I was in need of a refresh before the holidays, and Cray did an amazing job with my partial highlights, cut and style! She even did a mini facial while my color set at the shampoo bowl. I will definitely be going again!

I give it one star because the shop was cute and clean but my experience getting lashes was the worst. Unless you like to pay $185 just to have all your lashes fall of within 4 days I would seriously recommend another shop. My lashes were cute when I got up but the next morning I woke up my bed was full of lashes they were falling off at an alarming rate right into my eyes. I reached out to the number I sent the payment to and they were very good at communicating she agreed they shouldn’t be falling off so fast and offered me to come in to get a new set. I was suprised to come in and see the same lash tech but I figured the owner spoke with her to take her time this time around. Welp I sat for 2.5 hours only to have the same results all the lashes off in less the. 4 days. For $185 I expect better quality work please don’t waste your time. I really hate to leave a bad review, but this was the worst experience I’ve received. Luis was really sweet, but he seems to still be in his learning stages. It took him well over 3 1/2 hours to do my nails, he kept hurting me with the nail drill and he even cut my finger with the file. The studio gel dryer smelled absolutely terrible and the polish he put on was dripping even though i put it in for 3 mins. We did a non gel color and even after my 35 min drive home the nail polish wasn’t dry, my natural nail was hurt and some of the nails was already chipping. I called the next day the manager apologized and asked if I wanted a refund and I asked for them to be fixed. Tuesday I called back to let them know I’d be free Thursday to them fixed and she called me back Thursday saying she found someone to fix them. I drove 35 mins just for it to be the same person who messed them up and as he was drilling the polish away, hurt my nails again in the process. I told them I’m sorry, but I was under the impression that it was going to be someone else to fix my nails and she asked me to trust that he would fix it. I couldn’t trust it because all of the nails had to come off and be redone and all he was trying to do was take the polish off and Ré polish them. I asked for a refund and she apologized and gave it back. It suck that it ended like that, but just be careful. I’m waiting for my nails to get better before I can get them redone.

Fatima was amazing! Excellent service and very knowledgeable on skin care. I purchased a groupon for a facial and she was outstanding! I enjoyed my facial so much that I am booking another facial in 4 weeks. Fatima cleaned my pores and got rid of my balckheads. Now on ny next visit I will do a deep pore cleanse to get rid of what we couldn't reach today. The salon has very chic decor and very girly which speaks to me and makes you feel as of you can have a girls nightbout here. I loved it all the way around!!! While I was there for my facial I saw a girl getting extensions and the extensions looked very good! I enjoyed my visit to the max!!!

Update: I’ve been a loyal client of Sorelle Salon for years, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. The quality of service is consistently outstanding, and the professionalism of the team is truly impeccable. The staff is always warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. I come in every five weeks for a full body wax and manicure, and I genuinely look forward to each appointment. Previous review: what a great salon boutique in wicker park, got there 30 min earlier for my appointment so had to wait for the service what was ok for me, was greeted warmly, they offered me a drink and magazines, and were on time for my appointment. the entire staff is super friendly and professional. While i was waiting saw every client that walk out very happy with their services what was a good sign for me. ohh except a client that had scheduled a no chip mani and pedi and was 40 min late... come on people! how do you show up 40 min late to an appointment? the front desk girl very friendly offered her to get the no chip mani and a polish change on her toes because wont have enough time for both services since had a client right after her. the client was demanding a full service when she was late... 1 star for the client 5 star for sorelle Will definitely come back my nails look amazing and the no chip lasted almost 3 weeks. keep up the good work Sorelle

As a guy stepping into the realm of pedicures for the first time, I must say, Sorelle made it an absolute delight. Initially hesitant, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, instantly easing any apprehension I had. Opting for a signature pedicure, I was pleasantly surprised. The technician skillfully transformed my rough feet into something I never thought possible – smooth, rejuvenated, and dare I say, presentable. What truly stood out was the comfortable environment Sorelle provided. There was no judgment, no awkwardness, just genuine professionalism and a desire to ensure my experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Found this place on Yelp, and have also seen it walking by. So decided to give it a try..not a great idea. I had my hair done by owner a month ago, I showed A TON of inspiration pictures, owner was very friendly, but sat in her salon chair from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. When initially I told her I had to be somewhere by 7 PM she told me at 6 PM that she doesn't think she will be done ..When I told her that my hair looked orange at 10pm, she said she can Retone, but at the end I still didnt like it. She thought it didn't look orange but I think ended up understanding it did, so she asked me to come back the next day and said it would be a quick fix, but I was in her chair for three hours for a toner. Thankfully it looks better than initially orange, but still brassy. Nothing like the inspiration pictures I showed her. Initially, I did not want to write this review because the owner was so kind and accommodating but I also paid $550 for hair that did not meet my standards. Friends would say "you're too nice , you should write a review ..I wouldn't have paid her for that.." I have gotten my hair done for the last 15 years of my life and I know what I like and don't like. She has other services in this business. Maybe those are worth it, but I wouldn't go back for my hair. Save your time and money

