Finally a place I can enjoy all of their food! Unfortunately I'm on a low salt, low fat, veggie-based diet due to health challenges. I can eat almost everything here and it's all amazing! Great customer service, delicious soups, muffins, sandwiches and cookies. First seen on Shark Tank, this is my first time trying their food, and personally I'd highly recommend investing in many bowls of soup here! Pictures are from our take aways.

For reference, I got the Creamy Dreamy White Bean Spinach soup. I had very high hopes, but it is not even sub-par. A friend of mine got the Chickpea Tomato Herb, and it tasted like dirty sink water. After trying both, he said, "Yeah, this is not good soup. More like baby food." These people have never heard of salt or even seasoning in general in their entire lives. Not to mention the package is impossible to open with your bare hands. Stop charging people money to eat your dish water. Disgusting. Mark Cuban paid $2mil for THIS??? Charity work.

I enjoy my Sourpergirl sandwich better with ham on it. My doctor was concerned when I told him I was just eating vegan and kosher and I followed his advice and started eating ham. I feel much better now.

Always delicious vegan and kosher soups and salads. The baked goods and desserts on offer are scrumptious as well. Their frequent customer program is quite generous, you can earn triple points on Tuesdays! All of the staff have been courteous and friendly without fail. I love stopping by here after work if I don't feel like cooking. A true feather in the cap of Takoma's robust dining scene.

Delicious! Love the split pea rosemary & the gazpacho. Great delivery option for meal train. Highly recommend and love to see the soups in grocery stores too.

I’ve been here two times now, dinned in the first time and the second time I got to go. I enjoyed both trips! I was craving soup today but they had closed quite early today so I wasn’t able to enjoy some today. :( So far I’ve tried their Greek Red lentil and Autumn Chili (or autumn vegetable chili, one of those names) soup. Immensely enjoyed both of them! I always get a medium which is actually a pretty big portion size for not such a high cost, only $7! Both were really filling especially the Greek Red Lentil. I also love the fact that they have different soups everyday because it encourages me to try out new things! (Also they offer samples so you won’t end up with something you don’t like 😉) May I also mention they have a free self serve bowl of croutons and oregano(I think that’s it. It’s some green herb). This is a personal preference but I appreciate their metal utensils which really makes me feel like i’m at home(?) And they have a free self serve water tank, bottle thing with cups. In conclusion, I really recommend their soups! I am starting to become a regular here, starting to come every week and maybe will start coming multiple times a week! :) One thing though is the parking isn’t the best in this area so I sadly can’t dine in here every time I visit. :(

I enjoy walking around the quaint city of Takoma Park. The mother-and-daughter-owned Souper Girl is one of my favorite stops for homemade soup. During the pandemic I stopped and ordered a pint of East African Peanut( bean) soup. And i also ordered a pint of sweet potato soup. They were both so filling and perfect on several cold winter evenings that week. I reccomend Souper Girl to health minded foodies. Their soups are complete meals in my opinion.

Delicious soups made by the owner (thē Soupergirl). Everything is vegan, kosher, and DELICIOUS! Samples of "today's hot soups" are usually available for you to ladle up and try. Other soups can be picked up out of the fridge and reheated at home. Always fresh! Come try it!
