As soon as we walked in, we were instantly greeted, offered free samples, and their customer service went over and beyond. Their menu offers a variety of classic and seasonal flavors with vegan/gluten free options. The samples really helped solidify the flavors I was going to choose for my scoops. My husband ordered a double scoop of the Cream Cheese Cinnamon Bun and I ordered a double scoop of the Ube Honeycomb and the Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble. Both of our ice-creams were perfectly scooped, filled over the rim, and definitely worth the price. The ice-creams are made of quality ingredients with a very creamy and smooth texture. I loved the Ube Honeycomb and my husband enjoyed his ice-cream as well. This place was definitely worth the hype and we’ll definitely be back for more.

A perfect experience. It was the day we were getting ready to leave Vegas, and we decided to try their ice cream. The staff was wonderful — they handled all seven of us at once with great service. I chose two seasonal flavors: pineapple and strawberry shortcake. Both had a great texture and were absolutely delicious. One bite led to another — I just couldn’t stop!

A family visit which was a treat. I didn’t like that i couldn’t see the ice cream. You eat with your eyes first, so if you’re not able to see the ice cream you’re choosing that for me isn’t the most awesome experience. However, their ice cream was proper creamy ice cream. Felt almost like gelato. We were a group of 8 and were able to try multiple flavours between us. 1. Lavender honey 2. Peanut butter and brownie batter - special 3. Ube honey comb 4 pistachio brittle 5. Salted caramel 6. Smores 7. Coffee doughnut 8. Mint chocolate chip

Their ice cream here is pure!! I dont know how else to say it but for you to just try it out! You'll be sorry if you go elsewhere haha. They do have rush hour so depending on what time you come, the lines can get pretty long. Staff members are amazing and they let you try any ice cream flavors to help you decide what you want to get. If you don't want a cone but still want to add that crunch, they have mini wafers. No place to sit and eat ice cream inside, but they do have 2 tables outside. Usually always taken though. Overall, always a good experience of ice cream here.

We got 4 flights to try out most of the flavors. Pretty much all of them were great! The waffles that came with them were delicious as well. I was even impressed that I liked the Snickerdoodle vegan flavor as much as I did, despite being a little hesitant to try it since I typically like my ice cream made from its usual dairy ingredients. Service was friendly and accommodating. I just wish there had been indoor wheelchair accessible seating. There were some standing counter tables only so we had to sit outside in the cold because one of our family members uses a wheelchair.

I found their ice cream to have just the right amount of sweetness. I tried the ice cream flight where you can choose four flavors. The flavors were great and I love that they offer a good variety enough to have options without being overwhelming. I’m definitely going back to try more!

This ice cream shop has a small town and home grown feel. Inside and outside seating. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking and easy to get being right off the I-215 beltway. It also is open later than many other desert places, making it a great choice for a late night after dinner dessert or a treat after an evening sporting event. Their prices are also reasonable. Kids enjoyed the ice cream here. I particularly enjoyed the artwork inside! The line was almost out the door but we got our ice cream faster than expected and the artwork is fun to look at while you wait. Unique flavors but we have not so adventurous kids so it was Milk and Cereal and Triple Chocolate Chunk Brownie. Everything was super delicious!

This ice cream is NOT very main stream. If you are looking for a unique ice cream experience this is the place. This shop was not even in possession of chocolate or vanilla ice cream...HUH Also had only one topping behind the counter chocolate sauce ? No indoor seating to enjoy your Lavender Ice Cream ? One of the best ice cream spots in town Pros - wide variety of flavors. My favorites are definitely the ube and buttercake. Super friendly service and quick delivery. Cons - none! My go to place for ice cream to go!

Finally got to try this place and wow it did not disappoint! I ordered the salted pistachio brittle and a scoop of the cookie butter and I can't decide which one is better lol!! Both were equally delicious! The place is a little small but cute and the staff working that day was friendly! Come check it out!

Thank you TikTok! I bookmarked this place prior to our trip for dessert. I ordered the Ube Honeycomb and so glad I did. It was rich and flavorful. Everything about it was perfect, I highly recommend it. The employees are all so helpful and even though the line was long, we weren't shy to ask for samples. It was YUMMY! Can't wait to come back again to try different flavors.