If you are thinking about getting a wax here, don't. I never write negative reviews but if I can save someone from the unnecessary pain, money spent and time wasted, then I'll feel good about that.

I came to Sorelle desperate for a reliable hair stylist and makeup artist and to my luck, found not only a hair stylist, but the best- Jeaniaco, or how people call him J.C. He has transformed my image. My hair is looking the best it has ever been. It is now healthy and long. I will not let anyone else, but Sorelle touch my hair. Jeaniaco has done my hair color, cut and numerous hair styles and up-dos for events. J.C is also a magician when we it comes to makeup. I can honestly say sorelle has become my home for beauty and fashion. It's almost imposible to leave the place whitout buying a stunning dress, accessory or a beauty product. I have recommended many of my friends and are all extremely happy with the professionalism and talent of sorelle staff. From nails, hair, skin, makeup and fashion advice, you can always trust sorelle.

This is probably the fourth Brazilian I get and I got pimples and irritated skin after this. Never had this happen before. They didn't offer a cleaning clothes prior which I should have seen as a sign to leave. I don't think I'll go back. Also very uncomfortable when they were waxing the behind.

I started going to JC several months back because I live in the neighborhood. Not only does he give a great mens cut, but also gives a great beard trim and head massage and wash. Definitely recommend. Also, great ambiance - everyone is fun and entertaining conversation.

Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! Clean and stylish atmosphere. The stylists are super friendly and engaging. I came in for a perm. I was not only impressed, but AMAZED at how quickly Jean rolled and processed my hair (I have decently long hair). Jean was so much fun and my hair turned out FANTASTIC. I am a travel nurse and have lived in many places (including Los Angeles, CA). I have had my hair done in a few decently reputable salons and my hair has never turned out as good as when Jean did it!! 11/10 recommend.

I decided to check out a different salon for a Brazilian wax. I found a Groupon that was too good to pass up. I was a little nervous, but I've been getting waxes for 8 years, so I knew what to expect. Well, I completely regret it! I had the esthetician named Lily. First couple minutes was fine. Then, she ran out of wax and grabbed another one. Well, she pretty much started applying it in the most sensitive areas and could not get it off!! It was the most traumatic and painful experience of my life! I was in tears. I had to stop. I'm not sure if it was the product she was using or the esthetician who didn't know what she was doing. Just beware.

I don't really easily give 4 stars but this place was pretty good and fun place. Everything is all in one here. Amanda was my DR. hair color :) I like about this place is staffs here they know their duty and professional. However it was only my 1st time I don't know the entire salon yet but so far so good for me.

I made an appointment with this salon for a keratin treatment. I called a couple weeks in advance and asked them if I should buy the groupon first, or pay the groupon price to the salon. They preferred that I paid at the salon. There was nothing in the fine print about any additional charges. I left work early to go to my appointment in rush hour traffic. When I arrive the lady in the front checks me in and then informs me that there may be an additional charge because my hair is "thick". I am biracial with curly hair but it is cut fairly short, above my shoulders. She said the stylist would let me know what the additional charge would be and offers me a drink. After sitting for 10/15 min the stylist introduced himself to me. He confirms that there will be an additional charge and goes to the front desk to "calculate". He returns stating that he's "only going to charge me for one bottle extra". He shows me the calculator that reads "150" and stated that the $150 would be my additional charge on top of the groupon of $159. It was beyond unprofessional. There was never a warning of additional charges. They wait until you arrive to your appointment and then they announce the hidden fees. I did not stay for my appointment. It wasn't because I couldn't afford the extra $150, it was because I was not going to give my business to such a shady company. They already wasted my time, I was not going to allow them to waste my money as well. *I attached a photo of the groupon's fine print to show that they did not mention anything about additional charges. Very deceiving!

