SOULFUL D'LITES

I ordered turkey wings plain and Mac w/ yams absolutely good and well seasoned. I am picky with soul food ! This is the bomb ! Great portions good cornbread turkey wings was season to perfection and tender . Got the mango tea wasn’t a fan of the juice but everything else was absolutely delicious!

Seriously flavorless . Tuna Mac salad wasn’t seasoned at all . Potato salad tastes like the kind you buy at the grocery store . Rice was definitely uncle Ben’s and gravy tastes like throw up . So disappointing

The food was nasty. The turkey wings were too big and they weren’t tender or super flavorful. I added hot sauce to the turkey wings. I had to pick through it. I’m not even a picky eater. The baked Mac was okay. The collard greens were okay. They need more flavor in the collard greens and maybe some smoked turkey. I’m disappointed because the place I wanted to go down the street wasn’t answering calls. The food looked good but looks can be deceiving.

This is our second time trying soulful d lites, and the food was delicious. I had the meatloaf and my wife had the catfish fried. Only problem we have come across is their availability is extremely limited and don't separate cold from hot. Will try again.

So also a first time here, was visiting the state n decided to stop. I got catfish rice n beans n greens. My daughter got wings Mac n yams My daughters food is great. So yes get them wings Mac n yams how ever the catfish is frozen n cooked while wet. Is what it taste like. I was expecting two pieces n got one with no thinkness at all seasoned well but not good th le flesh was not chewable. The rice n beans is missing the beans, and I didn't try the greens I can only hope they will be good to eat with the corn bread. Not going to give up cause the customer service was amazing. And many other choices to choose. Thanks again for the use of your lighter. Truly blessed Toy

I really would like to voice my 1st time experience with Soulful D’Lites. Just take my advice and look over the menu before you go they have an extensive selection of food and it took us a minute to decide. We were pleased with our choices which were plain turkey wings with gravy on the side, Whiting with Mac & cheese, yams and greens. Everything was tasty and they are generous with the portions. We plan on going back real soon. The customer service was superb and we waited about 20 minutes for our food. Thanks for a great experience.

I had food catered from here for my family reunion on 8/30/2025 for the first time and it was delicious fried & barbecue chicken, yams, string beans, mac&cheese & cornbread We were very pleased with the staff as well Thanks for everything . Want delicious soul food this is the place to go.

I ordered Mac and cheese, yam, whitings, collard greens, rice over gravy and mussels. 3 stars because They had Really great service , the lady in the front was very sweet…the corn bread was probably one of best ! I’ve had , no exaggeration & it was the Best thing i had ordering here .The greens were good and i really liked the yams . I’ll say that much. the Mac definitely could’ve been better ! It was edible ! but not the greatest… but w the yams it wasn’t half bad… Flavors are there …just needs improvement as far as the texture /cheese and the fish was a bit dry..could've definitely used some more seasoning or some lemon Would’ve been cute to add. the rice & gravy wasn’t terrible ..just tasted like regular boxed Goya rice soo that was okay lol. Overall i would love to see them go far & make lil improvements cuz it wasn’t all bad and food def has potential to be even better .corn bread is definitely a winner tho! Definitely try them out tho..oh and they had good lemonade 💀

This food really made me smile. I'm always skeptical about soul food spots because the mac fails to be cheesy and the veggies lack flavor but this place did not disappoint. I had the shrimp and my husband had the fish and I must say I properly enjoyed my food. The only change I would've asked for was to cook the cabbage a little shorter because I prefer mines to be a bit more crunchy but even without that I properly enjoyed them. It also heats up well which is important for me because I can never eat all of my food. I would definitely recommend eating here if you enjoy properly seasoned food.

I enjoyed several platters of takeout. The greens, cabbage, mac n cheese, green beans, ribs, chicken were all enthusiastically consumed to the sound track of "mmm mmm. Mmm". Thanks Soulful D'lites.

I had Alfredo & honey Thai wings from here smh it was terrible, the Alfredo was watery like soup & the wings were big ass hell, the store is also full of Flies just flying around

Them smothered wings ain't no joke bwoi!!! If Keith Lee didn't give it at least a 9 he'd be lying.

It's been 5 months, since I 1st tried Soulful D'lites. My 1st expereince was not the best, but I have to admit my 2nd time was good. I Order the BBQ Baked Turkey Wing Platter with Mac & Cheese, and Cabbage. The Mac & Cheese and Cabbage was a 10 hands down. The Turkey were a little salty for my taste, but the Turkey Wing were good the brand of BBQ sauce was salty. Let me not forget the conbread, which was sweet & tasty.. 4 Stars

This place is amazing, I've been here 7x already !!! Everything is good and fresh from the entree to the sides. I had the fried chicken, spicy bbq jerk turkey wings (yesss turkey wings), BBQ chicken, candied yams, greens, Mac n cheese, and a few of they desserts..EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I was not disappointed not one time. The overall establishment is small because it's not a eat in place, you just pick up your food and go but definitely call ahead . The place is clean plus well kept. The staff is also super friendly. Will be back again

The food is good but does take a while. The rating is so low because they are SCAMMERS!! I was charged the other day and I haven't even ordered from here in over a month!!!! So don't pay with your card!!! They even charged my boyfriends card 4 times on the same day as mine! Smh!! So sad that you'll be stealing from your OWN PEOPLE especially during these times. Disgusting!

The food service was beautiful I got my food in less than 10 minutes after ordering and I highly recommend their oxtail, rice & beans, and yams! The man who took my order was also very pleasant. I will be returning!

The food was delicious. I had the turkey wings they were fall off the bone tender, Mac and cheese greens were cooked to perfection, sweet potatoes were delicious and the cornbread my my. All I can say is I will go back again.