First of all cookies and cream is one of my favorite ice creams and this one takes the cone lol. I could have a whole tub of this ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered a solution for my girlfriend's dilemma in picking a flavor. The area lead very clean and the neon happy face was a great photo opportunity for my ice cream.

Was surprised from the reels and reviews I've seen that we walked right in the door on a Saturday night with no lines no waitin. Be ready for the aroma explosion when you walk in. If only there was smellavision. So good!! Take deep breaths. Was not surprised when we walked out and there was a long line that had formed while we were ordering. The girl that helped us with our selections was friendly and shared her opinions and favorites with us. I chose four different flavors in a flight. Next time I would definitely try a few before just ordering them. So word to the wise, "try before you buy." None of it was bad per se, Just not flavors I would have picked for more than a bite or two. I loved the bumbleberry cheesecake crumble most. I'm not usually a waffle cone person but they put a piece of one with each flavor and they were really good. I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try. Don't think you'll be "sorry!"

I ordered the salted peanut butter brownie batter, a seasonal summer flavor, and my husband got the pineapple upside down cake. We enjoyed both! The peanut butter brownie batter is great if you like the chocolate and peanut butter combo, and the pineapple flavor has a nice tartness to it. We always make it a point to try their seasonal flavors because they never disappoint. There's usually a line when we go, but this time there wasn't, so we were in and out quickly. The person helping us was super nice and offered samples of all the seasonal flavors to help us decide. This is one of our go-to ice cream spots, and we'll definitely be back. The inside is nice, and there are a few outdoor seating options, but we chose to eat in our car to escape the summer heat.

Recently visited Sorry, Not Sorry for the first time and had a great experience! We went on a weekend evening and it wasn't too busy. I sampled their fan favorite, the ube honeycomb, which was absolutely delicious and subtly sweet, but we ended up getting the seasonal cream cheese cinnamon roll flavor instead. It was creamy, perfectly cinnamony, and reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, with tasty cream cheese chunks throughout. Great customer service, and I'll definitely be back to try more flavors!

Super easy and fast to stop by and grab a double scoop in a waffle cone. I went with the honey lavender and salt & caramel. Both scoops tasted great, somewhat challenging to find a solid hard ice cream place in Vegas. This spot met the challenge. My ice cream scooper extraordinaire gave me prompt service with a smile!

Sorry Not Sorry Creamery is easily one of the best ice cream spots in Las Vegas. Their ice cream is ultra-smooth, rich, and has that signature stretchy creaminess that sets it apart. Personal favorites? The Bumbleberry Cheesecake Crumble, Honey Lavender, Ube Honeycomb, and of course, the O.G. Buttercake. They also rotate seasonal flavors, so there's always something new to try. If you can't decide, go for the flight -- four scoops served on a tray so you can sample a mix. They do offer vegan options, but the classic dairy-based flavors are where they really shine. The staff is friendly and patient, even when the line gets long (which it often does -- lots of people sample before choosing). One of my friends came to visit from Connecticut and ended up going to Sorry Not Sorry three times in one weekend. That says it all.

I love that they have full dairy options, vegan options, as well as different sizes such as single scoop, kids scoop, double scoop, and even flights (flights come with little waffle crisps)! They also do waffle cones too. PARKING : Shared parking lot with other shops, not hard to find parking! This review has been sitting my drafts for a year, but I've been thinking about this spot lately so here we go. When my brother told me I had to check out Sorry Not Sorry Ice Cream, I knew it had to be good--but WOW, I wasn't ready for THAT level of deliciousness. I absolutely love ice cream and as someone who simply cannot choose just one flavor (YOLO!), I went full-send and ordered a flight--for myself, lol. No regrets. Zero. Nada. They have fun, creative flavors; many of which are not your typical, run of the mill. I tried four flavors: - Sea Salt & Caramel - Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba - Ube Honeycomb - Double Stuffed Cookies & Cream Each one was a winner. The ice cream itself was luxuriously thick and creamy--on par with my forever fave, Salt & Straw (yes, I said it!). Can't go wrong with sea salt caramel together, the brown sugar milk tea with boba was also delicious. But let's talk about the real MVP: the UBE HONEYCOMB. Omg. A lot of places throw around the word "ube" without truly delivering on flavor. Not here. This one was the real deal. It immediately transported me back to the "dirty ice cream" (that's what it's called) carts in the Philippines--in the best, most nostalgic way. It was sweet, earthy, vibrant, and paired with real honeycomb? It was absolute magic on your tastebuds. I loved it so much that I went back and bought a whole pint before we even left the place. If you're in Vegas and even remotely into ice cream, run don't walk to Sorry Not Sorry. Get the flight. Live your best life. You can thank me later.