Best experience I've had at a salon! The first time I came here with a Groupon with my girlfriend for keratin treatments & a haircut. JC cut my hair exactly the style & length I wanted. It was also my girlfriend's birthday & they let us bring our own mimosas. It was a perfect start for a fun day full of birthday adventures. I loved the first time so much I made an appointment to bleach & dye my hair. I showed up a day early because I got my days confused & they still had time to take me! JC took his time and executed the color I wanted perfectly. My hair was dark brown & he turned it into a beautiful lavender color with grey undertone. I am completely in love with my hair! Also I have a lot of hair & the owner of the salon kept the store open late just so JC could finish my hair with out rushing. I truly felt like VIP & I am grateful they took their time to get the perfect result I wanted. 5 stars for Sorelle! I will definitely be coming back to get touch ups. I highly recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a consistent experience.

I bought a Groupon for a no chip mani and regular pedi. Margie did both services and I thought it was a really good job! Unfortunately, there must have been an issue with the particular bottle of polish for no chip because it started lifting after a few days. Apparently this happened to a few other people with this same color. Sorelle was pleasant enough to offer to re-do my no chip free of charge. Margie did them again and it looked great! This time, I got "Dont burst my bubble" by OPI (see pics). The only complaint was I had to email them 2 times about my nails and didnt hear back until a week after my first email. The salon also could be more clean but overall, I like this place and would recommend it. Parking is also free on the same side of the street so that's always nice too.

Okay, Groupon holders, do not be deterred by the front of the store - just walk on by, check in with the front desk, and do your thing. If you saw the Groupon and thought about it, go for it! $25 is such a steal, and I can honestly say I was glad I gave this one a try. Only came for the brazilian wax, but it was fast, painless, and easy. The groupon price was hard to beat, but they have a maintenance program (if you come back between 4-6 weeks after your last wax) it's just $39! Hard and soft wax, just enough conversation to keep it from being awkward, and a warm room (downstairs) to keep you and your lady bits comfortable. The room is dimly lit JUST ENOUGH so that you're not super self conscious of, you know, not being in your underwear. Scheduling was easy and they send you a text confirmation and reminder. I barely had to wait before the room was set up for me before my appointment. Hats off to Sorelle -

This salon and their stylists are the absolute best! I have been searching and searching for a place to regularly go for all my hair needs. I stumbled upon the salon via Groupon and bought the cut, color and moroccan oil treatment. One of the best decisions I've ever made in my life - Miko was absolutely amazing! She took her time, was friendly as could be and gave me everything I wanted (even my ridiculous request of giving me a trim but keeping my hair long - i'm very picky about my haircuts!). I showed her the color I wanted and she gave me exactly identical to that. Obsessed! I will be back frequently to see Miko. If you're considering this salon - do it !

You guys. Alexis is amazing. Brazilian waxes are never fun - but she is so gentle, considerate and professional that you almost forget you're having your hair yanked out of your cooch. She also uses a combo of waxes depending on your skin type (mine is extremely reactive), so the process is much less painful than I've experienced at other salons. I rarely frequent places, because I love to find a deal on Groupon - but Alexis is now my go-to girl. Four times, and have the next one booked.

I went to Sorelle Salon based on a family friends recommendation. I got mink full eyelash extensions. The service itself was incredible. Alexis was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient. It was my first time doing anything like this and her recommendations were awesome! She offered great self-care tips. All of the staff gave me endless compliments after my service. I feel so beautiful! I will be back with friends!

I was fooled by the Yelp ratings. Beware. I wanted to try a keratin treatment and potentially find a new stylist to go to since mine had left Illinois. I reviewed Yelp and thought it was a good place. The day I went I appreciated the stylist staying late to fit my color and treatment. But had I known the end result I would have been grateful for the treatment only. Not what I asked for. Not what she had suggested. I wore hats until it was safe to apply color again.

Please, please, just don't bother. At least not for a mani pedi. The woman who honestly I think was the cleaning woman has no idea how to give a manicure or a pedicure. I'm pretty sure her tools weren't clean, she took almost three hours for a basic mani pedi, (this does not include drying time...) had no idea where her materials were, or even what she needed, didn't fill up the pedicure sink enough so it was constantly sputtering and spitting, and spoke hardly any English. Which is fine, except when I tried to communicate things to her that she then ignored. My nails looks awful and my toes and finger cuticles are totally torn up from the aggressive pushing back and the pulling with the cuticle nippers. Just. Don't.

