Finally a place I can enjoy all of their food! Unfortunately I'm on a low salt, low fat, veggie-based diet due to health challenges. I can eat almost everything here and it's all amazing! Great customer service, delicious soups, muffins, sandwiches and cookies. First seen on Shark Tank, this is my first time trying their food, and personally I'd highly recommend investing in many bowls of soup here! Pictures are from our take aways.

I have found my soup soulmate!!!!!! For years it was literally impossible as a vegan to find soups this delicious --- infinitely better than any soup I had before I went vegan. Basically, you're getting soup at *least* as good as you'd be served at a D.C. Michelin-starred restaurant, at a grocery store price. Those complaining of 'blandness' are either 1) totally insane, or 2) used to canned stuff full of junk. Very sad that I missed out on visiting 'the shrine' of the actual Takoma Park cafe -- I can only imagine how amazing it would have been to have a bounteous cornucopia of Soupergirl flavors, all in one place. The delivery service rocks, though, and I'm also lucky to have a few local (Arlington, VA) stores that carry some of the most popular flavors. (I believe they're carried nationwide at some stores, like Costco and some grocery chains -- check yours!) Soupergirl, you are my soup hero!!!! May the soup (continue to) be with you!!!! 🍲

The Portugese White Bean is one of the worst soups I've had in a long time. It's quite flavorless, I feel like I'm drinking an extremely watered down version of a shell of a soup. Souper disappointing

Always delicious vegan and kosher soups and salads. The baked goods and desserts on offer are scrumptious as well. Their frequent customer program is quite generous, you can earn triple points on Tuesdays! All of the staff have been courteous and friendly without fail. I love stopping by here after work if I don't feel like cooking. A true feather in the cap of Takoma's robust dining scene.

The beet gazpacho is amazing! I don't even like beets, but my husband and I are hooked on this! Disappointed they closed their store, but I appreciate the delivery option. All great ingredients and healthy food.

For reference, I got the Creamy Dreamy White Bean Spinach soup. I had very high hopes, but it is not even sub-par. A friend of mine got the Chickpea Tomato Herb, and it tasted like dirty sink water. After trying both, he said, "Yeah, this is not good soup. More like baby food." These people have never heard of salt or even seasoning in general in their entire lives. Not to mention the package is impossible to open with your bare hands. Stop charging people money to eat your dish water. Disgusting. Mark Cuban paid $2mil for THIS??? Charity work.

Delicious soups made by the owner (thē Soupergirl). Everything is vegan, kosher, and DELICIOUS! Samples of "today's hot soups" are usually available for you to ladle up and try. Other soups can be picked up out of the fridge and reheated at home. Always fresh! Come try it!

The best kosher soup period! I work nearby and when I need that extra push of energy, I purchase lunch from Souper girl! They constantly have the block smelling great and they have a fab reward card system. All the vegetables are locally grown and the taste is amazing! I highly recommend this eatery!