While visiting the Las Vegas area, I was looking to try the best Ice Cream in area and I believe I found it at Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery. There was a line on a 105 plus degree Sunday, but the line moved pretty quickly, and I was met with friendly service at the counter as I tried a couple flavors and didn't feel rushed. I decided on a cup of "Coffee & Doughnuts 2.0", and "Triple Chocolate Brownie". Both delicious flavors, full of texture and in general the ice cream was the perfect blend of creamy and slightly icy. This is just a great, fun ice cream spot, and although I was staying on the Vegas strip it was well worth the trip to visit Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery.

Same as any good artisanal ice cream spots. A lot of seasonal flavors and their popular flavors are popular for a reason. Texture is more on the creamy side and when they do had texture to the ice cream, it's not overpowering. I do think it's on the sweeter side, but it does taste pretty good. If I'm in the area, this would be my go-to ice cream spot.

First time visiting this location and the young lady helping us was so helpful and welcoming. At first I was set on ordering the Ube Honeycomb but she offered for us to taste samples- she was not rushing us at all as we tried to figure out what we wanted. I got to sample the Bumbleberry Cheesecake crumble, Salted Pistachio Brittle and OG buttercake. I ended up getting a 1 scoop on a cone of OG Buttercake. The1 scoop was more than enough and very fulfilling! This location is the same size at the Inspirada location with a high top bar like table facing the window to stand and enjoy your ice cream. DEFINITELY would come back and recommend to cool off on VERY hot day.

My sister has raved about this place for months because of their vegan options (I'm allergic to dairy). We finally got a chance to go after a nice day at the pool. We got there at just the right time because the line gets pretty long. AND WITH GOOD REASON!! The Snickerdoodle vegan ice cream... this may be the best ice cream I've ever had in my life. I paired it with the vegan rocky road on a waffle cone. Every lick was like heaven. Kinda wanted to cry when it was done. lol. Loved it so much I paid for door dash to deliver a pint a few days later. And I don't usually spend that kind of money on just ice cream. But it was worth it!! Can't wait to go back!!

They have vegan ice cream!!! The ambiance is simple with a walk up counter with no seating, but service is great. The vegan ice cream I chose was the snickerdoodle and rocky road and both were great!!!

Yelp Review 2025 #93: Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery has about 4 locations in town for now. I wouldn't be surprised if they open a few more shops in other parts of town. I've only been to 2 locations so far and they're both busy...for a reason. They give free samples to help you pick your perfect scoop or pint. If you're solely getting ice cream by the pint, skip the line and go straight to the counter to grab and pay for your pint(s). They have regular flavors and seasonal flavors. We tried their seasonal flavors: Peach and Sour Cream, and Guava Cheese Crisp. Both are very interesting. I like their play on flavors and textures. I remember not liking their Ube Honeycomb that much (honeycomb is supposed to be lightly crunchy but it disintegrated into the ice cream so, it's basically caramel sauce). Salted Pistachio Brittle is tried and tested A+ pint. Coffee and doughnuts is another solid flavor. I like their freshly-made waffle cones. They're light and crispy - similar to a pizzelle. For the best texture and ice cream eating experience at home (when you get ice cream by the pint), I get a scoop in a cup and let it sit in room temperature for about 5 minutes just when it starts to melt around the ice cream. Dig your spoon and watch the stretch ones of the ice cream. Oh so good! They have merchandise such as caps, shirts, hoodies, and totes. Service is good. The shop layout is pretty standard. It's smaller and can only fit fewer than 30 people. There are no tables and chairs. You get your ice cream and get out. There's a bar top by the door so if you want to stand and eat your ice cream, you can...or just go outside if the weather is nice.

Omgggg YUM!!! Was visiting from LA and wanted dessert after a delicious sushi dinner. When we looked on Yelp, we saw Sorry, Not Sorry and we jumped at the chance to go considering we've heard such good things about it. The shop was in a strip mall and easy to find. Parking was plentiful. We were greeted by friendly staff and were able to sample all their delicious flavors. I landed on a guava cheese and the butter cake split scoop. It was so so so good! The ice cream was creamy and rich. I cannot wait to visit again and try more flavors.

