whole way through. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment itself is absolutely gorgeous—bright and clean. Everything feels fresh and high-quality, from the finishes to the layout. The location is also perfect: close to everything we need but still peaceful and quiet. We’re so grateful to have found this place!

The leasing office is amazing, I was attended by a wonderful girl named Zeni and she helped me through the whole process, she was patient regardless of my lack of understanding when she was explaining things over. I can definitely say have a wonderful staff that you can communicate your concerns to! Guaranteed to have things taken care of.

I want to give a big thank you to Zeni at Sorella Apartments! She has been so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Any time I had questions, she was patient, kind, and always made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, and Zeni does just that. I really appreciate her professionalism and the welcoming environment she creates at Sorella.

Living at Sorella has been frustrating. The property advertises itself as peaceful, but noise is constant — loud music and late-night disturbances are rarely addressed. In just a year and a half, there have been three different management companies, and staff continue to be ineffective at resolving problems. Cleanliness is poor, pest issues (like spiders) go untreated, and communication among residents can be difficult due to language barriers, with little effort from management to set clear community standards. Overall, Sorella is poorly managed and does not provide the comfortable living experience it promises.

At first moving in the staff was great working with me a helping me get in but, once we moved in everything changed. For starters my apartment was not cleaned before we moved in and was completely covered in dust. The kitchen floor was cracked and 2 months later still has not been fixed. Along with other stuff. There are full on parties in the pool area every single weekend with tons of people. You can hear the music blasting every night from the buildings farther away. People have their dogs swim in the pool (there was literal dog poop in the pool) as well as trash and glass everywhere when I went in and reported it nothing was done not even an email. I even showed and sent them pictures. You can smell weed 24/7 coming from multiple apartments. There is dog poop everywhere. Not to mention when I signed my lease agreement I was told 8 weeks were free and not even 8 weeks later they tried to charge me a late fee for the rent. I tried calling at least 20 times and you can’t get a hold of anyone and have to go into the office to get any help. Update: Nothing has been done to change any of the problems. There has been diarrhea sitting on the stairs for over a week and there has been more poop in the hot tub. This place is disgusting. I am counting down the days until my lease is up.

Please understand firstly that this complex having 4.4 stars is a COMPLETE SCAM. I’m so sorry for you if you choose to live here or are stlll in a contract here. We chose to BREAK our contract because of the following reasons. 1. The amount of domestic violence is actually insane here. 2. Car break ins 3. the thinnest walls in all existence 4. If you go into the office you’ll get to meet those absolute winners - Kayla K is the only normal one who knows what’s going on. PLEASE for the love of everything good don’t move here. It isn’t SAFE.
