Couldn’t have a more positive experience!! To start, the food is absolutely incredible. I got the Dip per recommendation and it lived up to the hype. Their carbonara is incredible, and their happy our Cab is delicious! Service isn’t immediate, but the restaurant is extremely busy and there is no short on hustle for the service team. Every worker was approachable and accommodating. If the reviews I read were true about them closing, I’m extremely sad to see them go. Nothing but a positive experience !!!

This was a last minute stop and it did not disappoint 👏 From the location to the friendly staff, to the aesthetic and the happy hour. The Dip was so filling and tasty. The wine selection is perfection with everything very easy to read and to navigate.

The food was OK, nothing special. But we got on Tuesday, which was a half a bottle price day, which was nice Service was good, so is the atmosphere. Not sure if will be back again, but can be a good place for a simple dinner or a simple date.

My fiancé and I absolutely love this place. From our first date, engagement party, anniversaries to a quick brunch date on the weekend, Sorso will always be our first pick. The service is always incredible and the menu has never missed. They are always adding new fun dishes and twists & it always keeps us coming back for more. If you are traveling, live right next door or live across town… this is seriously the place to go! The best cocktails and wine & even better food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Confession I am writting this review after a long time I visited this place. The is usually packed with all the trendy crowd. The vibe is amazing. Lots of wine options and Bree is just great. If I come to Scottsdale I will surely visit this place.

Had a really great experience. Came for drinks and charcuterie. No reservation needed and was immediately sat. They brought our water for the dog as well. Great drinks and atmosphere.

Went here over the Thanksgiving weekend with a large group.. the hostess was able to accommodate us with no wait time. The menu is good for light eats, we loved the appetizers. The sandwiches were okay.. will return to taste the wine 😊

So, I just read Daniel's very creative review and need to say "you sit on a throne of lies. You smell like beef and cheese". I was in the restaurant at the time Daniel claimed to have been so wronged. I neither saw him or anything other than the finest display of hospitality by Joey and team. On top of that I had a lovely salad and glass of Gruet. Thanks, Sorso peeps!

We were greeted and were able to sit on the patio for dinner. The restaurant was a little dark but the music was good. I ordered the Insalata crab asparagus and burrata salad. It was fresh and large enough to take half home. My spouse got the boss. It was cheesy and the crust was crispy but the pancetta was a little salty. They were not busy but the service was very slow. Our waiter never refilled our water. We had to wave down our waiter to get a togo box and the bill. A waitress noticed we were ready to pay and leave so she came by to pick up our bill so we could pay and leave.

Atmosphere, service, tasty, prices...check, check, check, & check. Would i recommend? Check yes! Maybe the champagne Flight talking but everything was what I was looking for. Indoor/outdoor dining experience was perfect for enjoying a beautiful day. Our server was sweet & attententive. Felt like the price i paid was worth what we got. Would recommend the Brussel board & flatbread. Yum!

The food here was delicious. Highly recommend the Sorso Mac, the bread dip, the bolognese (sorsognese). Follow the brand because they know what they're doing! The mussels and the bruschetta were good also. The breads are a good size to get a few to share. It's a cute place with moderate level music and comfortable bench seating. The server was super friendly and accommodating of our party with two babies (who also enjoyed the food). The only down side is the hostess gave us some pretty dirty looks when we walked in and asked for a table to be seated. No idea why.

Ohhhh for the love of all- this pistachio Brie with baguettes and green apple is EVERYTHING!!! We scraped every little bit out of the bottom! You will be 1000% over the Brie cheese moon!

This is a great spot to take a break from shopping at The Scottsdale Quarter. I enjoy sitting at one of the outdoor tables and people-watching. The four-piece bruschetta is my go-to choice. For me, this is more of a brunch spot or a place to grab a quick appetizer and a glass of wine before diving back into the shops at The Scottsdale Quarter or nearby Kierland. Happy hour is Monday through Wednesday from 3-6 PM.

We love Sorso! It has a great selection of cocktails and wine. Nice assortment of food and we always try something different every time we are there. Salads sandwiches and flatbreads are all good choices. Our server Emilie was sp friendly and attentive.

Great friends, food and wonderful service! We filled up the private room and had a Friday night of fun! If you haven't been before, go while you still can! If you have and haven't visited in a while, go! I bet you'll ask yourself, "why has it been so long since we've been back?" Thank you for a wonderful night!

