Soul Fu

WOW!! First time at Soul Fu and I’m AMAZED! I got panda noodles with chicken and wontons and my boyfriend got cheese grits with pork belly and both were incredible! 10/10 will be returning for food, but also AMAZING customer service! The gentleman that was working was breading shrimp, saw us looking at the menu, and was quick to go out of his way answer our questions and make great recommendations. I am blown away with the service and food quality. I can’t wait to return- I wish we had Soul Fu in Wisconsin, but I know their food was so great that I will crave it enough to drive 5 hours back for more panda noodles. Was not a good decision to eat their pork belly. Not flavored well at all, the fat was not cooked right and didn't have any flavor. I do not recommend at all. Their sauce was good they gave with the pork.

The food was absolutely amazing. I feel in love with the Macaroni and cheese with duck🤤🤤🤤 this fusion is unbelievable on the taste buds. Go check it out!! You won't be disappointed

It's one of those places where you can feel the love when the food comes and the flavors is unique and delicious! I recommend those who come to get the pork belly and duck mac and cheese and the salt and pepper shrimp. The wings here are very good as well! All in all. Timmy is a beautiful human!

I work downtown Minneapolis so our office loves to try new restaurants and we will be ordering from Soul Fu again! It is absolutely delicious!!! The chicken and fried rice has the perfect amount of kick and pairs seamlessly with the wontons. You must try this place out!!

The food is a little too rich for my tastes. I got the Gouda Mac n' cheese with chicken. The chicken was fried chicken, but the chicken pieces had sugar crystals on them and I did not like the sweetness with the Mac n' cheese at all, although this might be something other people like. I also found the chicken pieces to be too much dough and not enough meat for my liking. I got the cornbread as a side, and I thought it had white cheese melted on top or something, then I bit in and realized it was pure butter! This grossed me out a little, but if you are a butter lover you might like this.

This place is located in a super fun part of Minneapolis. If your visiting or live here, it’s a great place to try some amazing Asian fusion! The duck Mac and cheese and chicken fried rice is a top notch option. Truthfully.. all of it is tasty and definitely worth a visit if you like variety and amazing flavor combinations!

I've ordered nearly everything they have to offer and I'm unable to find a dish that isn't amazingly done. These guys really put thought into everything that goes into your meal. It's a shame with all the amazing food in North Loop, Soul Fu keeps pulling me back in!
