Sorry Not Sorry Ice Cream Founders Open a Smash Burger Restaurant in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"At 9 p.m. on a Wednesday night there’s a line out the door for scoops of campfire s’mores and cookie butter ice cream, and the creamery — launched in March 2022 on West Flamingo Road by Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan — has since grown into a five-location operation serving flavors like bumbleberry cheesecake crumble and ube honeycomb. Belcher, who says “I’m not a chef,” used his @unlokt following (combined with partner accounts) to help publicize the concept, and the founders even tested smash burgers in 2021 with Damian Ocampo via popular pandemic-era parking-lot pop-ups that sold hundreds of burgers." - Janna Karel

We ordered a 2-scoop for $8.95 and got the Cinnamon Snickerdoodle and the Cookies & Cream. The employee was nice and gave us some of the favorites. Make sure to ask for samples as our initial choices didn’t taste that great. The Cinnamon Snickerdoodle was also quite sweet, but the Cookies & Cream was perfect. If we are around the area, we’d definitely stop by again.

The ice cream is absolutely 5-Star. The flavors are bold without being overly sweet. It’s the perfect balance of flavor and sweet. To my fellow customers: Move to the side and allow the people behind you to go ahead if you have plans to act like you’re at a buffet by taking more than 1-2 tastes of the flavors. No one wants to wait while we watch you testing enough flavors to fill one of the cups. To the employees: Give them one little spoon and then move people to the side who aren’t ready when they get to the counter. You could also ask if anyone in line is ready and allow them to go first while the others clean you out via taste tests. The wait times are ridiculous, and it’s totally avoidable.

Cooling off with a flight from @sorrynotsorrycreamery in Cerritos, CA 🍦 This flight featured Ube Honeycomb, Key Lime Butter Crumble, Milk & Cereal (a personal favorite), and the absolutely amazing Blueberry Maple Pancakes. As an ice cream fanatic, I can officially say this spot has made its mark — definitely a new favorite! 💯✨ #SorryNotSorryCreamery #CerritosEats #IceCreamFlight #UbeHoneycomb #BlueberryMaplePancakes #KeyLimeCrave #MilkAndCereal #IceCreamLovers #FoodieFinds #SoCalEats #DessertGoals #SweetToothSatisfied #Foodstagram #InstaFoodie #SummerTreats

Yeah I made it to Cerritos just to try Sorry Not Sorry, knowing how popular they've been, coming all the way from Las Vegas! The cute vibrant venue seemed to be consistently busy with decent line. They offered quite rich selection of flavors with 16 of them were their classic and 4 were rotational ones. Not to waste the opportunity, I didn't think twice to order flight, serving 4 giant scoops of ice cream. If I had to assign my rating to each, I would go with the below. Disclaimer, YMMV. Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie 6.5/10 Ube Honeycomb 7/10 O.G. Buttercake 8/10 Campfire S'mores 8.5/10 The first was nice, bold in chocolate flavor, but I would say nothing really standout from SNS version. Second was unique one with Asian touch, carrying ube as the main flavor sweetened by the honeycomb pairing. My BF and my friend had this as their #1, but for me I fancied bolder ube taste despite I did admit it's pretty decadent. Third was my FAVE, as I was a huge fan of butter cake and I almost always loved cream cheese / cheesecake flavored ice cream. I thought SNS surely nailed it very well, with right balance of sweetness and creaminess. Could surely land tight competition with Jen*'s #IYKYK ;) . I rated the Campfire Smore's the highest given all I know have tried it, had common opinion towards this flavor that it's distinctively YUM! Coming with toasted marshmallow base, it gave that nice burnt hint and all the mix-ins totally made you feel like eating smore's in the form of ice cream, which also delivered great combo of texture from the chocolate bars and the graham crackers. Looking forward to trying more of the new rotational flavors!

My wife and I decided to try this place after my brother-in-law suggested it. So, with two of our kids off with their friends, we took our other kids with us to try it for ourselves. And I'm certainly glad we did. The ice cream here was extremely delicious. It was very creamy, very smooth, almost like frozen silk going down your throat. And the choice of flavors on hand was very enticing. My wife and I decided to try the four flavor ice cream flight. We chose triple chocolate chunk brownie, campfire s'mores, coffee & donuts 2.0, and salted pistachio brittle - and all four flavors were extremely delectable. Our son ended up getting a sea salt caramel waffle cone, which he let us try as well. From what we had and sampled here, this is definitely a return trip for us, especially with our two other kids in tow next time. If I had one complaint, it would be the lack of seating at the establishment. I have a debilitating back injury, and standing can get painful. But since there are no seats at the establishment, we had to stand to eat there. But that is the only complaint I would have, and in the grand scheme of things, I wouldn't say it was enough to knock a star off of my 5-star rating for Sorry Not Sorry Creamery.

Really really cute ice cream shop that I've been wanting to check out and finally did! The staff was friendly and the flavors they had were unique and sounded great. I had the Ube honeycomb and blueberry cheesecake. Ube honeycomb was their most popular flavor the staff said but it was way tooooooooo sweet for me. I hope it had more ube flavor.

As someone who watches my A1C, I enjoy that they have a kid sized option for ice cream. I went with the most chocolatey flavor which was delicious. The merch here is nicely designed. I wanted to buy two sweaters but they didn't have any sizes in Medium left. When I was here there was a promotion for $10 off a $50 gift card purchase. There is no line at 5pm but the line will grow as it gets later into the evening. You can sample before you decide which flavor ice cream you want. There are also drinks here for purchase at the cashier. They are cashless.

What a lovely place and the most incredible flavors! I regret not asking the young gentleman who served me his name because he deserves full recognition for being so friendly and professional! I shared with him that I also worked at an ice cream shop and how much joy I was able to share with our customers and I told him that’s exactly the spirit I got from my visit so great job to everyone and keep hiring the best!
