Probably the most satisfying dinner in Berlin. All the plates we tasted were so good. As a vegetarian I could choose different plates.
Aubergine hummus with pickled vegetables was the right starter, light but tasty.
Fennel with pickled apricot, mint, toasted almond and parmesab was very fresh, so well balanced and tasty too. Probably my favourite plate.
I took also the potatoes with miso mayo for sharong,so good top. Well cooked, crispy potatoes, really good.
The others took the duck with blueberry sauce and the turbot with asparagus. Both of them perfectly cooked and delicate.
We share a basque cheesecake with carrot compote.I never have tasted it before, I love the texture and, of course, the taste.
It is clear that there is a study behind this plates, bacause in my opinion the strong point was the combination between different ingredients that make every plate well balanced.
Of course the service was perfect, very kind, gentle and fast.