This is a great place for a date night or meet up with friends. The food was amazing and customer service was great. The ambiance was aesthetically pleasing.

Think pop machine but for Wine!! You can get a payment card and select your own samples to try from the wine dispensers! Such a cool and unique idea! If you're not wanting to taste test, you can order a bottle to your table like we did. The staff was very informative and helpful! We also order a charcuterie board, the dip and the brussel sprouts which were all so good! The bacon in the brussel sprouts was *chefs kiss* I really liked the set up of the restaurant, it gave almost a brewery feel but elevated. Really welcoming and plenty of seating!

Visited for the first time this week. It was during a slow period so I had most of the place to myself. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I some great wine and had an amazing beet salad. Great spot to refuel while shopping at Scottsdale Quarters for sure!

The customer service is top tier. Our waiter was super knowledgeable with the menu and had great suggestions. The food is amazing, fabulous wine selection. Love the atmosphere, great night for a girls night or date night.

We tried this after seeing it featured on Check Please Arizona and enjoyed the experience. We got there for happy hour and tried a couple of the appetizers. The Dip was delightfully hot and cheesy and served with perfectly toasted bread. We also tried the hummus board. The hummus was good, a little thinner than we expected but the taste was very good. It could have been served with more veggies and less bread. We then ordered the Shmear campaign flat bread . It was delicious!! A smear of the dip cheese, capers for the salty bite, arugula and the pickled onions to top it off were perfect. Olive the wine bar that lets you get a 1 1/2, 3 or 6 oz pour of any of the wines which is a wonderful way to try many wines without buying a whole glass. The portions are good size. The salads are definitely enough for 2 as was the flat bread. The ambiance is very welcoming and waitress was cheerful and helpful

We love this spot! It was our first date spot years ago and every so often we love visiting this side of town. Delicious pasta and flatbreads, and the wine vending machines are always fun! Service is always great and fast.

Great atmosphere and wine selection! Love that they have also have games (i.e. Cards Against Humanity, Apples to Apples, etc.).

My favorite place to get Mac and Cheese!!! The service, ambiance, and food has always been top tier for me here! The Million Dollar Mac and The Dip is always my go-to! If you are ever in the Scottsdale Quarter you NEED to try this out! Our server, Matthew was so kind and attentive. Thank you for the great service!!!

Five stars all around! We had a large group and we never wanted for anything. The staff did an amazing job and the food and drink were all top notch. We had the charcuterie board, some flatbreads, salad & bruschetta. The small room we had was perfect for the group of 8. I love the decor with plenty of beautiful wood, wine bottles and crates. The ladies room was also beautiful. Just don't expect to check your lipstick, because it's too dark to see yourself in there.

Great happy hour and good times with friends! They let us stay and chat for a couple hours, never made us feel rushed. Great wine :)

You can never go wrong with a fun wine bar with your friends! Purchase a "wine credit card" and taste wines from the wine "vending machines". Plus, enjoy tasty food with even a side of trivia on Wednesday nights. While very uncharacteristic, a lot of the wines were running out the last time I was there, however, the workers were helpful and accommodating. Quick service and a fun place to go!

What an off experience . We were sat in the corner of the bar, no talking, no discussion that's what was offered. We booked a reservation that they would not honor. For more than an hour a 2 top has been available we came in for a quick caviar. We got to hear staff cuss about patrons, one staff member said Jesus f**k! Manager said no more walk ins community table was empty this was off putting.I wanted to support you as much as possible before you closed, but I cannot support this!

I decided to pop over here for dinner last night last minute figuring they had 7pm Trivia so I could enjoy a bit of people-watching and trivia while I was at it. It was a lovely time! The bartender made me a fabulous mocktail! I hope one day they bring nonalcoholic bubbly but in the meanwhile, I loved her twist on a grapefruit-inspired mocktail. VERY fresh and tasty! I ordered the Turkey and Fig Jam sandwich with a side salad and chips and quite enjoyed it! I had the fig jam on the side so I could control the sweetness. I saw the charcuterie board - that looked fabulous. I made a few friends while I was there and they ended up staying to play trivia with me - made for a fun night! They shared an oyster rockefellar with me - super nice of them. I love raw oysters - honestly felt like the oyster got hidden in all the stuff on top of it. Wouldn't order that myself personally - would love if they add a raw oyster option to the menu. Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend it!