Sorelle got all what you need in order to look great! I go for my waxing and facials with Fatima, she's amazing! Their service is 5 stars

It pains me to leave a review that's less than 5 stars, as this business went ABOVE AND BEYOND to accommodate me and 2 friends for a blow out at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon with less than a week's notice. The nice woman on the phone worked hard to get us in and definitely wanted our business which really got me excited! Unfortunately, I cannot get past the cleanliness of the establishment. During my hair wash I noticed a thick layer of black debris accumulating on the blades of the ceiling fan and I got a sense it had been ages since there was a "deep clean" here. There were many salon chairs with tears and rips in the seats and many furniture pieces/accessories seemed very "used." Considering it was a Saturday at 4pm, and all other establishments I phoned were "sold out," I expected a packed salon. On the contrary, there was only one stylist and the place was empty. Very strange. There was a whole dedicated area for manicures with no one working and a huge display of what appeared to be costume clothing. A small group of 2-3 women came up from a basement which seemed to have been a party of some kind, but I'm not entirely sure what was going on down there as they didn't appear to have received salon experiences. Our hair turned out pretty well which was the ultimate goal, though one friend said her hair smelled burnt after washing it 2 days later! Place seems to have a bit of an identity crisis and needs to find a better "trademark." Great staff, phone etiquette and follow-up, questionable ROI.

I've been here two times for the keratin treatment. The first time was my first keratin treatment EVER. I was always skeptical (I have dry, wavy, a little coarse, thick, medium length hair- bless my Puerto Rican and Asian genes) but a friend told me it changed her life so I figured I'd find a Groupon and do it instead of paying $300+ for something that might not work. Amanda was my stylist and I really trusted her throughout the whole process. She was super informative and thorough when processing the treatment. She did warn me about an additional charge if they needed to use another bottle, but we ended up not needing it. My life has seriously changed! My blow drying time is cut in half and my hair is the softest it's ever been. I never wore my hair natural. I would not leave the house without drying and straightening it. Now, I can leave my house with wet hair and I don't worry about it getting frizzy or drying with ugly waves. It seriously tamed my hair dramatically. If you go before 5 months is up (when the treatment fades) you get a discounted price, so I went for my 2nd treatment a few weeks ago. The space is clean and nicely decorated. There is a room in the back for nail services. Don't be confused when you first walk in- they sell clothes and jewelry! The other stylists and staff are all so friendly and really look like they enjoy what they do. They seem to have fun while working! Although I was in there for a few hours for the treatment, I felt relaxed and never rushed. After my 2nd visit I am completely sold and I will be returning to get my other hair care needs done here!

J.C is not only a master cutter and colorist, but a true artist in Sorelle Studio. For my initial appointment, he took the time to get to know me and my long lifeless hair. He quickly came up with suggestions and we agreed to take a few inches off, add a few well placed layers and color my hair a rich and shiny blonde. My hair feels so healthy, has volume and style that lasts for days. What I love most about J.C is that he's an educator too. I learn something new from him with each visit. I now know how to properly apply product to my hair, use the flat iron and how to extend the life of my style for days. Many thanks to J.C for bringing out the best in my hair and making me feel beautiful! " A client for life." Am in love with Sorelle. It's so cozy and comfortable all the while being completely professional and cutting edge. The entire staff as well as Luchy is so personable and welcoming from the moment you walk in that you immediately feel at ease and know you're in good hands. I truly recommend it you will be coming out looking like a gorgeous super star.

I loved it here! I bought the groupon for the haircut, Moroccan oil, blow dry and style to try Sorelle, as I wasn't prepared to pay a ton for a haircut. It was super easy to make an appt with Amanda, and she was extremely nice. In fact, all the staff there were very friendly. I paid a bit extra to have JC do an undercut with a design I showed him on my phone, and I was SOOOO impressed! He's an artist! I definitely will go here for my next cut and touch up :)

So I bought the deal for a no chip mani and pedicure. Easy peasey online scheduling...LOVE! So this store is cool. There is clothing, accessories, along with a hair, nail and spa shop...literally this could be your one stop shop for a night out. The girl that did my nails...I am totally blanking on her name...did an awesome job. They looked great. Probably the best looking mani I have had in awhile. She actually listened when I said I like them round and short. They dont have massage chairs for the pedi, but it was still good. I still have a little place in my heart for my cheapy chop shop by me. I think they do a slightly better job, but Sorelle was still fantastic for the price. Overall, I would definitely go back here. The girls were great. They had lots of colors to choose from. They did an excellent job on my nails and feet. Easy street parking. You can shop for lots of other things. Easy online scheduling. CHEAP! What more could you ask for??? Like Arnold...I will be back