My group all loved our ice cream and they have a large selection of flavors; they even make fresh pancakes if you want a snack. I would definitely come back as the employees were patient and kind. My usual go to is the pistachio brittle and OG buttercake. Matt was amazing, giving samples and recommendations. Super personable and professional. Had to try the blueberry maple pancake and the cookie butter swirl this time around. Great combination. Also got the vegan strawberry shortcake; CANNOT tell it's vegan, it's so creamy. Always bring my friends and family from out of town here and will continue to do so.

It smells soooo good in here! Also, you know this place is good when you see a line out the door even on a cold winter night. The employees were super friendly and offered samples immediately when we stepped up to order. We ended up getting the ube honeycomb in a waffle cone. I kinda wished they offered the waffle in cup form. The ube is a little on the muted side but it was still pretty good. I will definitely be back to try their other flavors!

Delicious and refreshing! Great new flavorssee menu. Customers can taste any flavors and as much as they want prior to deciding what flavor they want. Customer service is always excellent!

Really good ice cream! Sampled Milk and Cereal, Salted Pistachio Brittle and Ube Honeycomb. To me the winner was milk and cereal! It had a perfect amount of sweetness and the crunchy texture from cereal was a great addition. Will go back!

Soooo good, this place was pretty happening at 10:00pm on a Friday. It is impressive despite a queue everything moved quickly and the team was super friendly giving everyone an amazing experience. Not only do they have the best Ice Cream they legit have the best tasting vegan options ever. They encourage a taste with a sample on the little baby spoons. The 1 scoop is the size of a baseball rested on top of a super crunchy waffle cone. The ice cream ( oat milk), strawberry shortcake, worked its way down the whole cone. Perfect to the last bite. This was the best cone I remember. The odd feeling is like a beach or vacation was missing. Ice cream bliss!

Honestly some of the best ice cream we have ever had! So think it almost resembles custard. We were lucky enough to try samples of the many different flavors but then ended up going for the oreo and double chocolate brownie and the ice cream was amazing! The CONES are spectacular and taste so fresh ------better than any other cone I've ever tried. If you have kids: The kids cones we got were most certainly no kids cone. They were gigantic. The small single scoop would have been plenty. Also kids had a bit of a hard time ordering as they couldn't see the flavors. A visual menu for little people would have been nice as they really do eat with their eyes. If you have kids maybe show them the menu on your phone first? All in all we had great service and loved our ice cream. Would definitely recommend.

I love ice cream and I'm so glad I tried this place. It smelled so good when I walked in and I couldn't wait to try ice cream. There was a long line but it moved pretty fast. I'm glad I only got a single scoop because it was rich and sweet. I will definitely come here again and try another flavor :)

Shoot, I'm not sorry I came here! The ice cream was delicious. We had the ube honeycomb and the brambleberry crumble. The cone was so light and crisp all at the same time. No seating inside. There are a couple of tables outside but it was too cold. Definitely I'll come back again.

Visited this place after driving by and being enticed by the long line of people waiting on a chilly sunday night. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the intoxicating smell of fresh waffle cones and the fun pink/ black color scheme all over the walls and the cups and spoons. The employees were very friendly and allowed my friends and me to sample as many flavors as we wanted. I ended up ordering a split single scoop of cherry amaretto chip and the ube honeycomb. I looooved the cherry amaretto - it reminded me of a more sophisticated take on Cherry Garcia. The ube honeycomb was also good, but there wasn't really any honeycomb in mine, so I wish I ordered the salted pistachio brittle which I sampled instead. I really wish they had not sold out of waffle cones because I'm sure it would've further enhanced my experience. Overall, I would definitely return to try a bunch of their other unique flavors and a waffle cone!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for SORRY NOT SORRY CREAMERY! We walked in our first time and were greeted by a friendly staff who let us sample any flavor we wanted! Deciding which delicious flavor is the hardest part bc every bite is better than the one before! We especially liked all the vegan choices! Not to mention the fact that they make their waffle cones in house and they are also vegan! What?!! So cool!! The restaurant offers an assortment of size options. We appreciated the split scoop option since we wanted to cut back on the sugar. It was the perfect size for a delightful sweet dessert. This chic and clean establishment is the perfect spot for an ice cream craving.