Sorso Wine Room never disappoints! I discovered this hidden gem recently and I can't stop coming back. The food is always on point, the service is phenomenal and the vibes are unmatched! Sorso brings it with various fine wines, a full bar, sandwiches, flatbreads, a fire dip and more. It's a very cute date spot with a variety of seating inside, at the bar, and outside too (with shade spots and spots for sun). They have a lovely brunch on the weekends, which is usually accompanied by live music. ($5 Bloody Marys and Mimosas, yes please!) All in all, I felt obligated to write this review as it's such a great spot every time I visit! It's always pretty easy to find a seat in as well, which is nice! I've tried a variety of foods here: salads, flatbreads, apps, sandwiches, etc. and they are bringing it in the kitchen. The crab, the burrata, the pancetta, don't get me started! I highly recommend giving Sorso Wine Room a shot!

This is such a darling little place! I came up to Scottsdale from Chandler to meet a girlfriend for some drinks and this was the perfect spot. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because of the wall of wine. They have a similar restaurant/wine bar like this in Fort Worth Texas. Except in Fort Worth Texas, they had a Sommelier there are to explain the different wines that were on tap. They didn't have anything like that here so I would like to make a suggestion to at least have some type of literature or something that you could tell us. In Fort Worth, Texas they had someone there the sommelier who at least would say this is a sweet wine. This is a crisp wine and they also had some literature on it. About the food, my girlfriend got a salad and she loved that. The atmosphere is great and I definitely will be back. But for the love of everything that's holy please give us some literature on the wine.

What a fun little wine bar- I wasn't in the headspace to be drinking but the lady I spoke to while waiting for the bathroom told me how they bring in amazing wines all the time! I will admit that the service was off when we arrived- to the point where we were confused if we entered through the correct door- but once we got settled (it took a while despite it not being busy) all was uphill. Our server who initially ignored us when we asked to be seated was then super on top of things (clearly working for tips which is expected). Despite the rocky start, the food is VERY good. The menu is what it is listed at- simple, clean, heart ingredients and ample servings to share!

We visited this great wine bar many years ago after they first opened and were excited to return. We had 6:30 reservations on a Sunday night. We were seated at a small cozy corner table and the manager welcomed us, got us water and provided the wine list as our young server was busy elsewhere. As before the main feature of this place (that I enjoy) are the wine dispensing machines featuring 32 different wines by the glass including whites, reds and rose, and the ability to purchase a taste, half or full glass. It's fun to try different things. You get a card to use in the machine tied to a credit card. The BIG change is how the food menu has expanded and been elevated. On our prior visit 5-ish years ago it was little more than cheese and salami, now in addition to a hearty charcuterie they have interesting salads, a dozen or so inventive bruschetta' combinations, soups and Even entrees and deserts. Were it not for the great manager, I might have had to lower the rating as I found the service wanting. Perhaps our server was new, perhaps too many tables, whatever the reason we had to flag her down to order, chase her down to get the check, water was never refilled-you get the picture. Nonetheless we enjoyed the great food and wine although the selections are very much geared to wines of California Washington and Oregon with just a few old world wines in the mix-particularly glaring omission was red burgundy. Still a great spot to spend an evening.

Servers always welcome you with a smile on their face, and are never bothered to bring anything you order to the table no matter if you've already made your order and need to add something else. Lovely environment and delish food.

Fantastic! Came in for a quick drink and was ability blown away. My Old Fashion was incredible and done perfect! Service an A+!! Tyler is the man to see! Loved so much we returned the same night for dinner. More drinks and the Brie! O.M.G!! The atmosphere is just wonderful. Def recommend.

If I could put zero stars I would. Owner has no respect, kept flipping me and my friend off. Disgusting and do NOT recommend this place. Food is disgusting as well as service. DO NOT GO!!!!!

This place is great for a date night or a happy hour after work. They have a very good happy hour if you're looking for something casual but with a sophisticated vibe. The food is really good. I was pleasantly surprised by their warm bruschetta! They also have a great variety of wines!