Came here off of a Groupon. Bought an acne facial for my 15yrs old son. He absolutely loved it. First facial ever. He is looking forward to another. Scrub, acne extraction, exfoliation, massage. He was in heaven. I scheduled my age limitless facial and also enjoyed it very much. Very relaxing, soothing and She gave me a sample brow wax. I was very hesitant to get brow wax. My skin in pretty sensitive and stays red for days after. Then was she used only hangs on to the hair and does not in any way irritate the skin. Loved it!! Beatriz is fabulous! They also offer deals on yelp and in store. Go!

I had a 60 minute facial with Michelle and it was great! I felt so relaxed throughout and she offered a lot of educational tips about skincare at the end. I also loved her energy and attitude! Side-note: I bought the three facials for $99 groupon and this was first time I ever had to pay tax at a vendor for a service I bought on groupon. It wasn't a lot of money ($3.88 in tax) and it won't deter me from coming back but this was the first time I've ever had to pay tax. So basically I will end up paying an extra almost $12 on top of the $99 I paid for the groupon. It isn't a huge deal but since I've never had to pay tax on a groupon service before this deal was a bit misleading.

The facial I received from Alexis was great. She explained everything to me in detail, was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Unfortunately, I wont be going back. The day of my facial, I purchased a cleanser for my mom that gave her an allergic reaction. I called and asked if I would be able to return the cleanser on a certain day; I was told yes. So silly me, I went in on that certain day to return the cleanser. Once I got there, the lady told me she "is not authorized to get into the register and return anything" and suggested I come back a different day when someone else is working (Side note- I don't live anywhere near the salon, I specifically went to Wicker for this reason). After going back and forth for a while, she "figured out" how to process the return. I worked in retail, I understand returns suck. However, to tell someone you don't know/can't process a return is ridiculous. I guarantee if I wanted to make a purchase, she wouldn't have told me to come back on a different day. It's too bad this happened, I would have loved to make this salon my go-to for facials.

I'm SO DISAPPOINTED with the keratin treatment I had there. I used a Groupon and had to pay extra at the salon because the bottle you get with the coupon apparently wasn't enough for my hair - although is not so long, but apparently is "too much hair". I ended paying almost 300 USD. I couldn't wash my hair for 4 DAYS, so I was waiting for a great result, and when I finally washed it, my hair was EXACTLY the same. I bought the free-sulfate shampoo and conditioner they told me, apparently that will prolongue the effect of the keratin on my hair (more $$$ I spent) and it was a completely disaster, my hair NEVER changed. I can't believe I spent so much money, time, and had my hair dirty for 4 days just for NOTHING.

I went to Sorelle for the first time- after not getting my haircut or color in a year! Amanda was great with talking me through my new style and informing me about the process. She also helped me figure out how to be the most economical with my decisions. Her knowledge and attention to details definitely made me confortable as a new client! I ended up with a beautiful cut and color- with a great deal as a new client! She also mentioned returning customers could get a discounted trip and upkeep if you visit back within the time period. Can't wait to be back with Sorelle!

Came here with a Groupon for a Brazilian wax. The esthetician did an amazing job removing all the hair as fast and as efficiently as possible. I was very pleased with her work and was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her and am sad I do not remember her name. I'm rating it 4 stars because this is the first place I've had to pay tax with a Brazilian or other spa service in addition to the Groupon, which isn't a huge amount but is a bit odd. Also, the first time I made an appointment over the phone, the receptionist said her computer wasn't working and she'd call me back. Of course she never did, and I had to call back again two days later. FYI, it's in a pretty busy area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Parking may be a challenge during peak hours.

I went to Sorelle after purchasing a Groupon for a women's hair cut, conditioning treatment, and blowout. The salon is really cute and decorated beautifully. Jeani was my hair stylist and I'm SO happy with how it turned out. He was so personable, friendly, and talented. Everyone was extremely welcoming and Jeani made my hair look beautiful and healthy. I already booked my next appointment. I can't wait to go back!