My wife wanted some ice cream after our lunch. I searched and found Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery. It's a small place with tables outside. Inside, they have different combinations of ice cream that they make in small batches. They even have 3 vegan options. I chose the vegan strawberry shortcake. It tasted great. I can taste the cheesecake and strawberry. I wished they had strawberries instead of strawberry swirl. Still great. DJ's rating: 4.52/5.00 Would we come back? Yes. Definitely.

First time here...I know, can you believe it?! Sole reason for this visit was because of the Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake seasonal flavor. I let the friendly male employee who was gonna make our ice cream know it's our first time here. He let us know all flavors are available for sample and to try as many we desire. He was patient with us while we tried ube honeycomb, bumbleberry cheesecake, honey lavender and a few others. Honey lavender turned out to be my favorite out of the bunch I've sampled but since it's a permanent flavor, I decided to get the pumpkin spice cheesecake. Fiancé got a split cup of ube honeycomb & bumbleberry cheesecake. Split cup is additional 50 cents. The pumpkin spice cheesecake is a must for all pumpkin lovers...perfect to get into the autumn festive spirit. It's not disgustingly sweet but sweet enough to satisfy your cravings. I love how they offer a kids size...it's basically just a smaller scoop than the regular small size. I'm not the biggest fan of sweets so the kids size was enough to tickle my tastebuds. I can see why this ice cream spot is so popular. Can't wait to see what their holiday seasonal flavors are. We'll def be back!

So so so delicious so rich and tasty. Jr served us he was very knowledgeable, kind, with such a great attitude. Such a cute ice cream spot the inside is very pretty, very cozy.

Been wanting to try this place ever since I saw a TikTok on it months ago. Finally got the opportunity and man, it was up there with some of the best ice cream I've ever had. I couldn't settle on one flavor so of course, I ordered the flight of four scoops. The flavors I tried were Ube (my favorite), cookies n' cream, bumbleberry (second favorite), and the seasonal cinnamon roll cheesecake (least favorite, but still good). The service was also good. I arrived shortly after them opening and was able to order right away. Shortly after I received my ice cream, a huge line began forming. So get here early if you want to avoid the crowds. It's known to get crazy later in the day.

Sorry, I'm not sorry. For you being sorry. What a sorry overpriced mess. On top of everything else, a sorry excuse for service. So sorry you lived up to your name. Sorry.

Our favorite ice cream spot in Vegas! My family had recommended this to me when I visited town and we come back every time we are in town. We tried their white peppermint bark, ube honeycomb and cookie butter. Their ice cream is SO creamy and flavors are super rich. 10/10 recommend!

Dessert in Las Vegas, Nevada... After dinner, we searched our Yelp apps for a nearby place and found Sorry Not Sorry. We had visited the Ceretos location, so we knew that vegan flavors are available. They are made with Oat Milk. We found easy, free parking and stood in line - which moved quickly. I appreciated the air conditioning and cute decor! I ordered Strawberry Cheesecake... it's wonderful to eat this treat without fear of having pain later! It also tasted great!

Very creamy and delicious!!!!! Bottom scoop is Coffee and Doughnuts 2.0 and top one is Whiskey Bananas Foster. This is the best ice cream ever and i have tried manyyy "unique" ice cream places and this is it. On top of that they have unique blends This is a real creamery the ice cream is CREAMY! There is always a long line but well worth it i promise ! 100/10!!

Best local ice cream in town all locations throughout Las Vegas will leave you wanting for more. They let you try flavors as much as you as you want and they're super friendly! My hubby and I always drive to the flamingo location for late night cravings and for weekend guilty pleasure. We want to shout out "Eboi" (with the JJK tattoo) for always giving us a good customer service. Don't wait til your folks leave town before taking them here! Shoutout to unlokt for this place!

Amazing experience after a nice big meal!! I was super happy with the service here at sorry not sorry creamery! The workers kitt, Dante, and iboy were soo kind and generous especially for accommodating our group of 17 with choosing a flavor perfect for each one of us. I got the ube honeycomb and it was soooo good!!! I've had a lot of ube ice cream but this place was a perfect mix of rich and creamy. The vibes and indoor area is super cute and welcoming and has lots of area to hang