I love this place! Wow, it's so cute and the service is great. They have an incredible happy hour and on Tuesdays, all bottles of wine under $100 are half priced. I saw a rack of board games that you're able to take to your table and play! There is also trivia, I believe on Wednesdays. Great spot for any occasion. The wine selection is huge and the food menu has a ton of options. We just tried the bruschetta, but we really enjoyed it. Will absolutely be going back **the only reason I am not leaving a 5 star review is because I have not tried any of the entrees or food outside of bruschetta, but I intend too**

We dropped in on a pleasant weekday afternoon in the late fall, as the sun streamed down between the commercial and condo buildings. The windows were open, the room cool and shaded. Naturally, they have a wine club. Selections from all over the world grace the walls. Young professionals on their first dates talked in quiet tones while reds in stemmed glasses eased their minds. My Lady and I chose to try some new wines from Arizona and Tuscany. Both were enjoyable, but it was the ambience and the wine club deals that held our attention. For a flat fee one could take a glass up to a wall of taps and sample any six of a dozen wines, all measured pours. I imagined that if I lived in the condos across the street I would be a regular here.

Our favorite spots in Scottsdale Quarter. Food is always delicious. We do miss the melted cheese in the bread bowl! The salads are big and tasty. So is the soup. We love the wine selection, as well as the cocktail selection.

Stopped in for a late lunch on Valentine's Day. Restaurant had maybe 10 customers in it. Waited 10 minutes to order a glass of wine and 10 more minutes to get it. One person handling everything in the restaurant except cooking. Server never came back to take our food order so paid for wine and walked over to Culinary Dropout to enjoy the rest of the afternoon. Bad experience!

I hosted my wine club here in Sorso's semi-private Cellar 24 Room, and our waitperson Zoe took excellent care of us! We ordered and shared flatbreads, bruschetta and muffuletta sandwiches, all of which were very tasty! We also had several bottles of Happy Hour house wines which were definitely above caliber compared to most house wines. Everyone had a good time, particularly those who enjoyed the self-dispensing wine feature. We will definitely be back!

Sorso Wine (Bar) is a wonderful place to hang out, relax, chill, sip and just have an overall great time. It has that "hip place after work" feel to it, with dozens, and dozens of wine on tap, along the wall and behind the bar (see photo). Nice! You sit in the bar area and use their Wine Room card to make your purchases over on the wall. All very cool. We normally grab a few appetizers and pick a wine and chill. Everything on the menu is good. Five Stars good.

A big group of us stopped in for lunch during our friend's bachelorette party weekend. They accommodated a group of 10 with relatively short notice which was much appreciated! Most of us ordered the bubbles flight, which consisted of 4 different types of sparkling wine/champagne. All 4 glasses were generously poured and tasted great! We also ordered various appetizers for the table (get the hummus plate, it's outstanding) and I had a crab salad, which I also highly recommend.

Met up with some friends for a lil holiday lunch & gift exchange. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food was delicious as we chatted over baked Brie, bruschetta, shrimp w/chorizo, warmed olives, sandwiches and a couple cheeky cocktails. Our server/bartender was Amazing and we were well looked after! Ty so much.

Great place for online dating scene body language watching! But, let's not forget the great wine, charcuterie choices, and personal service. As you know, I am a bar-sitter and bartender Liv provided personable and professional attention. I was highly impressed w the wine selection ( a red blend - Eight Years In The Desert, suggested by my copine). The pick & choose charcuterie item menu also worked well, and enjoyable. The negative... drain smell while seated at the bar.

Stopped in for a quick glass of wine with a friend. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Extensive, but manageable/navigable wine list by the glass! Beautiful space, great atmosphere. Great patio and also cool (so welcoming and cool inside for the summer)! Can't wait to go back for more! Highly recommend whether a quick stop in for the area or shopping or as a destination!!

Stopped here for a glass of wine on happy hour. Bartender was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Beautiful space and loved the open kitchen. However there were quite a few staff just waiting around the bar chatting with themselves and the bartenders, not very engaging with customers. Lovely selection of wine & cocktails.

We came here for a quick glass of wine, and ended up getting this wine tasting card. So essentially, you give them a credit card and they give you a card that you use to go around and do a self service wine tasting. Each wine has three pour sizes with three different prices. Once you insert your card, you then press the button of your chosen wine and pour oz, then BAM, your wine is now poured! It was an excellent selection of wine, the service was good, and the inside was comfortable. Come here for a nice little wine tasting experience. I can't give it 5 stars just yet, because I have not tried any of their food. But honestly I'll be coming back very soon!

Amazing experience. First time and definitely come back. Sierra was an amazing server. She even brought me a birthday glass with a strawberry. Mmm my fav. We got the Brie board and I got the Grasparossa di Castelvetro "Amabile" Lambrusco. 12/10 recommend. Ask for Sierra! Thank you