At first I was so unsure about this salon but I'm in LOVE!!! This is a one stop shop for all of your beauty needs. My first experience was a hydrofacial because I needed to hydrate my skin but they facial was so much more. I ended up getting my nails done (Dip) and I loved the color and the shape. I got the trial size skin care set to try the dermatologica skin care line and it has helped me with dry flaky skin. Now the fine lines are disappearing and this salon is growing on me. I will continue to post updates, my phone died so I don't have any photos.

I highly recommend getting a facial with Fatima! This was my first time getting a professional facial, and I didn't know what to expect. Fatima is such a sweet, knowledgeable and professional stylist. Sorelle itself is a very cool place. The owner was also very attentive, to the point that she offered me a glass of wine while I waited for my service (I got here 10 minutes before my appointment, and Fatima was ready for me right at the scheduled time). I'm in here every couple of weeks for waxing services with Fatima. She's amazing at what she does and my eyebrows always look flawless after I see her. Fatima is so sweet and really cares about her clients. The actual waxing room is clean and well lit, the other staff is always nice, and the prices are reasonable. After my great experiences with Fatima, I look forward to trying some of the other services offered at Sorelle!

Amanda is the first stylist I've had consistently and I LOVE the way she cuts hair. I trust her to use the right mix of color, which is extremely difficult to earn after someone turned my hair orange! She uses healthy products and actually knows what's in them. Overall, the salon is very nice and clean. It's great to have hair and nails in one spot. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very bright and loud, so just expect that going in!

I purchased a mani-pedi spa deal on Amazon Local several months ago and decided that I should use it now to celebrate the end of the semester. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. My technician was Megan and she was super sweet and easy to talk to. She took her time to make everything pretty. I appreciated the effort she put into me. The only complaint I have is the nail polish. I selected lavender Estelle Polish which appeared to be older than the rest. The consistency was thick which made my nails a pain to dry. I probably let my nails dry for 15 minutes, tried to adjust my pants, and messed up my index finger. Megan fixed it for me and then I was like "I think I'll just hang around till they're really dry." I waited maybe 20 minutes and decided to put back on my shoes and jacket. An hour after I got home, my nails (inc my toenails which probably had been done for 2+ hours) were STILL getting messed up. I put my fingers in ice cold water (as Megan and WikiHow suggested) to help the polish set. Then I put a top coat on any nails I messed up. Overall, I like Sorelle and would recommend it if you want a nice girly-girl mani-pedi day.

JC has done the best hair job ever to my hair. I always want that kind of blonde. Been to many places but he conquered it. I am impressed and he is sweet and nice and I highly recommend. I am a picky OCD person and for me to say that is huge!

Awful customer service. I'm sure the hair stylists and artists are incredible but had so much difficulty with the receptionist. I was having some technical difficulties using the online system and unfortunately had to reschedule multiple times. I called multiple times throughout the week to confirm the appointment times based on my issue with the system. The receptionist did not return my voicemail message and when spoken to on the phone was treated very disrespectfully "You canceled like 13 times....we have jammed phone lines you should have left a voicemail...the issue was on your end..." I was trying Sorelle for the first time because it was closer to home but now I will take my services back to my hair stylist in Lakeview with a more welcoming and respectful salon. Worth the drive. It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to my appointment based on the reviews! I'm sure the hair stylists are wonderful - it's too bad I wasn't patient enough to try it out.

This place is so amazing! I would definitely recommend it! Everyone is great but the best one is JC!! He is such an amazing hairstylist! Extremely professional. I wasn't sure of what to do with my hair and he totally helped me out and did such a great job! I hired him to do my wedding hair and I was just so happy with it!!! It came out so beautiful, I never imagined my hair would look so great for my wedding. I absolutely loved it!!! Don't think twice about this place! You will not regret it! I will be coming back for sure!!!

I cannot recommend JC enough!! I started seeing him in December when I wanted to try something totally new for my hair. I was nervous coming in because I have very thick hair and wasn't sure how a short cut would turn out. JC listened to my vision and concerns and helped to guide me to what ended up being an amazing cut! I really appreciate that the haircut didn't feel rushed and JC kept me at ease during the whole process. Everyone in the salon has always been so friendly, too! I've been back 2 more times and always have a great experience.

I just went today for the first time and got a Brazilian wax. Can't thank Alexis enough for how patient she was with me running late. She did everything she could to make sure I walked away satisfied, even with the shortened time. She was very comforting and made me feel at ease. Next appointment already made :)
